Super upset my car was in an accident. This towing company came to pick up the vehicles. They asked me to leave my key in the driver seat which I did. When I last saw my vehicle it had my key in it. The repair shop went to pick up my vehicle and would you guess no key is in my car. I called the shop last week Saturday to find out if they located my key, they put me on hold for a long time. Then they come back and take my info said they will call me back. Here it is a whole week later no call no keys. This is sad and very unprofessional.

Showed up when they said they would and driver was courteous enough to take time out to help cover vehicle with tarp.

They were asked to move two logs and after first log was almost delivered, they wanted more money to move the second. They had all the information up front and waited to gouge me well into the job. Never again.Dont trust them, its possible they will lie to you like they lied to me..Initial call, told dispatcher I had two logs. Gave her length, diameters and weights of each. I asked if one or two trips were needed. She said two trips.Ok I said, your price was higher than I expected. Let me ask around so I can feel better about the price. Comparative shopping told me that quoted price was appropriate. Decided to go with bama boys cause they were first. If they had a problem with the load after seeing it in person, that would have been the time to renegotiate terms. But no, they waited until driver was almost at destination before demanding more money for second load. Should not have paid upfront. Also. They communicated zero to the driverHe had no clue what he was picking up. Felt bad for him but he was a decent fellow.

In afraid the driver was not the nicest of people he was very short with my mother. He wouldnt do anything my mother asked as far as where she wanted her van left her cut her if and flat out told her no! It took an hour after we called to get there and we were less than 5 miles away. But shes off the road so that was what was important.

My first review I left one star:Customer service is everything to me. My son wrecked my car so the police officer called this place by default. The driver arrived, loaded my car, and left. He never even spoke to me, the officer or anyone... Just drove away. I had to ask the police officer where my car was going, because the driver never said a word. The officer said he was surprised the tow truck driver did that. Maybe he was having a bad day..? Doesnt matter. A simple hello would have sufficed. Word of advice, you show up to take someones vehicle away, at the very least, you should acknowledge their presence.!!!UPDATED REVIEW!!!When I went to get my belongings out of my vehicle, the lady and the gentleman who were there were very nice and professional. They were the opposite of what I encountered initially. If the tow driver who picked up my car would have been this professional and decent, I would say that this company was exceptional. Thank you to the lady and the gentleman I encountered yesterday! You were wonderful!

I had a great experience with Alex from Bama Boys - I was alone and locked my keys in my car, after several failed attempts of trying other companies to come out, I finally found Bama boys. Less than 30 minutes later Alex came to the rescue and had my car open within a minute! He did NO damage to my car & was very nice.Overall great experience and will definitely recommend them!

They told me that they did not have my vehicle so that they could charge me for another day

My Tow Truck Driver Alex. Made this actually enjoyable to lose my money. I am from out of town and had i been home I would have just asked a neighbor to nudge me back or used a tow strap. I was pretty bummed about having to waste what little money I had on a tow.. Alex was prompt, polite, helpful, and even his truck was clean inside and out. I would actually use this service again if need be.

Great value compare to other big companies like state wide.I was going to give a five star but the gentleman I spoke with was very nice and understood my needs for the service. The gentleman that tow my vehicle dropped my car on my grass. That is unacceptable and he asked me seat in the car to assist him. After that, I had to ask him if that was all he needed me for, then he responded “oh yeah” and not even a thank you. I would share the picture but google Doesn’t have the option for such.

I called, they came, I paid. Thats all I wanted thanks 😁

If you live in Conyers, GA watch out for this company!! T n T Towing. My friends nephew was doing an emission drive when he was pulled over. The officer had it towed. My friend went to pick up HER car and was told she couldnt have it until the police released it. After questioning the girl at the front and showing her the paperwork that she was the owner she called the police dept and spoke with Sgt. Garrett (who was extremely helpful). He explained to her that the officer who had the car towed had no authority to tell the towing company to hold her vehicle and if there was a problem to have them call him. She went back and they still refused to give her the car. Telling her the same thing that the officer had to tell them to release it. Then she explained that they needed to call Sgt. Garrett. After speaking with him they reluctantly released the car but told her she had to pay for storage and told her that she couldnt drive it because it had no emissions. She had them tow it to her house. They made her pay a lot of fees for no reason. Shes trying to get her money back now. Total scammers and theyre under a different name in Google Maps. T n T Towing or Bama Boys. Which is it?The whole officer release thing seems like a scam for them to keep your car longer than you want them to so they can keep collecting storage fees.It seems that theyre totally unofficial because theyre using Bama Boys address in Google maps. Every time someone tries to look them up, Bama Boys comes up. Thats the reason for the questions.

Poor service! Call someone else...and people wonder why you dont like to deal with black folks. No customer service skills, if you are going to charge people 5.35 extra you should let them know up front. You should have you driver with a card swiper so customers are not waiting for your poor connection to charge their card.Bottom line call someone else!

