Always clean, safe, and I do feel its a judge-free workout space. Nice eye candy which helps motivate me. The staff greets you and they sanitize a lot which makes me feel comfortable amidst the pandemic.

I’ve always chosen Planet Fitness as my gym because of the price, but it’s also an extremely clean and nice place to exercise. I’ve never had any issues with the employees or other customers. With the combined effort of eating clean, sleeping enough, drinking enough water, being in a caloric deficit, and doing progressive resistance training at Planet Fitness I’m down 15lbs in a month and lost 4 inches on my waist. I wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this without a place that encourages this lifestyle through the other people working hard motivating me to also become better and gain a better quality of life.

Love the place. All the machines are in good working condition- newer than one of the other locations I went to. Everyone is practicing social distancing and they are continuously cleaning the machines. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I like the fact that it is clean, and they have a crowd meter to let you know their busiest and slowest times. Also, most of the kids that work there are pretty nice and helpful.

The staff has been friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very comfortable for those of us who dont really want to be working out. The hydromassage helps relax after a good work out!

The facility is clean. I only limit my path from check-in to machine. They have signs to wear a mask. The majority of the members comply and most clean their machine they use. I have seen the staff spray once during the day not sure if they spray different times of days. The machines are labeled for every other machine to be used which is great.

Great place to get into shape, whether you are overweight trying to loose weight or in shape and dont want to pay an arm and a leg for a fitness center. Highly recommend them.

The staff members are professional and friendly. The environment is safe and always clean and the CDC guidelines are obviously enforced. So happy to be back at the gym today and look forward to getting back in shape and healthy.

Gym seemed cool, employees were nice and liked the 24 hours. But they only do ACH for monthly dues. Which is a huge no no for anyone with financial sense.

I go into the Conyers location on a regular basis and I’m so impressed with the customer service that I have received from both Bethani and Brentley. These two are exceptional and very thorough in what they do. I see Bethani doing her floor checks and making sure us members have what we need for a great workout. Keep doing what you do you both are very much appreciated.

I had a terrible time at this planet fitness. This past weekend was scorching... I was jumping rope as part of my routine warm-up prior to lifting weights. I was then informed that I was not permitted to jump rope inside ( this planet fitness is very spacious btw). I was asked if I wanted to continue jumping rope outside. I stated that I was jumping rope inside because the temperature outside was over 85 degrees and I only had 200 skips remaining. They couldnt care less; I needed to go outside. Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude for escorting me out in the extremely hot weather, which nearly caused me to pass out.

I spoke with Shane today. She did her absolute best to help but explained the Manager Brentley (sorry if its spelled incorrectly) would reach out to me tomorrow 8/20 regarding a previous employees failure to document my verbal and written request to cancel membership due to out of state relocation and disinterest in membership at any other location. I have never had a poor experience with Planet Fitness but I would be the happiest former member if what Shane explained is accurate and Brentley (again sorry) confirms that the former employee who confirmed my written notice was received back in April and the fees that were charged May, June, July, and August 2021 are reversed or refunded as I followed there steps to the letter and still somehow ended up being charged on an old card and then my current card without a call, email, or any letters sent to my forwarding address.I understand fully that being told by an employee (who Shane told me no longer works for the company) that my cancellation has been documented and then finding out that it was something the current Planet Fitness Conyers team has no control over but I think the out of state owners of this location would be please to hear that management handle this properly by refunding me in full. No courtesy credit, no apology, no discounts necessary. Simply honor the cancellation and refund accordingly all charges after April and I will continue to have nothing but great things to say about Planet Fitness Conyers. Thanks in advance!

I love the location in Conyers. I also like that it’s 24 hours during the week it’s convenient for ppl who work late. The massage chairs are great after a work out. I just wish they still had all the ab machines like they to have before they remolded

I love the gym! I love planet fitness! $10 bucks a month. Youll spend that eating lunch. $20 bucks if you want to tan and get a massage and go to other locations. Youll spend that eating dinner. They have everything you need to get in and stay in shape. Free trainers. Im a gym rat so, Ive been to a lot of gyms. Cant beat the price. And they open 24 hours most days. The results you want, with the price you can afford!

This particular gym is extremely clean. Staff are helpful and Friendly. The manager is Awesome he has superb customer service skills and was able to rectify my situation that i had encountered. Every staff member was polite and helpful. There is this one lady there that can use some training she always has on black for some reason i hope shes not the supervisor or assistant manager her customer service could tighten up a bit...FYI.DURING the covid Every thing is wiped down constantly! They also have massage beds and chairs that are amazing to utilze.You will not be disappointed!

Bethani is rude. I understand there is protocol to follow but just being blatantly rude and unfriendly. I do not recommend a membership here or even a small visit

Customer service was excellent and the workout areas/bathroom were very cleaned. People were wearing mask except when engaged in working out.

Nice gym, but they dont have foam rollers or resistance bands.

It’s a well maintained gym. It has all of the typical machines that you would expect in a gym and the staff are friendly. I give 4 instead of 5 stars because they won’t allow anyone to prepay for a yearly membership which forces everyone to have another monthly bill to keep up with.

I love my gym! It’s always clean and all the machines work! The staff is helpful and informative. I saw a review that said they don’t talk that much..which I don’t have a problem with lol I’m here to workout not to socialize but if I do have a question they have an answer and they always tell me “have a great night” when I walk out the door!

I love the touch less check in and the Social Fitnessing of the Treadmills and Eliptical machines. They also have a sanitizing machine that they use on the equipment. Im happy to be back in the Gym!!

Very clean. I like their website shows crowded times so I can minimize conflict for equipment. But some patrons are rude and hog equipment.

