My husband and I built a new home and chose Quality Pools to complete our new pool, spa, and decking upon recommendation from a building contractor-we moved in this past April and Quality completed their work a few weeks after we moved in. Since then, we have had trouble with sinking tiles, vacant cracks between tiles that need poly sanding, and a spa that isn’t constructed properly. The pool and spa are operational, but construction needs work. Unfortunately, myself as well as our builder have reached out to Quality numerous times, and we have yet to get any repairs completed, and haven’t received call backs to even set up an appointment. Additionally, it is now September, 5 months later, and we haven’t received a tutorial. Still waiting!

In 2014, I paid this company over $100,000 for a backyard project. Today, only 7 years later, my outdoor kitchen is literally falling apart and has to be rebuilt. My spa leaks, my decking has required multiple repairs. Furthermore, we had to fire them and replace them for maintaining our spa, because they were not doing a good job. Under no circumstance would I recommend this company.

If anyone wants a copy of the email we received from Mr rudnitski that we received last week with our response just contact me. He told us the outdoor kitchen had some deterioration, we offered to come and take a look, he requested money and didnt want us to come and look at it, he even mentioned that the other kitchens we had built in the neighborhood were fine. Never a mention of a problem with his spa. He didnt fire us from cleaning, he and his neighbors do their own. The pictures appeared to show no maintenance on the kitchen after 7 years, and the products were manufacturer warranties for 5 years.

Quality built a beautiful pool for us. They have a great design process that makes it easy to visualize how the pool will look before you make a decision. the pool was built on a time, we did have a couple hiccups during the construction, like any construction do, but all were taken care and corrected. I was particularly very pleased with the paver crew. special thanks to Mark which was my point of contact through the building process was absolutely professional and took the time to explain the operations of the pool and always made himself available. Quality continues to service my pool doing weekly maintenance and Ashley is absolutely a pleasure to work with, very polite and very professional, she does a great job maintaining the pool.

Amazing company. Family oriented and very professional. Would recommend to anyone thats looking for repair install or just maintenance.

Drew, the son who is taking over the business will do well. He has a good demeanor for customer service. He also emphasized his vision for the company was to focus on quality over quantity.

The experience with Quality Pools was not a good one for me. Quality and shoddiness of construction throughout the process. Communicating with the owner is a lost cause. Its not just a problem with the parade of subcontractors with no quality control, its also a problem with the overall design of the product. If you like to follow good money with bad, stay up nights worrying about how leaks in the plumbing are affecting your house foundation, and having the embarrassment of bad quality, then this company is for you. Dont be fooled with review packing. The people that have 1 or 2 stars are what you will be looking at.

Unfortunately we did not get a chance to have them install a pool for us. We called to set up an appointment. Waited for someone to call us back and she finally set us up for an appointment 10am on a Monday morning. Calls two days before and ask if they could come Wednesday. We let her know we already had another appointment for Wednesday. She was not apologetic or offer an explanation of why they canceled Monday on us. Just said thats all she had available. Didnt even offer the following week. Wow! Really? Just hung up. I heard pool businesses have been very busy since the pandemic. Well, thats great to hear but how about hiring more help if youre that backed up. Theres plenty of people looking for work! That was terrible customer service. Maybe the owner does or does not know how the phones are being handled. I hate writing bad reviews but I hate rude customer service too.

Quality installed our pool and landscaping and we are very happy with their service. Their response time for a service call is same day if not within a couple of hours. All of their staff who has worked on our pool and landscaping have been professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this company

Cant say enough great things about this pool company. My builder Mike Knaffle recommended them and I am glad he did. They have an amazing group of skilled workers that worked quickly and efficiently to install our pool without sacrificing quality. I think they picked the right name for the company. Bill helped us design the pool based on our needs and wants. He gave us 3 different drawings and we picked out the one we liked best. Then he helped pick out the materials and educated us on what might look best. They literally was no stress in the entire process. Once we got the pool installed a gentleman by the name of Mark helped show us how to use the remotes and maintain the pool. We have never owned a pool before so I felt this helped reduce some of my anxiety. He answered all of our questions sometimes 2 and 3 times. We will probably be using them to maintain our pool going forward. Our family will get many years of enjoyment from this pool. One time we had an issue with the pavers that had settled a little and needed to be redone. My builder called them and they were there to fix it the next day with no questions. So thankful our builder recommended them.

Bill and his team built our pool over six years ago. We asked them to replicate our pool from Florida and they did a great job. They continue to perform the maintenance each week and the pool looks good. Anthony, who oversees the landscaping crews, does an awesome job, also! He definitely takes pride in his work. The yard always looks real good.

