My favorite gym in Conyers! If you want pain and gain (w/o the roids of course) with a family of cool gym buffs (women and men) well this is the gym for you!

Great place to get a workout and not get stuck on a contract. People are friendly and always accommodating. Monthly specials are a great deal.

Love this place! There is no intimidation factor here! They treat you like family and truly care about their members. One time I had gotten sick and missed a few weeks and the OWNER of the gym called to check on me. You cant get that anywhere else.

Been coming here off and on for about 5 years. I have met so really great people. As long as Im in the area Ill always remain loyal to this gym. I have no complaints at all

Humble gym with all the essentials, so youre there to work out, not show off. Wide demographic of ages and fitness levels. Wonderful environment and friendly staff! I convinced my mom to join a year ago as a total beginner coming from a desk job, and after working with a trainer shes fitter and more confident than she has been in years.

This gym has all the equipment you could need: dumbbells up to 125+, multiple flat benches and inclined benches for both barbells and dumbbells, multiple squat racks, punching bag, all essential cardio equipment and more. Went to this gym for 5 years during breaks from school and the atmosphere has always been friendly and encouraging for all fitness levels, and everyone here is ready to work. Its a shame I dont live in the area anymore because you couldnt ask for a better gym.

Love it!!! The staff and customers are all so friendly and willing to help. This facility is very clean has lots of difference classes for all workout stages. I am a total beginner but I wont be for long. Thanks Kay for the encouragement! I have lost a pant size already and it has been less than a month. Needless to say I am feeling better physically and mentally.

The owner of the gym, Kay, and the instructors of the classes have a true and earnest interest in the wellness of the members. They know you and they show focus in who you are. They know where you are physically and have a keen ability to push you to push yourself.Kay is a model for why small businesses should thrive. She knows her clientele and cares about serving them and making them better, healthier people.

I love, love LOVE this gym. They have been key in my weight loss journey. This is a small homey gym where everybody is very friendly and willing to help. They have awesome classes and are always willing to give you advice if need be. I will never go to another gym as long as I am in the area. Kay and her group are Magnificent!!

This is an amazing gym !!! The equipment and classes are great and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend anyone check out this gym if youre in the area. Great family oriented, homey feel and very clean. Truly satisfied customer.

Great Gym and Great staff but it’s 30$ a month for a membership and you can’t bring not one guest with you that price I feel like you should at least be able to bring one.

Real old fashion gym. No foo foo frills. No pool. No handball or basketball. No preening self absorbed peacocks strutting around.Machines, free weights, room for classes, cardio machines and a clean 24/7 gym.

I been coming here for few years and its a good place to train with personal trainers at body tech.I cant speak for other fitness centers but i highly recommend to try body tech
