They were very affordable and fast. Far exceeded my expectations and were extremely professional and courteous. I was quoted a time of an hour and a half and it was only about 30 minutes to finish the job. They also were less expensive than the competition for the work I had done by about 25%. My car drives brand new! Will definitely go back when the time comes!

Best Firestone in Arkansas, maybe the best within the 10 other states Ive used Firestone. They are fast, polite, honest and make sure you are aware of whats going on. Not once did I think they wanted to do more than what was necessary.At the current time, they dont have a GM, but Lane is awesome! Hopefully they promote this guy because the shop was running smooth and he had things well under control!

I called these guys, twice. I was disconnected both times. First call I asked about the tire size in stock and was met with silence while the guy looked up the size (Im assuming thats what he was doing at least). Moments later the call is disconnected. I know he hung up on me because I heard the two beeps that the iPhone makes when a call ends.Second call the same guy answers and I know he must know its me because I asked for the same tire size and he tells me almost instantly that they dont carry that tire in stock but could order it for me. I asked him the prices and he goes silent again (while I assume hes working) and a few moments later....the call is disconnected as I once again hear the two beeps.I hope the calls are recorded but I doubt itll make a difference. If their customer service is that abysmal over the phone then I dare not venture to the store.I dont recommend them.

While I was traveling through Arkansas, my low tire pressure light came on. I wouldn’t make it to this location before closing time, but I called ahead and the employee who answered the phone offered to stay after closing to check my tire pressure and visually inspect the tires for nails. Upon arrival he came out and checked all of my tires and adjusted the tire pressure for me at no charge. Lane was extremely helpful and I appreciate his time and service.

Firestone in ConwayAR is the most professional car service business I have ever been to. The managers and techs are timely and really go out of their way to make the customers and their cars feel important.

If I could say one word to describe the staff at this shop, it would be integrity. Even though the technicians were able to perform a partial repair on my vehicle, because they couldnt complete the service I came into the shop for, I was refunded my payment. No other shop Ive ever dealt with would have done this. I will definitely be back to this location for service in the future. Thank you Firestone Team!

I took my vehicle to this Firestone location because the whole engine was emitting a deadly grinding noise. After some work with the stethoscope, they had determined that it was the AC unit. This was a substantial $1000 repair, and I was given a few other shops to compare prices with. Eventually, I decided to come back to Firestone. After replacing the AC system, the sound continued. This was a nervous time for me because I knew how much work had already been done on the problem. They had it narrowed down to the water pump at this time, which was so solidly attached to the engine block that it made it difficult to see where the sound was coming from. The water pump repair was substantially cheaper than the AC repair, sitting around $240 with parts and labor. Because my vehicle had been misdiagnosed at first, they took it on themselves to only charge me for the work that addressed the original problem, meaning that I had a new AC system and water pump for the price of the water pump alone. The number one thing that I look for in an auto mechanic is integrity. This shop embodies that value better than any other that Ive found.

Ok, first the bad......NOTHING. This review is after my second visit. My first visit in August was stopping by hoping they could fit me in to change the oil in my Chevy HHR. They not only managed to fit me in, but did so in a friendly and timely manner. They made sure I was aware of some issues that my vehicle has so I wasnt driving it unaware and gave me a quote on what they would charge to fix it if that is what I wanted to do. Very good first impression.Today, I had scheduled an appointment online only to have it canceled by their system. The gentleman I spoke with (I apologize for not remembering your name), apologized and let me know he would try to squeeze my vehicle in but due to there not being any openings, it might take up to 1.5 hours. He also offered to reschedule for another day if I couldnt wait, to make sure proper attention was given to me as a customer, and my vehicle. I chose to wait and not only did he and his staff get my car in quicker than anticipated, but i was done and out the door in almost exactly 30 minutes. The people who work at this location exemplify what it is to be a professional and really caring about their customers. I will be a customer there from now on. Thank you for your great service.

I took my car there to get alignment and everything is new under from the wheel bearing and everything else they took some of my new parts off and told me they couldnt do because of tie rod. Everything brand new though

They are the only company I allowed to change my oil. The last oil change, they knocked loose a sensor and it caused my car to stall, in return cost some repair work that I had to payfor. You guys have to pay more close attention and start being careful when you are under the hoods of customers cars.

They were very nice, the location was neat and clean, and there is a small (8 chair) waiting area with a TV, water dispenser, and coffee. They were also very professional, both in person and on the phone. Prices are reasonable and they know their stuff!However, the parking lot is too small for their business volume and the waiting area chairs arent very comfortable, which matters when it can take an hour or more for extensive service.All in all, theyre a great option! But I would recommend you either drop your car off or schedule any major service so you can walk around downtown or hit the nearby stores and restaurants. (Their location makes this a breeze!)

Late last summer, and asked if something was wrong with my alternator because my car was not holding a charge. They told me nothing was wrong with the alternator. Less than a week later, my dad and I replaced my alternator. I took my car into the shop a couple days ago for brake repair and was given an estimate of the costs. I brought my car in at 9:30 a.m. and was told my car had to stay overnight for the repairs. The next day, I get a call saying they replaced something and were adding $130 on top of the already pricey repair without asking me if I wanted that done. I told them how that was ridiculous to not warn me or let me know beforehand. After a couple minutes, I called back to speak with the manager about the extra fee, and was then told they would give me a $100 discount. While I appreciate the discount, it wasnt until I expressed my anger that they knocked the price down. After two straight times of frustrating experiences with Firestone, I am now going to look elsewhere for my repairs.

First time going to any mechanical so I dont have alot of knowledge to base this off of.I thought the services were fast, according to online quotes I did over pay by around 40 dollars for the services I needed though, and there parking lot is so small. Both times I went I couldnt find a parking spot, and since I had to leave my car near by I didnt have a choice but to leave it in the lot next door which they tow away cars that arent their customers.

