The cab #4 illegally turned from a straight only lane and speeding and almost hit me. This was in Willis today around 2:45pm. They really need to teach their drives how to drive and follow the rules of the road.

Called the night before for a morning pickup to the airport. I got a called 5 minutes after they were supposed to pick me up for a 45 min drive to the airport. I had a 7:40am flight.To get out of the ride the driver said they never had a time, which is hard to believe that considering he called me at the time we planned to meet. He then told me the fair would be $175.00. Use Uber or Lyft. This company is a mess and unreliable.

This is one sorry cab service. They brought an older lady to a business and she asked him to be be back in about 19 minutes and over an hour later he still don’t come get her. When we called him several times he kept saying 15-20 minutes. That was three times i said that. I would rather walk, instead of ever using these people. Sorry

I was very pleased with the service and driver.

Used them for the first time 2 weeks ago and wont again. They kept me and my kids waiting over an hr. Called back and waited an extra 30 min. They still have my sons carseat btw 😤

Terrible service. Do not use them. Called a day in advance for an early morning pickup, and when the time came for me to be picked up, there was no cab. 10 minutes later, still no cab. I called the company to see if a cab was on the way, and they did not answer the phone. What’s the point of having a company if you don’t want to use it?

Dont use these people. My sister used them and paid with her debit card. She found out a few days later that they added their own tip to the amount, as much as $8 . They did this on 3 separate times.

What a ripoff. And the cars always smell like cigarettes, its gross.
