Called to see if they do runs between Conroe and the Renaissance Festival because were planning a Renn Faire weekend and wanted to make sure wed have transportation. The man was extremely rude, said he was 30 miles from Conroe, and then immediately hung up on me.

Carlos is the absolute best taxi driver I have ever had. Hes such a nice polite man. My husband and I are both handicapped and he took such great care of us. Im short and he stood behind me to make sure I got in the van ok. After we were finished at our appointment I called and he came and on the way home he stopped at the grocery store so my husband could get a few things. When we arrived at the apartments he even carried the groceries up to our door. We will definitely use CVS Taxi again. Carlos, youre a great man and a true Godsend. Thank you for everything. No one ever picks up the phone! says theyre 24 hours which is a bunch of bull! Every cab company in Conroe is nothing but trash with horrible customer service! Have been trying for the last hour to get a cab that will actually pick up and send someone out. My advice just stick to uber or Lyft but that doesnt help if you only have cash on hand...

I called and it only took about 3 minutes for someone to get to my location. He took the fastest route to get me home quicker. I will be using them again in the future!

I currently called them 45 mins before I had to go to work i told him my located and where my job was located they hung up before I can give them my phone number. I waited 30 mins outside and they never showed.I called them twice no answer Im so unhappy when I called a friend luckily they werent busy she took me we passed by a hotel and there the cab was park in the hotel parking lot so pissed if they where busy they could have said so I will give this taxi no stars if it was possible

Called once for a ride at about 7pm on a weekday. I was told no cabs were working that evening. Sounded pretty obvious that I interrupted the owner at home, as there were typical sounds of kids and people talking in the background and he sounded tired and annoyed. I totally get that everyone needs home and family time. But then dont advertise on your website you have 24 hour service if that isnt true.