This was the best decision we could have ever made, as we interviewed several pool companies and felt very comfortable with Bill at Quality Pools. Bill communicated with us the entire time during the building process making it a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Quality Pools to anyone looking to add a pool to their house. Great workmanship, very competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. I will add photos on a later post to show off the gorgeous pool they built for us. Once again highly recommend Quality Pools!!!!

Love our retaining wall with spa, work was done timely and looks beautiful! Every time I have a question it is answered quickly and satisfactorily. I would highly recommend!

Be aware when you hire this company to build you a pool, they cut corners and go over your Naighbour’s yard, destroying the lawn and won’t fix it after the project is done !!I approached several workers and ask them to fix it ! One leftover pice of sod was thrown in the hole they created, what a joke !! I even called the company and asked them to come and fix it ! Nothing

I would never ever recommend Quality Pools. They installed a pool for me in 2015 and the water feature has never worked it has dumped mud in our pool each time we turn it on. We have contacted them continuously for the last two years to correct this issue. We have been blatantly ignored. Recently my husband became ill with a life threatening disease and I tried to appeal to them to please help me as I wanted him to have a stress free summer. I made a phone call and spoke to someone in the office and I also sent a text to the owner and his son. No one bothered to get back to me. I was not asking for anything free I just wanted the job, that I paid for, completed and done right. I have come to the realization that they are completely heartless and not good business men. This is a bad company who does not care about their customers. I will continue to post this and get the word out as much as I can. The next time I see Bill and his son, Drew will be at the Myrtle Beach Home Show where they will have to talk to me. I put my trust in them and I was completely let down. I did not expect it I believed them to be good men. But they couldn’t even bother to help a man who is so seriously ill. This cannot be overlooked or forgiven. They were paid for a job that was not done right. Shame on you Quality Pools.

My experience was totally different than Dales although!! I thought I had an elevation problem Bill was totally right!! and my pool and yard is better for it!I too had a few paver questions but all I had to do was call Bill-- he responded immediately -was at my home the next day and everything is better than I ever expected or asked for.seriously think all it takes is just to talk to them if you have questions. They are extremely responsible, and timely and driven to provide real quality service!!Real Professional company! Highly recommendedDoug

Bill and his team are second to none, They arrived and installed our paver patio flawlessly. The quality and construction far exceeded our expectations. They also returned the next day and cleaned the work area completely. I would not use anyone else in this area. The quality, price and professionalism far exceeded any other quotes we received.

My experience has not a good one with Quality Pools.After construction, paver pieces were left around the yard, pallets, sand, scraps, & contractors trash all left. Spoke to Bill about it and he said someone would come and they did not. Spoke to Bill again and no one came. Tile was not cleaned on one side of spa. Salt water generator plug was installed with only 1 of 4 screws and not in plumbing alignment, which causes filter to slightly leak.Bottom line is there was 0 quality control with the process. My pool instruction process was very short and I was told with a salt water pool just add half a gallon of acid a week and add salt when generator indicates. This is far from the truth but I am learning more about pool chemistry.During our contact, we were informed that we have a warranty. However the details of that warranty has never been disclosed. We have been successful on a couple of return trips. The pavers around the pool sank in after a rain and someone came to fix (did not look as good as after install). The pool motor went out and they replaced about a week after call. Salt water generator went out and they replaced it. This was within first year of pool.

President very difficult to work with. Wont admit to any mistakes and wont correct anything. Very unpleasant demeanor and unable to take the least bit of criticism. Our table we had installed at the bench is underwater and he refers to is as a floating table but the only thing floating is what you place on the table. So many blunders that we have to live with and the few things we were able to get him to agree to fix (from a punch list), he only completed 1 of and is now demanding full payment or he is going to repossess our pool equipment. 5 months of this and we are very disappointed with the overall job and service we have received. Guess well be seeing him in court next. All I can say is buyer beware.

Pool dug to low, Belgard pavers installed incorrectly. Very disappointed. The pool I have is on the very small side of what the misleading contract and 2hat I paid for. My pool is short 18 linear feet but this pool company is protected because their contact allows it and it was misleading. I have had other paver companies out to my house to leave quickly after finding out quality pools installed my pool and Belgrad pavers. They refuse to clean up botched work. I paid 300 to 400 water bill per month between Oct 1 and march 31 due to quality pools installed a simple water fill incorrectly. Do not waste your money on these schiesters. Legalized robbery through misleading contracts and unwillingness to make any amends.
