I never got around to reviewing this company on google, only on facebook. It works out better for the review at this point I guess. Had all the windows replaced in my home after rebuilt from Harvey, March 2018. Superior Window Company was incredible to work with from start to finish. Way better quality than window world and way worth the slightly extra cost. Have had the windows in the house for over a year and a half at this point and the functionality is incredible, and the savings on cooling is incredible. Its incredible how much heat from the sun they block out. Their installers were very professional and clean. Like, CLEAN. you wouldnt have known I had windows replaced. Cant tell you what a pleasure it was to work with them and Im super happy I went with them. They were one of the easiest parts of the renovation of my house and after the flood. If those words even fit into the same sentence together, they work well with Superior Window. Thanks for all of your efforts! The entire experience with Superior Windows was outstanding. Dale (sales) was exceptional in explaining the design and advantages of the NT windows. We were impressed with the aluminum reinforced vinyl design. Karen was great in addressing any questions that we had after the order was placed. Garencio and the installation crew were outstanding. They did an excellent job of installing and caulking the windows. They also did a great job cleaning the site when the windows were installed. Everyone that we dealt with at Superior was very professional and strived to satisfy us. These are custom windows that are made to the size of your window opening. The windows are great and what a difference it made in our home - they were installed a day before the very cold 9° temperatures of the Feb 2021 arctic cold blast. The installation team was very good, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We are happy customers.

I have changed my windows at my house and I used Superior Window Company. I did the overall upgrade over 2 years, as the company offers the great option to do it over 2-3 years, to help with the financing.From the early interaction with Rocky and their office, to the installation and cleaning by Homer and his crew, it was a fantastic experience.I am lowering my electricity bills both in the summer and in the winter times. And more importantly, the temperature in my house never dropped below 50F during the winter storm we experienced in mid-February. Even after being without power (hence heating) for 36 hours. And it was freezing the whole time outside!!!Furthermore, they have a really nice and cozy feeling from the inside and have also reduced the overall noise level coming from outside. And finally, the windows look really nice and it is an aesthetic improvement to my house as well.It was a big investment, but its paying off big time. And I am 100% happy with my choice.

We just recently had windows installed for our whole house....they did a great job! The windows are very good quality and I’m proud they are made in Texas and also to support a family owned business. The experience was so easy on us, the installers were very nice and professional and took a lot of time and care so not to damage anything. They seriously went above and beyond. The salesman was also very professional and knowledgeable.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They were so professional throughout the process of replacing our 50-year-old downstairs windows. The removal and installation only took a day, and they left our house and yard cleaner than they found it, and didnt even trample plants that were right under the windows they were installing. I wish I remembered the names of the installers - they totally deserve a shout-out for their professionalism. The new windows are beautiful and high quality, and we particularly appreciated them when it was 29 degrees last night. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful. Dale was great. He spent as much time as I needed to explain everything to me about the windows, as well as what to expect when they are installed. Definitly pay attention to the interest free financing.. I I had been properly and honestly informed,, I wouldnt have done it.. cost almost 7k up front on 19k of financing.. Sure its interest free and they will focus on that.But BE SURE to ask about the up front cost.. Installatiin was excellent all the way through as long as Jose is the installer.Another guy they called out to help so they could get done was a liar and did a horrible job. He looked me in the eye when I asked him if he had used the spray foam to insulate around the windows and said yes. When they came out to reinstall the only 2 doors he installed, he had sprayed just enough foam to be able to say he did. He didnt even put silicone around the door. Think they called him B for some reason. He drove a big white cargo truck.

Tried to give them business on windows and the lady kept refusing to even talk about it. Saying they only make custom and I kept saying that’s what I need……

Very nice and professional salesman that came to our home. Measured our home twice just to be sure everything was correct. Helped me pick out colors, window looks, what types of windows, etc. When the time came to install our new windows, they kept things cleaned and cleaned up when needed! The Superior Window team did a phenomenal job on the windows for our home! We met Dale Brock, the owner of Superior Window Company, at the Katy Home and Garden event. We told him that we had been looking at several companies to replace all of our windows. Dale set an appointment with us to come by our house to educate us on the design of the available windows on the market. It was an eye opening experience while also answering all of our questions. Here is my exerperince 3/8/21 I call this place explain I have a vinyl window that needs replaced they first tell me it doesnt need replaced just call a glass replacement company to replace glass I had to explain several times all I have in my house is a opening no frame finally it sunk in but surprise they are not interested in replacing just one window they have 5 window minimum. They are too big of company to provide any servive for just one window . Wow 👏😮👏 I would give zero stars if I could .

