Outstanding! Mr. Solis arrived within an hour of my call to give me an estimate and had a crew there to do the work before he left. Mr. Solis pointed out one tree that was showing signs of rot that I ended up having removed along with one other very large tree and three trees that were trimmed. The 6 man crew were all friendly, professional and hard working, returning the following morning to finish the job and they ended up working in a monsoon. They never complained, retained their good mood and friendliness and did an exceptional job and cleanup was pristine.

We had an emergency issue with a Queen Palm after a big storm.I called many places and Good Morrow was willing to come same day.The team showed up ready to go in about an hour, they were very professional and made quick work of getting the crumbling tree down.Eric and his team went above and beyond to help my family out. That tree was in a tough spot with the crown broken off and in tight quarters between our Palapa and fence. They got it down and were able to grind the stump without even bothering any surrounding plants. I called after lunch on Thursday, surprisingly Norbert was able to get out before dark to look at our project. We initially called to get a quote to remove a completely dead tree on our property line and possibly have some trees trimmed. After surveying the yard Norbert recommend taking down an additional small tree located several feet from a mature oak as well as the dead tree. Three crepe myrtles and 4-5 other mature oak trees were recommended for trimming and included in the bid. We thought the bid was a little high but because he had a crew available the next day we went with it.The first crew arrived promptly at 8:30 and began trimming immediately. Id like to note that as soon as they arrived the weather changed becoming wet and cold. They went forward with trimming as much as possible in the bad weather. The dead tree is where they earned the money. It was easily 30-35 feet tall and so far gone they couldnt climb it to take it down in sections. It was also within 10-15 of our neighbors garage and within range of our septic tank. Somehow they were able to get ropes on it, cut the base and pull it down without damaging any property. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away at the end of the job. Great Work!

From start to finish a first class operation! Norbert was very thorough and complete with estimate, provided proof of insurance, set appointment and gave us a very fair price, especially considering the challenges of our particular tree removal. Crew showed up the next day, on time. Within a short time the tree near the front of our house was skillfully removed with no damage to house, sidewalk, gas light, lawn or shrubs in the flowerbed where the tree stood. The tree and trunk removal of 2 trees was effective! As a result, the sprinklers were busted, but once we let them know of this situation, they came in to get it repaired and they repaired part of it. Unfortunately, there were a couple more areas were the sprinklers had ruptured on the 2nd area where the 2nd tree was removed. We decided not to call them back since we decided to call our sprinkler company to do the sprinkler work correctly. Despite this, excellent company to work with, great customer service. We would recommend. If we ever need to do this again, we would do the extra work to flag the sprinkler heads and lines in order to avoid this. It may be a good idea that the company suggests that the irrigation system gets flagged prior to the tree removal since they drop the big heavy tree trunk pieces to the ground from such altitude and drive heavy equipment such as backhoe loader.

I hired Norbert to remove a couple dead trees and trim the others in my yard. His crew showed up with the right equipment, worked quickly and did a great job cleaning up. Norbert is professional and punctual. I needed an acre lot that was completely filled with brush cleared down to the ground. Norbert and his team delivered. Everything but large in diameter trees were left and fence line cleared of thick brush. They were out in an hour to assess an old tree that was very close to our house. The tree lost a very large limb over night and we were concerned. The tree was very old and had previously been hit by lighting. The gave us a quote and were out removing the tree the same day. They did a great job and I would definitely use they again.

We used them about 7 months ago to clear the back of our 1 acre lot. They told us that when they where done stumps would be ground down and everything would be turned to mulch. We wouldnt need to do anything before we laid sod down. We where not happy with the job they did because the mulch was just chewed up sticks but we figured it was good enough. With spring approaching we are ready to buy grass and we did a more thorough inspection. There are stumps all over the place. One is 10 in diameter. Horrible job! We are having to pay more money to have the job done correctly. Beware, dont make our mistake. Double check them and make sure they do the job right.

They did a great job and did not mess up my yard in the process.I had to call them back out on an emergency basis when my septic installer realised there was 2 more trees in the way. This company came out today(Labor Day) and cut down a tree that was about to fall on my house. they did it in the rain and they were extremely nice. This is a great company.

What an awesome company! I just had them cut down and remove 20 trees. One of them was a monster 120 foot pine tree that had died. They skillfully brought the tree down in between my other living trees. I couldnt believe it! I also had them clear about 3/4 acre of underbrush. What I thought would take at least two days to accomplish... they did it in 4 hours!! I was opting to have this done a week later when I could have someone at the house, but instead they offered to do this on LABOR DAY!!! They showed up at 830am and left at 1230pm! I have used them in the past about 3 years ago and their service is still TOP QUALITY!

Good Morrow did an excellent job for me grinding a tree stump in my backyard.They showed up on time, very professional, very careful getting the grinder through my fence gate without causing any damage, grinded the stump carefully and without disturbing the flower bed, backfilled the hole and cleaned up the area.I am very satisfied with their work and I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.Roger
