Tried contacting this company to tow my vehicle and they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The person Who answered the phone sounded like I was bothering him from his nap, I had to ask if this was the towing company because he never said hello JP towing and transportation or anything that indicated that I was calling the right number.. I finally ended up saying never mind the company I just spoke to was much more professional in their phone etiquette then you are and hung up the phone.