I wanted to take a minute to tell you how wonderful the new windows are. I originally saw Dale Brock speak about them on Houston Life. When we made the decision to replace them Rocky came out and sealed the deal. He was very knowledgeable about his product and gave us a lot of information. We were ready to commit. The windows they replaced were 45 years old and it was definitely time! Working with Kathy and Shauna was easy and they were both so helpful. We had all thirteen of our windows replaced and it only took them one day to complete. The crew leader did come back the next day for a few hours to finish the exterior caulking. The crew that came out was very courteous. I know that there are less expensive windows but I believe these were the best value for the $$ spent. I have already noticed less outside noise and am eager to see the electricity bills go down. I highly recommend this SUPERIOR company. The name says it all!

Our home had the windows that were put in the house when it was built in the 70s. We got a couple of bids but the best windows for the best price are the NT windows from Superior Windows. The installation crew was great. On time and professional. It was a great experience.

In 2018 Superior Windows replaced half of the windows in my home they did such an excellent job I used them to complete the window replacement. The overall experience was great from sales to installation in 2018 and 2020. Keep up the good work!!!

Excellent in all respects. Rocky set an appointment time that we agreed upon and he showed up on time. Rockys demonstration of the heat light through the Superior glass was very good.The crew arrived on time and stayed late to finish the installation. Homers crew of Carlos and Oscar were friendly and easy to work with. I walked the project site very often and Homer asked if there was anything that needed attention and Homers crew took care of any concerns. They laid out painters cloths for floor protection and plastic to cover furniture and plants. And they frequently picked up the floor protectors and dumped into their trash receptacles. Im not saying there wasnt dust. There was dust but the crew did their best to minimize the dust. On completion of the job Homer did a walk around with me to ensure everything was right and Homer demonstrated the windows.I have reinstalled the blinds and have been cleaning the dust. Love the windows and doors. Loved the picture glass windows so much in the dining room we considered not installing the blinds because the windows are so good. Reinstalled the blinds because the fence is not much of a view. I wish a had a view! LOL

A++ company. I had received several quotes to replace our windows and which Superior wasnt the cheapest but they were the best option for us. Their windows are not just sitting around waiting to be installed, they are custom measured and fitted. They are not shipped from anywhere across the country. They are local in my state. We waited 3-4 weeks for our windows to arrive and while it was a holiday weekend, their crew showed up as agreed and got started right away. Jesus and his crew did an awesome job. They worked very well together and always keep their work area clean. These windows replaced windows that were 40 yrs old and we experienced no issues during installation. We were inserviced on how the windows worked and their cleaning maintenance when the job was done. Superior Its a joy to walk into every room and see a beautiful window there. I had windows installed by this company,Dale is good at presenting And selling his product but Thats where it stopped in my case. After he took my money I never saw him again and he never returned my calls.and He didnt even show up at job completion as he promised. Hired out unprofessional installers which were messy, breaking windows and did a lousy, messy unprofessional job. Some Windows are leaking when it rains, cracked woodwork in some areas outside and inside . Disconnected my security sensors and left them thrown in their mess. Did not replace the Wood trim over blinds, One window was the wrong size and they still installed it. I have a hard time locking it due to having to hold both sides to close it., to make things worse its the window by the AC unit due to the window not being sealed tight it makes it louder and very difficult to get a good nights rest. Dale never returned my calls to make this right . I just gave up but I have never recommended this company to anyone . I live at a busy noisy corner and Dale said this new and very expensive windows would help . Not at all, sounds as if windows are always open. And last but not least, screens are very thin and cheap.needless to say Im having new windows installed . So basically the money I paid superior windows was cash in the trash ! I did not get the quality windows as proposed and paid for !

I was very impressed with the work of Jesus and his crew. They respected my house and did all they could to keep it clean, and at the end of each day they cleaned up all their work. I love the windows and doors and wished I would have had them done sooner.

Quick and easy installation. Kathy worked with me to pick the absolute most beautiful windows to suit my house. Picking windows can be a hard decision. I felt like I had someone to bounce ideas off of so when it came time for the install, I knew I had made the best choice. My house is incredibly beautiful now. I never would have imagined new windows would have given my house the facelift it needed! Very very happy with the company, installation and product.

Superior Windows are the ones to call when its time to replace! We had 12 windows and 2 sliding glass doors replaced. I knew when I talked with Kathy on the phone the first time and she told me they measure the windows to the nearest 1/8 inch on the brick I had the right company. Rocky came to the house and confirmed where the windows were measured. We were sold long before he quit trying to sell us. The windows came in after several weeks (I dont remember how many, they are custom made for each individual window opening). Homer and crew came out and installed everything in 1 day (a long day). I was very impressed with Homers crew. They kept the mess very minimal and cleaned everything up. I expected much more mess and longer to install.Excellent job.

