I was sent into a panic attack during a call with their therapist and dr.maul never followed up with my complaint when I did he said he said made a note and that is all that will be done. I have report DR.maul and the therapist to their licensing board and I recommend that everyone that had an issue do the same. They should not be counseling anyone!!!!!!

I highly recomend working with Dr. Maul! Hes been helping families for years and knows what he is talking about

Canceled appointment and just Dr Maul not being there when he wanted us to schedule 8pm family sessions. Neither of the kids really want to open up to him. And at one point he told me in order to help my teenager that I need to try and get guardianship of one of her friends by calling DFCS.

Dr. Maul is awesome. Very helpful and straightforward. Receptionist is amazing as well. They helped me out a lot

My husband and I have only been going here 5 months and 4 out of those 5 appointments were rescheduled. We drove almost an hour in traffic to get to our appointment this afternoon, only to be told that the doctor isn’t there and our appointment was next week when we had an appointment card confirming it was today. We’ve gone over a week without our medications more than once. Everytime I had to call the front desk to explain to them that since we are prescribed narcotics that our prescriptions could not be called in, that we needed a paper prescription, I was given the run around.

Dr. Maul is one of the best mental health counselor that Ive know. Hes patient, understanding and most of all caring. Not all persons in this field of work is dedicated like him. Hes a wonderful individual and Im glad to recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Maul and his staff are very professional and very good with my son and daughter.

The owner of this facility Dr maul or in his full name Desmond Orville Maul owes thousands of dollars, doesnt pay back and tries to avoid paying by making up lies. immoral, indecent corrupted person. i dont recommend to get involved with him.

Nice counselor, but theyve cancelled more psychiatrist appointments on us then weve been able to actually have. Bad admin.

Poor counseling service from Dr. Maul, not worth the time if you desire counseling from a moral, biblical perspective. Just a heads up to any Christians out there.

We made an appointment, arrived 10 mins early to a locked door which no one answered. Called 4 times and also got no answer.
