Since the septic system that I have is very different from what most people have (it’s an aerobics septic system), he took the time to explain it to me and how it all worked because I really had no clue! I really appreciate all of his help in understanding the system and what I need to do from here on out!

I have used this company for my home septic system twice and I have to boast about their customer service and the professionalism. This past weekend (Saturday) my septic system overflowed onto my lawn. I was mortified to say the least and I really didnt think that I would get serviced on a Saturday. I called, I left a message and within an hour, I was receiving a call to letting me know that someone was on the way. I believe the technicians name was Daniel. He showed up and handled our problem with extreme patience and kindness. We were looking at an extremely bad circumstance that would have caused us to have our tank pumped every year for the next 3-4 years. VERY professional, I have an old style top and when Greg was done you could not tell he ever dug up my yard. I am going to have them put in a modern top and the price was very fair. I like the electronic billing and it was an excellent experience. He gave me a quick education and what I loved the most is he did not try to talk me into putting in a whole new septic system.

We had a very complicated job and Bowen handled it well. We were concerned that we needed a new drain field, but when they got in to inspect it, they decided that it looked pretty good, so recommended against it at this time. If they really wanted to, they could have tried to upsell us, but they didn’t. I was impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. We will definitely use them again in a few years! My family has been using Bowens Septic since the 80s. When I needed to have my tank pumped and evaluated prior to selling my house, Bowens was my first call. They scheduled me quickly, their prices are fair. When Daniel was working on the tank, he was considerate of the yard, pleasant when explaining things to me, and even told me one thing I thought I needed, I didnt. Gotta love the honesty!!! We purchased the house as is and the previous owners didnt pump/inspect the septic system in over 10 years. They were able to pump out a majority of the contents, but an old cover had broken into the tank and an old post fell in. They were honest but polite about what the cost was to repair and/or replace the system. You better believe when the time comes we will be asking them to make said repairs to the tank and system.

I have used Bowens Septic Tank for the last 25 years I have been in my home. They have always been very responsive, show up on time and take care of the issues I have. Yesterday they replaced my main line to my back/rear septic tank quickly, and for a reasonable cost. They put the dirt back and made it look as neat as possible with very little traces they had been there!I have always been able to rely on Bowens to show up as scheduled and resolve any septic issues I have had with my 2 septic tanks.I will always use them for any septic issues I have.

Working with Bowens was great. To the person that scheduled my appointment ... to the reminders of my upcoming service. The septic tank technician called me prior to his arrival and let me know when he would be at my location. The receipt and documented services were provided immediately via email upon completion. Bowens was knowledgeable and prompt. I would highly recommend their services.

Take 2 months to do the job. Gave an estimate then gave discounts to match with other estimate verbally, 2 months later they did the work and forgot about the discount. Our mistake is not to ask them put discounts on paper. So be careful to ask them everything on paper.

Repairmen were prompt, courteous, and knew exactly what they were doing! Took them no time at all to locate our septic tank, dig it up with minimal mess, and make two holes the exact size of septic openings. They cleaned it out, replaced our filter, recovered the holes and were on their way before we knew it. We were very pleased with Bowens Septicservice.

The cost was what I had been told it would be, which was in line with other septic service companies who have stood the test of time and lots less than the disreputable companies. We’ve always used them for this service and will continue to do so. Bowens came to service my septic tank and did an outstanding job. David Moon and Kyle were very professional and explained the problems I was having with my septic tank. David even came on his own time to service my toilet for a leak that I wasnt aware I was having that could have been a major part of my tank overfilling every 10-12 months for the past few years. Bowens need to keep David Moon as he is very valuable and knowledgeable about septic tanks. Experience is always the best teacher and he has the knowledge and doesnt mind sharing it.

They were extremely informative and the technician even advised me that I may not need the service I was scheduled for. After taking his advice and doing some extra calls around, I found out that he was right. They went above and beyond with educating me on what could be going on and were there to help, although I ended up not needing service. Great company, customer service was excellent.

This company did an outstanding job. After having first called other companies out to our property and being told we needed a full system replacement without so much as digging up the tank, Bowen did the job properly from beginning to end. They first diagnosed the problem and then how to correct it all while taking care to damage as little of my lawn and landscaping as possible. I would highly recommend them.

They cleaned my Septic system. They were very professional. They called the utility companies first to mark the utility lines before digging, which I liked because some companies dont do it. They reminded me about my appointment ahead of time, and emailed a receipt when they were done, which I preferred especially since were dealing with this Covid-19 pandemic. They were all done within 30 minutes. I would use them again.

These folks were helpful on the phone and when the technicians arrived, they were courteous, kind and professional. They pumped our septic and helped with an indoor toilet, too. They smoothed the dirt and replaced medium sized rocks before they left, as well. No “upmarketing” the price and I was able to use a coupon from a local publication. Do recommend!

First rate experience beginning with the first phone call to the technician coming to my home to pump my two septic tanks. My initial phone call to Ginger was very informative and professional. Ginger walked me through my request and provided good information as to what would occur with my septic tank pumping. Ginger called and had the utility company to come out to my home to mark the underground utilities to ensure no damage or risk to my family. Ginger also provided a copy of the septic tank locations on my property which I found to be very professional. Ginger followed up with me every step of the way of this process. Daniel was my technician and called me to notify me when he would arrive. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and took great care to remove the earth surround both septic tanks. Daniel explained what he would do and what he would be doing regarding every facet of the operation to include an estimated time to complete both septic tanks. I asked about the installation of septic tank risers and Daniel advised me as to what I would need to include having a sample riser on his trailer and showed me the rise and explained the installation. I have wanted to install a riser on my main septic tank in my front yard and the riser will definitely save money and more importantly for me, no digging in my front lawn that I have invested a lot of time and expense putting in zoysia sod grass. Septic tank drain is check field lines. Technician discussed possible services I thought I might need a took pictures for the office to call me for further discussion. I believe that Im in good hands with Bowens. I was not aware of all the services that they offer.

After 35 years of heavy use, my absorption field was shot. Charles Kimble and his crew came to the rescue. We had to work through a few surprises (Solid granite in the planned area for the replacement field), but after a couple of days, we are back in business with a much larger, and much better system.