They dont have the correct size tires for 2017 year model vehicles, in the year 2018, and they also dont sell spares. It seems as though theyre more focused on getting you to make a special order than helping you get back on the road. Avoid this shop if at all possible.

Ive been here a couple of times; and the first handful of time were a meh experience, nothing memorable or worth mentioning. I just got through getting an oil change today and was planning on replacing a tire I thought had a nail in it; not sure if theyre under new management or what, but the gentleman helping me was so nice, helpful, and definitely worth mentioning! He took the time to search for this nail that seemed to have fallen out without any repercussions to my vehicle, and informed me that I wouldnt be needing a new tire today! Hats off to Taylor Jordan, Store Manager and his whole team.My husband and I were in Conway AR to attend a funeral, 600 miles from home, when our car developed a noticeable gas line leak on a Saturday afternoon. The Chevy dealership and other places were closed, but luckily for us, the Firestone Store at 711 Front St in Conway was opened, and Taylor, the store manager, asked if we could drive over (which we could do) and he would at least examine our car, which he did at no charge. The good news - he could fix it - the bad news he had to order the part and he couldnt even do it until Monday. Short version: we rented a car and drove home, and the following Friday, I drove back to Conway AR, and picked up my repaired car. Throughout the week, Taylor kept me updated on ordering the part, receiving the part, and installation. Price was exactly what was quoted. Even though I may never visit Firestone in Conway, AR again, Taylor treated me and my husband like he would treat his most repeat customers. . . .If you are in Conway, and want to be treated fairly . . . with courtesy, and be truly listened to . . . go this Firestone on Front Street.

Got five new tires and job was expertly done, always happy with firestone conway ar work

Asked for all tires to be balanced and was recommended to replace front driver tire instead... after doing so they only balanced the new tire and left the car pulling to the right and claimed it was because the pasenger front tire needed replaced. But yet when I went to another auto shop and they balanced all the tires like i asked it fixed all the problems.

Amazing experience!!! I had an issue with squealing sound that was supposed be fixed in my home town firestone shop.. drove 900 miles and noticed same sound.. stoped in this morning to see if they can take me in and check it out.. they got me right away in found out what was actually wrong with it and ordered new alternator which got there in about 2 hrs.. fixed my problem and got me out by noon!!!The manager there is amazing guy ... over all customer service 10 stars! If i lived here this would be my place to get my car serviced.Once again thank you guys for getting me back on the road so quick 😁. I highly recommend this place!!!

Giving Firestone another shot.. 18 Aug 2016. Was told they opened at 7am. Their website says open at 7am. Here is am sitting at the front door with the lights off and door locked at 7:10. When will I learn.Remarkably slow. Vehicle went right in for an oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2 hrs to complete.

I highly recommend these guys for tires.I have done research on tire prices all over Conway on multiple vehicles and Firestone is always one of, If not the cheapest place. I took my fience s tire in a few weeks ago and they patched it up and informed me that the tie in rod was badly needing repaired. They didnt care if I had them fix it or did it myself, they were simply concerned about her driving it. I ended up just doing it myself, but am thankful for their care.

This place is a scam shop. I took my car in to get the power steering fixed. I was expecting around $500 in repairs to be done. They called me and told me they found all this other stuff that I had never even heard of. They said it would be $1800. Now, I am a college student at UCA and some people think they can pull the wool over your eyes when youre young, but not me. I told them that was a lot of money but they assured me it was all essential to my car functioning properly. Being the cautious consumer I am, I got a second opinion from another mechanics shop in town. They basically told me that half the stuff Firestone was trying to charge me was not necessary at all. In the end, the other mechanics shop did the work for $605. Do NOT go to Firestone unless you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of.

Im giving 3 stars only because they do the work quickly and well. I go to them for tires and oil changes. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. This is a shame because in the past weve received very good service, but this time around we had someone at the desk who was either unable or unwilling to give us the information we needed. They did the bare minimum of what was asked and did not offer any additional information. Disappointing.

I took my truck here to have 4 of my tires that have 5000 miles on them put on my truck. They refused me service because my tires were not brand new. This is piss pour service your a tire shop but let me guess you only put tires you sale on vehicles. I will never go back. This was the conway location.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went in for an estimate to change a camshaft position sensor and i come from a family of mechanics so of course i checked to see about how much and how long it should take before i went to a shop because i know they can be pricey. They tried to charge me $377 dollars and told me that it would take 2 hours to do. So instead i went to OReillys got the part i needed for $70 and put it on myself. Took me 15 mins😒😒

Its nice after calling around to find someone who does what they say. Cheapest quote around. Left earlier then what i thought and 50 dollars cheaper. I go to firestone for all my tires. They last longer balance with little to no weight and their service is great. Its like they appreciate you coming there. I have owned 57 firestone tires and never had a blowout or defect. I run 10 ply truck and trailer tires.

Very honest, friendly people. Quality service. On more than one occasion, the mechanic (Joshua Grimes) has gone out of his way and spent extensive time dealing with the miscellaneous complications my older car now has. He has even driven to local auto parts shops for materials needed to extract seized bolts and has replaced parts broken in the process of repairs (likely due to preexisting wear and the ridiculously tight configuration of mechanism components on so many import cars from the 90s). On any of these occasions, they could have cheated me by charging me for extra work or lied and said theyd found additional broken components. Instead they honestly tell me what happened, educate me on what had to be done, show me what was done, and never charge me more than the initial agreed upon price. Trust these people for any of your routine maintenance or needed repairs (w/in their scope of practice... Im not sure they do everything a private mechanic would do - but ask these folks first!).
