I went to this place for the first time today. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. The lady took a lot of time to make my toenails look great. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

I hate to be this person but please dont go here. It took 40 minutes to thread my eyebrows. The lady was so slow that i felt every hair being pulled one at a time. She was very nice but she pulled the thread to pull the hair out instead of letting the thread pull out the hair on its own. The shape was ok but it took so long to get there that i didnt even car that ut wasnt exactly what i wanted. I have been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years now and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. Ive been here a few times before and it was bad then but this takes the cake. The only reason i came today was because Studio B is closed on Sundays. If you are reading this, go to Studio B on dave ward.

I went in to have several services provided. I had my eyebrows threaded, dyed, manicure, pedicure, Brazilian wax and was talked into individual eyelash extensions. My pedicure was OKAY, nothing special, my manicure was done COMPLETELY dry, no soaking of the hands. She did not even clean under my nails! But the WORST experience was the eyelash extensions! She used so much glue that my eyes were glued shut, I had lumps of glue scratching my eyes and my eyes were CONSTANTLY watering for the next two days and I had eyelashes poking my eyes. Within TWO days, 90% of the eyelashes came off. It was HORRIBLE! I would have returned to have it addressed, but I went out of town the next morning! TOTAL waste of money! I will NOT return ever again!!

Everytime Ive been there ineas satisfied with my services no matter who provided them. Only thing that bothers me is that that dont converse at all so that can make it kinda awkward.

You can go in and literally get everything done without going to a different place. They do an excellent job and make sure that you are satisfied. The staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend them %100.

Took my two daughters to get their nails done, and she offered the gel as the best option; nails didnt last longer then 3 days, They both didnt like the turn out, not the color option they gave us, jagged and very crooked, and it took over 2 1/2 hours to do 2 sets of gel nails. Would not recommend, but place was clean and the ladies were kind.

Went today and got them done by an older lady who I had never saw before. I got the worst pedicure ever.My polish looks awful and she didn’t but use any cuticle oil or cut them. It looks like I did them myself. My feet are dry and ashy looking bc she didn’t even put oil or lotion on the after. And I paid for 2 pedicures. We both are dissatisfied. I will never go back for anything other than threading and only if no one else is open.

Came here with my momAnd sister while I was on vacations visiting and it was a very nice time very nice clean and attentive !!! I will definitely be going every time I visit and my sister had found her spot !!! Great prices as well

I had great service in the past.. i went in today to get my eyebrows threaded and I was very disappointed..the lady who did mine was very inexperienced..she left me with bald patches on my left eyebrow....I will not be going there again!

Do NOT go here for nails. Im not sure how you can mess up a basic polish removal and color change but it happened. I was so fed up by the time I left, I didnt want to go back to have it fixed. Ive gone here every since it opened a few years ago but now they have different people who are unsure what to do. The lady who originally opened it I believe has moved away already and she had everything in order and how its supposed to run. Now they dont have very many workers and people have walked out on them. I would only recommend coming here for eyebrows ONLY.

The first time i got eyelashes put on they were great and lasted a week..The 2nd time i got some put on wednesday and the fell off thursday after paying 25 dollars

Got my lashes done on the 4th, had to go back on the 5th Bc one was hanging down bad (she didn’t fix it so I don’t know what she was doing to my lashes) A couple days later the other side had a huge gap in them. They keep falling off. Extremely displeased, espically with the amount that I paid for them. (Looking like Mr. Snuffleupagus)

I came here before and had ok service, came here today and they make you wait outside until it’s your turn the lady inside asks you to wait outside because of COVID. That’s understandable. She asks me to wait 15mins has me write my name and number TO CALL ME WHEN ITS MY TURN! I sit outside waiting almost 40mins and this “lady and her daughter” walk in and are immediately seated and she’s about to begin I see this and walk in immediately and she says I thought you left!!??! What’s the point in me writing my name and number if you’re not going to call!!!!! So annoyed she follows me outside. But I’m just like whatever I’m too annoyed right now to sit here with you! Definitely 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Wonderful and quick service I love this place

I usually love this place but last time i went a different woman did my eyebrows and burned the f out of my eyelid twice and left a bad mark.

So tired of spending my money with these people and my eyelashes come up loose the next day
