Jenny is the sweetest lady and always does an amazing job! My nails look amazing and the customer service is great! She always takes the time to do all of the crazy ideas I find and stays open late to make sure and fit us in :)

My client and her friend went to get their nail polishes and the nail polishes was thick. I don’t know if it was get or what and it took hours to get the polish off we tried nail polish remover didn’t work we went back to try doing it ourselves. They gave us cotton with stuff on it then gave us a small bottle so we can go home and do it if not they was gonna charge us for taking the nail polish off ourselves. So we got home did it ourselves took about an hours having trouble getting it off it was some type of glue stuff we ended up trying to file it down with a NAIL FILER.

Great! They were super nice and did a great job. Will come back again soon.

MICHAEL did my pedicure and dip manicure this time. Rushed through everything; didn’t trim cuticles or put top coat on pedicure. Texted throughout manicure. Filed nails unevenly and left nail tears on mani tips. He never cleaned my hands of dust from filing or dip. Started to use colored dip powder without base coat powder until I asked him to use the base...then he messily slapped remainder on. By the time he finished my manicure looked like a dirt road. If you choose to go here DO NOT USE MICHAEL!

My niece came in and told staff that she wanted ombré nails with a diamond, they told her $60. When they were done they then told her that it would be $90! That is a rip off! If someone tells you that they want a certain thing and ask u how much, then when you’re finish you up the price by $30, you clearly got over! What if she did not have the extra $30 for the service? If she wouldn’t have paid the $90 there would have been a problem right?! Never again will she ot I be coming to this place for this one very reason!

I’ve been going here off and on for years. I use to love Paradise and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Just recently I went for a full set with shellac, and two days later a nail broke off. The following Monday I went back, the girl fixed my nail and for some reason filled 4 nails (wasn’t needed) and charged me for a fill w shellac plus a polish change! I didn’t complain bc I was like this should last at least a week and a half. 2 days later another nail broke! I went back in and told them I had a problem, I sat in there 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone and to just get that nail fixed, but it was free of charge. Another day later 2 more nails broke, and I was told next time ask for someone else to do my nails. I feel as if someone can’t do your nails properly they shouldn’t be in there. I wasted almost $100 on nails in a week. I use to love paradise, but the customer service seems to get worse every time I go.

I went there to get acrylic nails done and when they finished they were so crooked I couldnt handle it. So I went back two days later hoping they would just reshape them with the file. I showed the girl my nails and she said my nails grow like that. My nails hadnt even had time to grow so I know she was lying. In the end she made me pay for what she messed up! Wont be back! Very rude people! I could tell when I was leaving that they werent talking about me because all the employees were staring straight at me and laughing.

Went and waited 2 hours. They were in such a hurry to get me in and out that she didnt even file my nails correctly. They were uneven. I didnt even get a full manicure. She filed my nails and then just painted them. After 3 days the gel polish came off. The WORST experience at a nail place I have ever had.

My visit today was very nice and the young man was pleasant and I enjoyed talking with him. I always have a pleasant time and have never had a complaint.

Went to go get my nails done on my birthday got there at 5 oclock didnt get done into 7:30 needless to say I was the last person in there they rushed me out the door because the lady was ready to go my nails were not dry I got white so two days later of my nails turned brown seeing how I had just been there two days ago and the guy was kind of rude and told me that I would had to pay seven dollars to get my nails repainted it was not my fault they use old Polish and they should have just fixed them this place is not worth the money or the time..!!

She so good and gentle. Feet never felt better!