The gym is always clean & I like that you will see the staff cleaning throughout the gym the way the social distance signs are on the machine. The Big sign as you get to the door informing you that mask are required 👌

I decided to rejoin Planet Fitness after 6 months into the pandemic. I love the new setup. I feel totally safe and appreciate the sani-stations located throughout the entire center. The machines are perfectly socially distanced. The crowd is always decent and fairly light. The showers/restrooms are pristine.

Ive worked out at several Planet Fitness locations around the country (at least 20). This one easily ranks in the top 5. Spacing is great; folks are friendly but not talkers, and it is clean.

Very clean...the staff cleans in between sessions. They dont check temp at the door, and no longer have candy at the front desk.In addition Staff is friendly and informative.

This is the first time me joining any gym I’m so glad that I did, I was concerned about the pandemic but with the Sani- stations it helps ease my anxiety and ensures that all machines are germs free! I love feeling like I’m not being judged

Wow working out today over half of the members that were working out had a face mask on however it was down below their chin or up above on their forehead making people that are seniors like myself or with health issues to be in danger therefore I will not be working out at planet fitness anymore. Discussed it with the regional manager and he says that members are only required to wear facemask in the lobby and in the massage area. So much for working out and getting your heart rate and respiration rate up in the workout area and spraying water particles from your respiration everywhere instead of containing them in a mask. Seniors beware, people with health conditions you may want to rethink your membership.

This was the CLEANEST Planet Fitness I have been in.

This particular location didnt have a lot of the items and equipment Im used to seeing in other facilities.They are definitely following social distancing protocols as well as mask enforcement, though.

This was my 1st time going back to the gym since it reopened. Everything was clean and all the workers had on masks. I just wished that they would required everyone that is entering to wear a mask. If they do not have on a mask, they can not come in. It would make alot of us feel.better about coming back.

Planet Fitness is a gym thats different than other gyms. Not only do they offer a large amount of exercise machines but they all provide an app so you can learn how to use them very easily on your own. The best part is that its not only a fitness experience I always feel pampered with their hydro massages and massage chairs. And its super affordable too!

Kudos to whoever is responsible for hiring your staff. It’s been such a pleasant experience from check-in to rotating amongst the equipment. Your crew all act like they really enjoy working there—and that’s a big deal! It’s motivating to be around positive people.

Not a pleasant visit at all. I was once a member here a while back so,I considered signing up again due to their promotion. Me and my significant other went to sign up, and was informed that there was a balance on the account. None of the information made sense when the GM was trying his best to explain. He didnt seem confident in his explanation. He didnt explain why all memberships werent showing and then he all of a suddenwent and found it. Secondly, the past due balance didnt even account for the number of months that the membership went into default for. The card number that was used to sign the account up was never in possession and they didnt even have the correct primary account holder info. The general manager seemed as if he was becoming frustrated as he was trying to explain. Couldnt help but to hear the groaning and huffing and puffing. I asked for the number to corporate to see if maybe they could explain it better and he state he didnt have the number. My frustration comes from trying to understand false and inaccurate information and being advised by someone who kept just referring to the system. A system he didnt even know of when our memberships were created. This entire situation doesnt seem right and Im hoping corporate could make this a more pleasant experience.

This place is terrible spoke to the manager this morning tried to cancel my membership over the phone he would not cancel and was rude will never sign up with them again. There should be some exceptions in the midst of a crisis. Are you should be able to fax something in but they want to keep your money.

Great gym to visit when coming from out of town. They always have a free pass available online which is great so I can get in a few workouts even when Im not from the area. They also didnt pressure to much about getting a membership and everyone was welcoming.

For most part other members mind their business too.Ive turned my music louder to not here persons phone conversation on machine next to me several times. Ive been told by other members Im being rude asking them if they are finished with machine after 15, 20 minutes of just sitting on machine using phone. Staff has always been all around good to me. Bathroom is always clean.

I love this Planet Fitness because Ive been to some others the one I go to that its closer to my home doesnt have the more upgraded equipment that the Conyers one has I mean theyre the same as the other one I was going to but its just a little different how the equipment is made and how it develops your muscles its awesome and I love the staff very nice and very accommodating to my needs also love to massage areas that are nicer and better than some of the other Planet Fitness is also so I decided Im going to continue to come to this one instead of the one thats closer to me because its worth the trip thank you so much to the staff I really appreciate you

New staff is more helpful, polite & attentive. I am not invisible to them anymore. You feel comfortable there, nobody gets in your space. Plenty of workout equipment and helpful employees. Trainers! Included, theyll show you how to!, Just make an appointment. Showers, change rooms, massage chairs & water table/bed are all available.

This is a wonderful Planet Fitness! Very clean bathrooms and locker rooms, very helpful and friendly staff and their machines are always in great condition. It can get pretty busy in the afternoons but this is definitely my go to gym.

Friendly staff Nice work out equipment. Great massage chair and hydro massage table. Watch out for when you sign up for Im membership. My husband went for the $20 a month membership and unknowingly wound up in a year long contract. We told them for months that we wanted to cancel our membership but no one ever explained that we were in a contract.

Very nice place to work out. Staff is helpful. Machines are clean. Its not congested. Has lots of open space to just stretch, free weights, the 30 min section. I like it. Now all I have to do is find more time to go regularly lol lol

You can tell that whoever does the training of the front office staff does an amazing job, and that the community/great service philosophy of this company is beyond all other gyms that I have had membership in.

I love my gym. I normally go every other day around 7 and its busy. I dont have to wait on a machine though. The massage chair and the other massage chair and bed are an excellent way to wind down after a good workout.
