Guys did a great job making the truck shine again. It had gotten to the point that I did not enjoy washing the truck as it never cleaned up enough. I got the Ceramic Pro Silver Package. These guys left it feeling smoother than glass and washing it now is a breeze! I even had them do my F250 as well. Will definitely be back again and will recommend to all my family and friends.

Great and friendly service. Just happened to leave vehicle unfinished without covering the front bumper, leaving an object under the PPF and have multiple areas of pealing PPF.

Had both vehicles windshields ceramic UV tint done, noticed immediate temperature differences, a/c working at lower speed to cool the cars down. All employees and managers are easy to talk with and professional, shop was clean and fresh.

Picked up a new Camaro and wanted to get the paint corrected and protected. Did my research and stumbled upon 5 Point Auto Spa. From the first couple of minutes of talking to Rob I knew my car would be in good hands. He explained to me each option I had and wasnt forceful or pushing me towards the top tier details. I was given full details of what steps he would be going through to get my cars paint to the level I had in mind, this guy knows his stuff no doubt. Second thing that caught my attention was the shop itself. When you take your car to a detail shop you expect the shop to be clean and maintained... which it was to a T, plus the shop has an awesome lay out. Compared to other shops that have detailed my vehicles this shop is top of the line. He had a shop full of cars waiting to be worked on but he and his team had my car ready in two days. I was expecting my paint to look perfect after our initial consultation, when he opened the garage door to the shop I was blown away and instantly got goosebumps. Im a very picky person and I couldnt find one flaw or missed spot on the car, every nook and cranny had obviously been touched. He didnt just take my money and give me the keys, he spent about 30 minutes with me going over what he did and gave me detailed instructions on how to maintain the coating and make it last. My expectations were blown out of the water, the paint has a mirror finish and literally looks wet. The process brought out color in the car that I didnt think was possible. I get compliments everytime I pull this car out and get alot of questions about how the paint got to the level that its at. I recommend this shop to everyone i know that is into cars/ trucks whether the vehicle is brand new or 100k miles due to the level of professionalism I experienced. I will be bringing my wifes car here soon and also future projects. Big thanks to the team at 5 Point!

Finally bit the bullet to get some new tint for my truck. The sun was just too much this last summer. Called up Ceramic Pro Houston and they hooked me up right. Got the film I wanted and ended up getting a detail too. End of story, these guys are awesome and Ill definitely be back for more work down the line.

Rob took amazing care of my mustang from the pint correction to the ceramic coating. It made my car look so much better. After my car I had to bring him my Harley to get done as well. Highly recommended

I brought in my brand new Tesla Model 3 in for a full front clear bra package and I could not be happier! Rob and is team are so friendly and professional - I am so happy I made the decision to come here. I will be coming in the future for anything my car needs.

I am updating my review as director of operations reached me and realized the mistake on their part, thats how every company should act to make sure their customers are happy, Joanne has taken an extra step to set up a time with me so that a representative can come to my house and coat my interior. Although I have already made arrangements for that and didnt needed 5 point auto spa to come over and coat the interior but offering such service itself shows they care, I hope my follow up service by the end of the year would be exceptional and me getting my keys back with a smile on my face!

Rob and his team do amazing work and have top notch customer service. They did smoke scent removal and full paint correction and then completely detailed the car. Looks brand new again!! Will definitely be back.

Update:The Director of Operations contacted me later today to apologize and offered to make things right, so I am updating my rating.I called last week and booked an appointment to have my windows tinted for today at 9:30am. Nobody was there, and nobody was answering calls or returning texts. A guy showed up at 10:10am, had no idea about any appointment, and honestly didnt seem too concerned that I had been sitting there for 40 minutes. He called the manager Rob, who informed him that the tint person was coming in at some point. Absolutely no sense of urgency, or concern. I didnt stick around. So I cant speak to the quality of their work, but their service was a complete fail.

Rob and his crew are true professionals and they really know how to take care of their customers! I not only brought in my vehicle, but I also brought in 9 of my family member’s vehicle to get ceramic coated within a span of 3 months. That’s how much trust I have in Rob and his men. Highly recommend!

I just picked up a new black Range Rover Sport and wanted to protect the vehicle. I heard about a new location in my area and decided to give it a go! My car needed a full paint correction to remove some surface scratches from the dealership & I added the full front clear bra kit (custom cut) to ensure the front stays protected. I also added the gold package which added an extreme gloss and shine to my paint. I am more in love with it now than when I picked it up! Joanne was really helpful and explained step by step what I needed to do in order to keep up with the vehicle after delivery. Thanks 5 Point Auto Spa. I met Rob the manager years ago at a car meet when he owned A Team Detail. I called him a few months ago and he was running Ceramic Pro training and not detailing.Well Im so excited that his business is now running training and detailing. I just bought a new Tesla Model X from the Woodlands and I read online I should put a ceramic coating on it.I immediately thought of Rob and called his cell to see if he knew where I could do it. And he Said he could! And even better they are in the Woodlands now!I ended up going kind of crazy on my Tesla because I really want my Model X to last a lifetime. I wrapped the full car in XPEL clear bra, Ceramic Pro Coated it and changed my calipers to red and blacked out the chrome.This thing looks like a spaceship. Highly recommend Rob at 5 Point for all of your car care needs.
