I bought a house that hadnt had anyone live in it for 12 years. Needless to say there were a few issues with the Septic. Rodney showed up on time. Pumped the tank. Did an evaluation and we discovered that there were three cracked lids where the flipper had dropped a roll back trailer on the tank. Rodney went and got the lids that day. He was on time the next morning to install them. Then we discovered the T-pipe on the back of the tank disintegrated and the tank was not connecting to the leach field. Rodney fixed that in a matter of an hour. The house has been perfect ever since. Plus, I cant say how much he charged but it wasnt even close to the other estimates we had. Rodney is truly a great guy and true to his word. HIGHLY recommend him and Hero plumbing for any of your septic needs.

Hero Septic did a great job on our septic tank. They had replaced our d-box and drainage pipes. We had no problems with their quote. It was $2k. They spent all day working on our septic tank, and they were very thorough. Weve used them multiple times since then. If you do a search for hero septic tank repair on YouTube, youll see the quality of their work. They are straightforward, honest, and professional.

Rodney at Hero Septic pumped our septic tank on short notice as our system was backed up! It was reasonably priced and he was careful to save sod and put it back in place! He did not push additional services that were not needed as past companies have done! We were very pleased with the service! Thank You!

I called Hero Septic early last month to schedule our move-out service. They had been the company the former owners used to pump out the septic when we moved in so I figured it would be a good choice. It took a few calls to reach someone but that is understandable. When my husband talked to someone finally, they said they were in the middle of a job so they couldn’t talk but confirmed they could do our job and the price. The gentleman gave my husband his cell number and asked him to text him. We texted immediately and he confirmed that we were scheduled. Weeks go by and I confirmed again with him via text and he said, yes we were in the schedule. Yesterday was the scheduled day for the septic pumping, no word from them. After phone calls and texts, still no word from anyone. We move out in 3 days, now I am stuck trying to find another company on very short notice. I give some leeway due to covid-lockdown restrictions but to not even call us is really bad form. Very disappointed in this company.

My experience with Hero Septic went from good, to questionable, to great. First the good - My septic tank backed up last night so we couldnt use any water in the house. A previous customer of Heros referred me to them. I called, they were sympathetic to my issue and made an appointment for 2-3:00 PM the next afternoon. Now for the questionable - At 4:45 PM I begin calling to get an ETA because no on has shown up. By 5:30 PM I wrote them off and called another company. I get a call back before 6:00 PM apologizing for not contacting me earlier to tell me they were stuck on a very tough job, but would head my way when they finished. They actually called again when they were on their way. Not wanting to go another night without water I decided to let them. The situation ended great because they genuinely cared about inconveniencing me, recognized they made a mistake, and they got the job done fast and cleanly. They even took care of me by discounting the job. Rodney and Matt are stand up guys and I will use Hero Septic again in the future.

Our septic tank backed up at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. After calling around, Hero was the 10th company we contacted due to the other companies not being able to service on the same day. Rodney and Andrew were very courteous over the phone and were out within the hour to our home. They did a great job and only dug up the needed space. They did the task in a timely manner. We highly recommend them and the company based on customer service, quality and pricing.We appreciate y’all helping us out on such short notice!Thank you

They were quick to respond to pump out my sewer. Great guys and easy to work with. If you consider $440.00 an hour for a simple fix on my septic system a good deal then you will want to call Hero Plumbing.

Had a septic thatvwas backed up. They came ASAP and had trouble locating the septic tank. Got drawings for it and quickly went to work. Great guys and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

I had a blocked septic drain. I called and asked when they could schedule an inspection. Well be there within an hour. And they were. They jetted the line, cleared the blockage and I now have them at the top of my list for future work. I have used three other companies before and Hero impressed me with promptness, skill, and price relative to the others. I highly recommend them.

We had blue septic came Pump out the tank then it got it back up again a week later. We got Rodney the owner came out to diagnosed the problem. He gave us an estimate and said will be done in couple day to put in 2 drain box for $2500. They call and demand us to pay a very next day. And said they warranty their work for two year and will sent a receipt throught email. After, one week still didn t get any reciept. We called several times and request a receipt with decription of their job. Still didnt get anYthing until now.About less then 3 week the problem got worsted. Call them Again. They problaly saw our phone number and ignored. Finally, They came out and left ú a mesage and said that wasnt their problem. We call again and again. No answer.DO NOT trust them. They came out quick to get your money. But, when you have problem. They are no where to be found.
