I had Performance Tinters put ceramic tint on my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the tint job, but customer service is lacking in a big way with this place. Long story short, I believe the cable to my Edge cts3 was damaged and a light was left on inside the cab of my vehicle. When I called to discuss this the young lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if my issues were irrelevant. I then called VIP tinters and spoke with Joe who told me he would take care of the issue if I would come down this Monday morning. After taking my morning and driving 25 min one way to see Joe, my grievance was still not satisfied. He told me to call back later. I called back later and he had still not taken care of the issue so I called and ordered it myself instead of waiting on people that have already shown a lack of interest in resolving my grievance. The truth is instead of the tint costing me 670.00, now a little more has to be added to the cost in time, labor and a new part.

I had high expectations from this place of business. But I was disappointed! When picking up my car from having the windows tinted, one of the workers had broken a light cover in the backseat. And when I asked the manager about it he literally blamed me for it being broken. I will never recommend this place to anyone !!

The absolute best tint shop you can use. Ive been a customer for about 11 years since weve moved here and I go through cars like you wouldnt believe. Ive had them do around 17 or 18 cars and they always do excellent work. I highly recommend the ceramic tint they have as it REALLY blocks the heat coming into the vehicle. It is expensive but 100% worth it. Always please with the service, the price and the turn around time. Definitely use them.

I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years......Even before the current owners.....However today was my last visit. They over scheduled themselves again then proceed to take another customer that came in after me because that guy said he was in a hurry. The wait for my last few vehicles we had done there has been similar despite always making an appointment. The girl at the counter didn’t even say a word when I asked for my keys back....I had to remind her that an apology was in order. All it takes for good customer service is communication and and ‘I’m sorry, we are running way behind, will that be ok?’ A lack of apology means I will never be back.

I had a great experience. They helped me setup an appointment and got the tint done on my 2019 Charger in under an hour. The tint has a great curb appeal and helps keep the car cool. I will be getting my other vehicles done there too.

Performance Tinters has always been my go to tinters. Always very pleased with their work. This time was a re-tint on a car that I bought that already had tint. The process was explained along with options available. The new tint looks amazing!

I have had them do all of my cars since the 80s. I might not take a lot of brains to have a tint shop but it does to have one this long. Most shops open and close within two years. These guys are great at what they do and the stand behind the warranty 100%. If I am not mistaken the do most of the car dealerships on town also. Great work, good prices, and really smart people. I love this shop.

I was actually quoted a price over the phone, and took my car in the next day. When I got there she helped me make a decision, and also told me I could get the work done right then. This was huge because I really didn’t feel like making an appointment in coming back, so I really appreciate the helpfulness and flexibility. Went there after being quoted the best price in the Conroe area. I read the last review and was skeptical, but that dude must have been having a bad day because I drove up did not have an appointment and they took my truck in within about 10 minutes and was there for about 30 mins total for a tint job. Both employees I dealt with one male the other female were very nice and were very quick with the job and did a good job as well. Theyve been around a hot minute for a reason and after going there I see why. Thanks again guys, Ill be back next time I need a vehicle tinted.

Called and was put on hold for 5 minutes before hanging up. Called back, and line was silent. Called back and got a fax machine. Called back again and after mentioning I was just on hold for 5 minutes, lady told me she was really busy and started telling me to hold again.I now have an appointment with Tomball Tinters. The entire phone call with a quote and scheduling the appointment took exactly 1 minute.
