I am a new patient and i have been here twice and both times it has been an incredible experience. The staff makes me very comfortable and validated. They are amazingly helpful and really do care. I cant believe I ever went anyone else. Not to mention if your call isnt answered immediately, they literally do call back ASAP. Best mental health experience I have ever had.

Big Heart is a wonderful Mental Health Recovery Program. It provides excellent support to all its clients. The staff is caring and extremely professional at the same time. They are very patient and create a safe space to unload and share experiences without judgement. I would highly recommend Big Heart to anyone seeking care for mental health. They truly live up to their name Big Heart

For years I’ve been trying to find a staff that would listen to my concerns regarding my son; Big Heart did just that on the first visit. Everyone is so caring and understanding from the front desk personnel to the psychiatrist. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my son. With their help, I’m very confident he’ll be better!

It’s a joke. Played phone for a week. Then my daughter go for her medicine appt and because they didn’t agree with what the other doctor had prescribed they just didn’t prescribe anything she in the office in tears and having anxiety attack and then they ask if she was comfortable with changing medication and when she said no they refuse to prescribe anything she has ptsd anxiety and depression but hey she can cope on her own right after 5 pm you are own you own just go to the er if your are in a crisis they could care less

I absolutely love Big Heart and what they stand for. Met them at a Health Fair and they are so welcoming and warm. My uncle suffers from schizophrenia and he is now on his meds and much better. Still some rough patches but better is progress.

They make you feel like its okay to be you. It’s hard to explain but they are actually the first agency that always answers the phone and call you back. Have been struggling with depression and anxiety for a while but there classes really help.

Great staff and very neat and orderly.

This place is the biggest joke on earth.first the canceled 5 appointments in a row then if you pay cash for your copay they will lose your money or someone will steal it up there and they will try to make you feel like you didnt pay it.run far away from this place