I am happy with my decision to go with Superior Windows. The free quote I thought I was getting turned into a 3 hour presentation, thorough with information, so keep that in mind.The windows were custom made from a Texas company, and took about a month to be made and delivered. This was communicated to me, and the timeline was adhered to as communicated.The windows themself look really good!The install itself went well. The team of two called that morning about 2 hours before they were scheduled to get here, and said they would be early and asked if that was okay, which was great with me. They quickly got started, and double checked the windows and measurements, then removed the old windows.I had 10 windows replaced and it was planned to take a day and a half to complete, but the job was complete in 1 day.The installer took me around at the completion to explain some details of the windows, which was good knowledge to have.For the most part my experience was positive, but some attention to detail caught my eye. I do not believe this is anything too serious, but three things prevented me from giving this review 5 stars.First, the clean up was pretty good, and I understand it’s hard to make sure you pick up every little piece of debris, but I found a couple of handfuls of nails, screws, wood, glass, and other derbies that may have been problematic if run over by a lawnmower, stepped on, or picked up by my dog.Second, and probably the most eye catching was the new cuts made in the Sheetrock and window seals to fit the new deeper windows. I am pretty sure in the contract it states, they are not responsible for paint, etc, but I have seen several areas, where the cuts were made too aggressively to where I can see indentions where the gaps were attempted to be filled in with caulk, but don’t flow with the rest of the Sheetrock or window seal.Third, the security system is also something I believe the contract says they are not responsible for, so I understood this ahead of time. My minor issue was just the communication on site of the options. I chose an option that left the wires exposed to where I could later have them functionally installed on the new windows. The other option was they could be tucked away and not visible. I chose the exposed option, but I wish I chose the second option after the fact, so I wouldn’t have to worry about removing the caulk and hiding them myself. This was not really the installers fault, but a communication issue.All in all my 4 star review is a positive review, and I would recommend them to someone looking to get new windows installed.

Good quality windows for a decent price. The installation took 2 days and it was a fairly smooth process. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. They cleaned up all their mess and hauled everything away with them. For being a small family business, I wish the owner would have sent me an email or called written a letter to thank me for my business. Also, I was told it was a lifetime warranty for the windows but later found out its only a 10 year warranty and only covers free service for the first year. I feel like I was misled from the sales rep. Hopefully I wont have any issues with the windows. Even though I received quotes for much less from other companies, these windows seem to be a much better quality and are made in Texas. My house is already quieter from the new windows and the temperature inside is a lot cooler. I am very happy with the windows so far.

We are very happy with the new windows. They have given our home an updated look. Dale make his sales presentation in a professional manner. He answered all of our question. The sales part of this was more like a conversation than a sales pitch. The installation crew were very professional. Omar made sure the work area around the windows was protected. He answered my questions during the installation. Our home took 2 days for the installation. The crew left our home clean each day. I was impressed as some of my old windows were difficult to remove. We have noticed that our home is quieter since the new windows were installed. Areas where I could feel drafts are gone. The rooms on the west side of our home are now cooler. The old windows let a lot of heat into the house, especially on the west side of the house. I have noticed a 20% reduction in electricity usage since the windows were installed. Superior is the most professional company we have ever worked with for home improvement, period. We received bids from several different window companies before choosing Superior. My parents had some windows installed by Superior about 8 years ago, and absolutely loved them, so we felt so comfortable with them and they definitely did not disappoint. The installers were the most clean, well dressed and professional that I have ever seen. They were knowledgeable and took very good care of the work area around the windows while they installed them. As for the windows, we are absolutely blown away at how amazing they are. My husband and I comment daily to each other about how (even in 97 degree blazing Houston sun!!) you can touch the window and it feels cool. We are so happy with the window install from Superior Window Company. The installers removed the old windows and glass just as the salesman said, with scoring glass in triangles and carefully removing. (Not just breaking it with hammer). They protected floor and furniture well. This was especially important in my babys room.The window was a very snug fit as it was supposed to be. There was no gap even with just a dry fit (before trim and caulk). The caulking was done well too. The salesman explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all our questions.They did find some rotten trim and replaced it. Very happy.Also... I must add... the installer made sure that he protected my 3yr old sons pride greenbean plant that he had been watching grow. It was right by the windows. No damage at all.They understood our need to replace our 22 windows in phases. 5 or so at a time. No problem at all. I am looking forward to our next phase.

Very happy with my new windows. Such a great process from talking with our sales person Rocky, to the the installers Abe, Dee, and Chris. Such a customer friendly group. Questions were answered by Rocky before we even got a chance to ask. Abe and Dee and their crew were very friendly, went above and beyond to keep everything protected and clean. I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism I encountered during this process. Sad I dont have any more windows that need replaced.

