Puroclean came out to clean up from sewer backup. Purocleans professionals on the Worksite did a great job. Except upon checking work found a missing spot contaminated with mold in the utility room. Hopeful that Puroclean will remove the rest of this contaminated material soon. See pictures of old flooring and damaged sheet rock/trim. No one from PuroClean came out to reinspect area. Flooring company called to provide estimate to remove area. Flooring company discovered moisture in flooring, trim and sheet rock. Puroclean later came out for a mandatory reinspection of area removing a piece of trim without testing area for mold. After Puroclean refused to remove Mold in sheet rock behind water heater. Later mold in sheet rock behind water heater was removed by another company as per request of insurance company.
