They’ve been to my home twice, both times trying to avoid making a claim to my insurance. Trust everything they advised and the men that came out were super fast and friendly while being knowledgeable.1st trip: my upstairs toilet tank overflowed, Stephanie came in and said to rip the dry wall out in the basement and keep air flowing to avoid mold, she came back and gave the all clear (moisture meter approved) and now I’m getting ready for the dry wall crew to close me up2nd trip: my water heater exploded and my husband and BIL were able to replace it very easily, but I was concerned about moisture hitting the basement for the second time and LJ and Rufus came in the big yellow truck with dehumidifier and air purifier to make me feel safe for my asthmatic sons, and keep overall wellness of my house.Will call again when, like clockwork, life happens and another mess I can’t imagine how to clean comes into my homeTHANKS GUYS!!!

Fantastic service by Service Master (by LoveJoy). They made an appointment with us, kept their time. They were able to find the wet spots with mold after a hurricane & professionally removed & dried the are... taking care to cover furniture & floors- very professional! Matthew was the field supervisor & was great. He made sure that his clean up crew tidied everything up when they left- thank you Rudy & Chica!

ServiceMaster by Lovejoy was amazing from start to finish. We had a hose burst in kitchen, while we were away, and the house got flooded.They came out and started drying immediately. We had alot of damage and had to have flooring and all kitchen cabinets replaced, and mold removed from crawl space. They did it all and did an amazing job!!! I would highly recommend this company not only for mold or flood damage, but for replacement of flooring, cabinets, etc!!!

Our car caught fire and we had damage to our home and driveway in February, we have been using this service master to clean the damage. Our carpet was handled fine, but having our driveway done has been a MASSIVE headache. Aside from the constant sudden cancellations at the last second on the day they are supposed to show (usually 20 minutes prior the the appointment), it’s now December and we still haven’t gotten the driveway finished. Today after waiting home all day for them we finally called and were told yet again they “cancelled” on us. No one called or reached out to let us know.....again. Along with with big mix ups of services being mark as “done” that wasn’t. We scheduled again for tomorrow and here’s to hoping it actually goes through. My husband had missed 4 days of work trying to stay home to be here for this service and it’s costed us majorly.

I had engaged ServiceMaster by Lovejoy to do a dry out after my home flooded from a leaking water heater. They were timely and professional and did a great job. I engaged another company to do the reconstruction and after months of chasing after them to respond, I finally called SML and they were again responsive and professional and now by home is even better than it was before. Great job Chris and team! I highly recommend.

They were very friendly, thoughtful and thorough in what they were doing. As well as being extremely understanding with our feelings, thoughts and opinions. They were there to do a job but at the same time they considered the delima our life was in. Some of the most amazing people to have helping you through the most difficult time in your life.