Similar thing happened to me.. They give you the wrong price make you run to the ATM (twice) and OVERCHARGE you for everything... yeah the dude is nice..he knows he is screwing the general public and the citizens of Conyers

My experience with Bama Boys was over the phone. The actual towing service to me seems fine. As far as the tow truck driver, he was courteous and tried his best to help even though there was a small mishap with my initial tow request (unbeknownst to me, my car was blocked in by another vehicle and rendered inaccessible to be towed).Because of this, they could not tow the car the same day, so I had to call back the next morning to rearrange the tow, only to have the receptionist or customer service woman firstly answer and identify me as the customer from the day before, consistently question all of my statements as if they werent valid, then rudely tell me that they would have to up the price due to the mishap the day before and that I would suddenly have to pay upfront.After I questioned why it was suddenly mandatory for me to pay up front when the day before it was totally optional, she replied by telling me that if the tow wasnt paid for by the dealership I was having my car towed to, that they would impound my car. This felt totally unnecessary as I clearly explained to her twice before that I spoke with the dealership to confirm that they could cover the tow fee and add it to my final bill, as if she was concerned that I would ask them to render services for me and then suddenly decide not to pay them for them. Although there was a mishap with the first tow, I did not appreciate being made to feel like I was a scam artist or for whatever reason would not honor payment for Bama Boys services.Overall, whoever answers the Bama Boys phone and sets up the tows seems to have quite an attitude and I didnt appreciate her treatment of me as (what I should have felt like) a valued customer. Ultimately, her attitude pushed me away and I went with another service, which felt much more customer-friendly.

Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to get my car prepared to be towed. Apparently he called while I was outside and since I didn’t answer he went to another place. I finally called and was told rudely he’d be there in a few minutes. 20 minutes later I had been there 50 minutes so I canceled. He began to text me and wouldn’t stop then he refered to my car as junk and when I told him I would write a bad review he said he didn’t need the buisness and started sending pictures of his money and cars and laced with profanity. Needless to say I won’t call them back. He never even saw my car.

Wesley was very pleasant. I broke down on I-20 at night with my kids in the car, I called and told them that I was getting scared and needed someone to come asap. The estimated time they gave me was 30 minutes but Wesley was there in about 15 minutes, we were so releaved when we saw that tow truck pull up. We felt safe. We had great conversation with a few laughs during the ride home. I highly recommend this company.

This system would not let me leave zero stars. Use anyone other than Bama Boys Towing in Conyers, GA. Just call the main number and listen to the enthusiasm and customer service that answers the phone. My husband passed out after chemo therapy, and was airlifted to a trauma center a while back. The police called this towing company, as my husband was unconscious and unable to tell them where to tow the car. This place held our car hostage, so that they could charge for more days Storage, even though I tried to get the car the same day. They had all sorts of excuses for being unavailable to let me in, as I begged to inspect the vehicle, as we were still trying to figure out what had happened with no witnesses. They left the car uncovered in the rain, with broken out windows, and fought about even opening the gate to let me in. I called the cops, and there was no one on the premises, even though I called ahead and an employee told me there would be. When we were finally let in a couple of days later, when the manager actually showed up, he kept saying...who told you that?, when I would tell him I had just spoke to his employee on the phone about them supposedly being open. They had also just told me that I would not be charged for an extra days Storage, when I had called back, since they were unavailable to let me in. As it turns out, I hired another towing company just to remove our car from this lot. When the manager had finally showed up, and I was charged $400, for 2 days! All of this, and they treated us like criminals who had had their car impounded for legal reasons. I had to leave my critally ill, and then recently wounded husband in the managers office, under the supervision of the nice towing company that I had just hired to remove the vehicle, so I could run and try to find an ATM, because the total price had changed since I got off of the phone with them earlier, and he of course had NO idea who would have answered the phone and told me that either, even though he must have known who was in his PAYROLL to answer the phone that day, and he only then states that they dont accept ANY other form of payment...because you know, we are already being treated like we are posting bail at this place anyway, even thought my husband was a local business manager, who had just had a severe accident, and whom Bama Boys could have reaped tons of business from. My husband succumbed to his illness, and is now deceased, but felt I needed to share this story to anything thinking about doing business with this crook of a manager/branch, as I was too distraught during that stressful time in my life to have the energy to have something done about him. Im pretty sure most of what he charges us for was fraudulent, but the way he treated us, during a time like that, was unconscionable, and created tremendous extra stress on undeserving people.

NOT INSURED!!!!!!DO NOT use this company! Unprofessional, rude, and bootleg! They dont even have insurance! They damaged my car and refused to fix it (because no insurance company will cover them) Their last insurer had lots of things to say and none of them were good. They said they would never cover them again.Needless to say, lawsuit!!!!! Bama boys needs to go back to bama with that foolishness!
