The arborist was helpful and answered all our questions. Both the estimate and the work appointments were convenient. Though, I had called about the discount they offer before the work was performed and again a few weeks after, no one has followed up. I also had to explain the work to be performed to the people cutting down the trees. Additionally, I had to call to have an invoice emailed to me. It was a lot of money to me, I would at least like a receipt- Their communication seems to be lacking internally and externally- I will keep looking to have a regular tree company take care of our trees.

I had a great experience with this tree company. I needed an arborist to take a look at a sick tree i had. He was very informative on what needed to be done to repair my tree. They came out a couple days later and fixed my sick tree issue. Now my tree is back to its normal look and is no longer sick. Thanks guys for your great work and affordable prices. I will be recommending them to my friends and family for tree services.

Called for an estimate and they came out next day. Ashley the salesman was nice and professional and gave me a reasonable quote a few hundred dollars less than the other companies. Work was done two days later with no issues. I would highly recommend Conroe tree service.

I had the guys at Conroe tree service come out to my home to removed a huge tree in my front yard. From the ladies in the office to my sales guy Josiah and then the crew, my husband and I are very happy with the removal and would highly recommend them to all our friends and family.They also referred us to the arborist division and will be having a new tree planted this week.

My husband and I hired Conroe Tree Service to remove 6 dead pine trees yesterday and trim 8 trees in our yard. We had a great experience with their crew and would use them again for all our tree cutting services. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family, thanks guys..

Contacted them for an estimate and they set up a time that I could not manage to make due to taking classes during that time. Emailed them back stating that the time would not work for me and that Id like to arrange something on Saturday or I can arrange something when my schedule clears. I havent heard from them since. Ive emailed them three times now with no response and were going on two weeks.If a company lacks the customer service ability to even respond back to an email I really cant trust them to do something more complex like cut my trees down. Not to mention their email is a yahoo email which is quite unprofessional. All in all I had a very poor experience with this company.

We had one of our trees fall on our house during a storm, and we called Conroe Tree Service (aka Houston Tree Service) to remove the tree since they are supposed to bill insurance directly and they were already in the area to remove my neighbors trees. Everything they did was on their tablet, and we did not receive a record of anything. Instead of tarping the roof they used ineffective tarp paper (I ended up tarping myself), and they were supposed to haul away the tree but also failed to do that. A couple weeks later they contacted us saying they hadnt heard from our insurance, so we gave them our adjusters information and we also contacted the adjuster. Another two weeks go by, and they tell us theyre putting a lien on the house because they hadnt talked to our insurance yet. We had no idea what was going on, and they failed to give us any notice that they were still having problems. This is very unprofessional, especially since were still trying to deal with the damage to our house and work at the same time. I definitely wont be using this company again.***EDIT***Of course after reading the review, they contacted my wife to tell her this is a tactic they use to expedite the payment process. Well, you cant expedite the process if you cant keep in contact with our insurance agent. Waiting 6 days to respond to my agents e-mail asking you for an itemization does not expedite the process, either. Good thing my agent keeps documentation of contact and records all conversations.***EDIT***I should have checked this again earlier to see their reply. Of course they post some BS. Neither my wife nor I were dodging them at all, and we never told our agent that he didnt have permission to speak with the company. AllState made numerous attempts at contacting them from the beginning, and it is THIS company that refused to cooperate with our insurance. This wasnt even that big of a job. It was a single tree that took them a short time to cut down. Also, to this date of 6/14/2018, there isnt any legal action. Why would there be considering my agent kept all of his dialogue with this jerk? This jerk also called my wife and said his dad was getting on to him about this situation and review. My wife also works 60+ hours a week, and they had my number in case they were unable to get a hold of her. These people might be okay to use for your everyday arborist needs, but they will do their best to rip you off during an emergency.
