They do not answer the calls, what happens with these people.

If you send in a document and they think it is missing one item, they wont let you know that. Youve got to keep check with them as to whether they have both received it and whether its acceptable to them. ;(

Recently had an amazing experience. The woman was very informative and explained everything very carefully. Even printed out my old order for documentation. Thankfully the bio dad wasnt opposed to anything.

Great parking lot. The staff are always helpful and have help me every time I gone in.

Everytime I call for an update, the majority of the time who ever answers the phone is rude. Never any update and they arent very good at doing their job or enforcing child support

The office decor! In communism, all buildings will look like this building. No signage. I give three starts because the girl who helped me was very friendly and competent. I left feeling bad that she was working there. Id rather work behind the snack bar at a movie theatre. The atmosphere prompts a despairing impulse deep in my very bones.

Staff could have been more friendly handled a hiccup in my case quickly

Its nice. Small but clean. Unfortunately for me this location is handling my child support from Louisiana which has been a nightmare for the last 7 years. My numerous requests for ANY action regarding my case have been lost for the 7 year duration of my case. Sent certified letters from this location only to have Louisiana lose those as well. Have been living on less than 240 dollars a week. Lost six jobs. Cant maintain employment or a place to live due to incompetent workers. The sad thing is that this location has really tried to work with the state of Louisiana but with no luck or even any type of communication.

They accommodated us really nicely and were very helpful with our needs.

It soesnt look like the office at all it looks kinda like a bank its really random placement but it is on the second floor and intent very busy very helpful

Abigil Gail was very rude and very unprofessional she actually told me SIT DOWN & DIDNT ASK ME TOO. she never smiled and I really feel as if when ur dealing with the public you sometime have to fake it until you make it. So if you dont like ur job move over I know plenty people that would love to be there and serve humans in a respectful courteous way. & it should not take nearly 25 minutes to get a print out stating I dont get child support.

Good as I was treated fair and just as a non-custodial parent.

Such an easy location to find a real pain in the butt to get these people on the phone though

Does not know how to do their jobs. Does not explain anything. And they say you cant record calls, which is leagle to do so, they just dont want you to see them not doing theor job.

Staff was actually friendly and very helpful on the phone and in person at the office! Was finally a good experience instead of a dreaded one.

Trying to call this place it’s a waste of time. A stupid answering machine, and they say “ this call will be recorded”