We ordered 1/2 of our windows at a time ( We had 35 windows!) and had them installed. We were so impressed with the installation crew, we asked for them by name to come put the 2nd set of windows in. We were told when the windows would come in and by gosh, they came in when they said they would. I had a big concern about something to do with the windows and i called the owner of the company. He PROMPTLY called me back and addressed my concern! All in all, these guys did a FANTASTIC job, and were professional and used a lot of integrity. I would recommend them to anyone!

The installers Jesus did a great job, he was professional and im happy with my windows. the only thing Im not happy is that is been a week an half, i havent heart anything from the owner, office or the sales guy. to see if everything came out ok, or to thank me for the purchase. it seems to me that they got my money and they ran. i hope its not like that for the guaranty on the windows.

We Love Our Windows Dale and his staff are amazing, they delivered on everything they promised and more. Installation was fast, his team worked around our schedule with no complaints staying late and arriving early. They left everything as they were never here.

Dale does an excellent job of explaining why Superior Windows are worth the difference in price over less expensive options. The installation crew was timely, efficient, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Couldnt be happier with our experience.

We tried hard to purchase windows through Dale, but he wasn’t willing to stop by a second time (which I was willing to pay extra for) and assure us that he had everything correct.. Since he only left us a scratch-sheet with the wrong measurements listed on his 15 minute visit. So with this being a multi-thousand dollar purchase we decided to go with Storm Tight instead. FAR better customer service, extremely detail oriented, better windows, but they are more expensive. “Superior” is middle of the road at the very best... Very close in quality to Window World, but even Window World has a better sales staff.. They can even remember who they are on the phone with.

Great Service. Dale, happens to be the owner, came out and met with us. Educated us on the ins and outs of windows. Didnt know there were so many options but he assisted us in choosing a line of windows that was a best fit for our home.Our house today looks better and its not as drafty as it once was. Living in the West University area there are many older homes so we knew it was time to upgrade our single-pane windows.There was some rain during the installation process, which of course caused a day delay which was expected. Upon finishing the job, Dale came back out himself to do a quality check... Found some minor details and he quickly fixed it immediately.Great job...Overall highly recommend them.

I made an appt 2 weeks out. They were supposed to show up at 10am, at 10:45 and no courtesy call about being late I called them. Their lame excuse for not showing up was they said they couldnt contact me the day before to confirm the appt. They did not try to contact me the day before or it would have been in my missed calls. Furthermore why didnt they try to call more than one time....because they are liars. They will not ever get another call from this guy!

I will just state the facts:Installed Windows on (08/17)Damaged Brick around one window. Gaps in caulking around 4 windows. One window with no caulking at all on inside/bottom. Damaged drywall 10high/above door during install of large window. Damaged drywall around 2nd window. Damaged wood trim around window, claimed it was rotten. Installed 2 small windows on sides of front with numerous scratches. Installed large window above front door with numerous small scratches and one large 6 scratch. Didnt clean large window or small windows lots of finger prints. Left Glass all over driveway. Left dents/notches in Vinyl portion of window tracts on 5 windows.Owner arrives to inspect windows (07/21)Owner refers to the installers as their best crew. Owner acknowledged scratched windows. Owner acknowledged broken wood, confirmed it wasnt rotten. Owner acknowledged poor cleaning job. Owner acknowledged dents window tracts, said they would fix. Owner acknowledged other small issues like missing caulking, broken bricks. Owner changes story about installers, now claims they are close to being fired.Installers arrive on (07/22)Fixes all caulking issues. Replaced broken wood trim but didnt paint (2nd story window). Fixes broken bricks. Refuses to fix damaged drywall around both windows. Informs us that we will need to sand and repaint ourselves. Claim they cannot fix the dents/notches in Vinyl window tracts. Cant fix scratches. Cleans windows.Manufacturer arrives to inspect Windows (08/04)Agrees to replace 3 windows two side door windows, one large window above doorManufacturer gets new windows but large window is defective (08/13)Notifies us 1 day ahead of scheduled install date. Wants to replace small windows only now and reschedule larger window. We refuse, say that all windows need to be replaced at same time to avoid taking off multiple days of work.Manufacturer arrives to replace windows (8/26)Replaces two small windows. Is unable or not prepared to replace large window above door. Doesnt offer a reschedule date to fix window.The window above our door currently has numerous scratches all along the sides and one very large scratch in the middle. We still have damage to the drywall around two windows. One of the windows/damage is above door so it very high above the ground. We had to climb on the roof ourselves to paint the exterior trim that was broken during the install. Five of our windows still have a notch/dent in the Vinyl track on the inside.

Way to expensive And then the man comes to my house and says I can do it for this price and I asked ok can I let you know tomorrow and he says one I walk out the price goes up 5k that’s poor business I would not Recommend using this company
