While they do offer Notary services, I wouldnt count on it. After waiting in like for 20 minutes, Im informed they are too busy and cant stop long enough to provide a service they claim to offer. Employees were nice and friendly (which is why I didnt give this 1 star). Once I returned home I checked their page. It doesnt say they require an appointment, but there is a place to make one. (which is confusing, do I need one? do I not?) Also, the latest appointment you can book is 4 P.M. It seems as if this service is not available to people who work a 9-5 job, or who cannot leave work to get this done. To be fair, the rest of my experiences with this store have been 3* or above.

I use this company for all my printing jobs. They always go above and beyond. Their designers and staff are all top notch. HIGHLY reccommend

I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE!! I had some canvases made for mother’s day and they came out beautifully. Anything you can think of this store will bring it to life and will NOT disappoint. Definitely recommend this store for all your printing needs!

Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful.Con: I was informed that my package couldnt be shipped bc it contained gun parts. When pressed, the employee told me it was the owners (NOT UPS) personal preference not to ship such items. I will not be brining my business back and I would encourage you to do the same.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even when I realized I had left part of the information at my house! They were not irritated in the slightest- which is amazing because I have done customer service before and know they must have been so tired of people like me LOL. They were very polite and even remembered my name when I got back with the correct paperwork!

I use this UPS at least 3 times a week, I’ve always had great service until today. Tara was extremely rude, and harsh with how she spoke to me. Will be driving to other location across town for now on.

I will give ZERO star if I can. The notary public service is absolutely horrible !!!!! The owner Amanda who is the notary has ZERO patient. She has access to replay my review here. They took my pictures and turned them into art. The UPS Store did a fantastic job with turning some pictures that I took and turned them in to canvas print. They have complete 4 so far and will go back to them for prints. You are Awesome! thanks

This was my first and last time coming to this store. I was searching for a notary which I found out UPS stores have their own notary. I went to a previous UPS and the person that did the notary was out sick. I decided to google and find another one which was this UPS located in Conway 17 miles away. I called first to verify if the person the did their notary was there. I was told by a female worker at 4:39pm they was there. I specifically asked what time do they leave because I know they closed at 6pm. The female worker told me they will be their until 6pm. Once I make it to the location around 5:10pm I was told by another female worker that the person that did the notary is not there and has left. At this point I was very upset since I just called at 4:39pm and they where there. Then it sounded like they was trying to make excuses and said the person ran to the bank and should be back in 20 minutes. They told me to just wait in the lobby. After 20 minutes of waiting the female associate then tells me well the notary is on a phone call and won’t be able to see you today. I was furious how did the person go from leaving to go to the Bank and now they are back on a phone call while it has been a customer in the lobby waiting over 20 minutes for them to return. This is unexceptionable. I had something that needed to be sent. I would rather them told me they left early and not coming back instead of waiting and making excuses. This incident occurred 07/27/20.

Rude and slow. Ill use FedEx next time.

Ive done business with this store for years, and shipped dozens of packages, and never had a single issue until now. I was shipping a package to a friend, who works at a gun shop. When the asked what was in the package I told them it was plastic parts. Once they saw the address, they inquired again to the packages contents, so I told them it was gun parts (which it was). No receivers (which require an FFL), no fire control parts, and no ammunition. Just some old plastic parts, which are completely harmless. They outright refused to ship my package because of the contents. Bottom line this store is run by Un-American, Anti 2nd Amendment people who would rather decline paying business than keep it. Im using FedEx from now on (they dont care what I ship).

I have used this UPS location many times, I am usually treated by the Owner and she is always pleasant and helpful. I have used them for shipping, notary, and even finger printing. Always great service. Will use them again.
