I live rural and needed my pool opened and cleaned. I called every pool company in Conway and this was the only company that would service me. Crystal Clear Pools even told me he did not care if I paid him 10 service fees he would not do it because he could open 20 or more pools in the time it took to get to my home. I live 35 minutes from Conway. I am thankful and appreciate the service. From Melissa Barnes Center Ridge..

The BEST of the BEST!! One of the few companies left that takes pride in their work and is devoted to customer satisfaction! I have been a happy customer for 14 years! My pool & hot tub sparkles thanks to their Pool Team! Also a very extensive selection of plants and flowers offered. Never herd anything negative about Conway Pool & Gardens! Give them a try, you will not regret it!

My pool was supposed to be opened on April 8th, 2019. 2 techs came and they took the cover off the pool, turned the pump on, treated it with chemicals, left a note saying they couldn’t vacuum because they thought the lines were clogged and a service tech would need to come out. Wednesday I called the store because my pool was still green. Clayton said it may need some shock but all pools are different and it could take a few days to react. I called on Friday and Clayton said that wasn’t right and the techs should’ve scheduled the service tech when they were there and realized something was wrong-but they didn’t. Service tech came out same day (Friday) and attempted to flush the lines without success. He’s told me the pipes were angled weirdly and it’s not letting him get the pressure he needs to flush the lines so the pipes need to be cut off and redone. I okayed it and said they could start ASAP. They told me they would talk to the main tech for our pool and he would be the one to take care of it (Don). Wednesday of the next week, I still hadn’t heard anything so I called back and Clayton told me Don had been out, he had to have a steroid shot in his arm and said he would be back in Thursday and I should be hearing something and someone would be at the house in a day or two. I didn’t hear anything and no one came to my house. I called on saturday and spoke to Clayton, again. He asked me to send him an email with the pictures of my pipes and he would get it taken care of and call me by days end. Monday comes and I still haven’t heard back from Clayton. I called on Tuesday and Clayton told me he was sorry, he would comp some new chemicals because the first trip (2 weeks ago that hasn’t filtered or anything) was of no good at this point- mind you my pool still hasn’t even been vacuumed. He promised that someone would be out this week. I asked when and he wasn’t sure because of storms. He told me this was unacceptable and my pool should have been up and running the day they left on April 8th. He said he hoped someone could be there by Wednesday but it would probably be Friday. I told him this was their last chance with me and if no one came I would not have a good review nor would I be paying the bill for the very little service I have received (I was billed for the full service!!). I also let him know that I would be taking my business elsewhere. It is Sunday April 28 and my pool is still green, not vacuumed, not up and running and I have not heard one thing from Don or Clayton or any other member of this business. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!

I came here due to a bad experience from Family Leisure where I had more questions than answers from there team but when I came here they had all my answers and even physically showed me how to operate my filter and pump from the store the only place I’ve been to really teach me how all this works
