Amazing experience! Mr Gary and Miguel were more than helpful and got me taken care of. Miguel even went inside with me and helped me pick out the proper oil, and the oil change didn’t take too long either. I understand it may have taken longer, had there been a lot of cars, but that’s not something they can control. They’re good ppl, helpful, and I plan on coming here from now on for my oil changes.

Went in to get 4 new tires. And anyone that knows Wal Mart automotive knows oil changes and tire services equal at least a couple of hours wait time. Not today, in and out within an hour which i could not believe! Great service and great price! 👍

My visit here was beyond pleasant. The had a bad lug nut on my car and couldnt get it off. They worked diligently to solve the problem and they did! I was serviced by Melissa and Sandy. I would definitely recommend others.

Don’t come here unless you know someone who works here. Waited 3 hours for tire balance and rotation and a battery change. They didn’t carry the air filter I needed to replace. And every customer that came in after me was helped and finished before mine.

I am only going to review the guy who did my tire. He was quick and good and apologized because it took him all of 32 minutes to remove the old, replace with new, then balance and spin and replace a tire. Really happy with his work and his professionalism. The ladies at the counter were the issue and suspect in customer service and computer skills.

Great service

More times than not, they forget to reset the oil change alert in my vehicle and frequently forget to change the sticker. They busted my passenger side windshield washer sprayer and never bothered to fix it or even let me know. And courtesy vacuum? Thats a joke! So.... I can only guess if they do the oil correctly...

They changed my oil supposedly but didnt check my under carriage to see if it needed greased or check my fluids. And I paid for that package. I ended up doing it myself.

Should be two and a half stars. Cheap prices, but waited around 45 minutes in car line for the pleasure of waiting an additional over 2 hours to get oil changes. Workers were pleasant and worked hard. They should hire more people. Will return, but during the slower non-weekend times.

This place always has a long wait but it has great prices so you have to weigh your options before you go in here. Make sure you know what you want when you pull up because they will approach you in your car most of the time to ask. The people working the lots are very friendly but I have had bad experiences with technicians and managers once i paid and Im ready to leave. To explain further, I had gotten new tires put on my car. I was quoted a price in my vehicle or at the desk, I honestly cant remember which, which I agreed to and paid up front, and when they told me my car was ready I went to pick it up and was accosted by the shop manager explaining to me that I was lucky because they failed to charge me some kind of fee, I think it was a balancing fee for the tires which they performed. He did not give me a chance to tell him that I would be glad to pay for it because it was a service provided that is necessary in my mind, instead he was rude and seemed to think it was half my fault and half his technicians fault as well as the cashier, but before I could tell him feel free to ring me up he stormed away presumably to yell at the people Underneath Him. Aside from the long wait and somewhat sketchy products, the phrase you get what you pay for comes to mind, I would definitely recommend this place if you want to shop at Walmart for your many needs and also get your car serviced at the same time. If you are there simply to get your car serviced I would look elsewhere

I came in for an oil change and ended up with a leak. I got the receipt back and it said i somehow had one when I came in. Funny thing is, i didn’t have puddles of oil in my garage before. Nor did i have any leaks or smoke coming from my engine before this last oil change. They do sloppy work and LIE!! I had to go to a REAL mechanic and have him do work on the awful mess they made. My children go with me almost everywhere and because of their stupid mistakes, they were inhaling burned oil when i would turn on the ac. I’m never coming back here again. Do not trust these people with your vehicles, they will ruin them and put on paper whatever they feel like putting to cover their mistakes. I’ll pay more next time for better quality work. Train your mechanics better or get them better education on how to do their job.

Nice place if you want something fast like clothes are your kids clothes for yourself sometimes you get nice clothes there sometimes not too often and food for your dog thats why I go there or some electric or to get my car oiled

Terrible... I have had tire and rotation lifetime paid for and was told I cant get the rotation done. Now Im heading to another Walmart to get the damn service I paid for.

I always come here to get my oil changed they are affordable and they always make sure my tires and fluids are where they need to be so I say this is great customer service plus they do the oil change in about 30 mins or less.

Havent uses wal mart automotive in years. Now i remember why. Only people consistantly working were the women. The guys look liked they were in slow motion chatting while people waited. Poor management

Dont believe them when you call and ask if they have a certain tire in stock. They say they check but they dont. We had to get a store manager involved to make the department manager, Dory honor a price. She was very rude. She told us I am retiring in 3 days and dont want to say something I will regret. I wish she would have she wouldnt have a retirement. She was very nasty looking and unkept.

Now i love my hometown walmart. n the auto dept clerk was the best. she left me in awe. she was very pleasant n helpful. she knew her stuff. even at 10 mins to close n the next day. girl needs a raise...lol. sorry not good at names. tk u for all u did for us.

I would love to thank Carol, David and Sandi this morning for their outstanding customer service and kindness this morning helping me get my battery changed. I work the early bird shift at a fast food restaurant and had to get a jump start to get to work, then accidentally turned off my car when i stopped to get gas on my way to work. A coworker of mine graciously allowed me to borrow his jumper cables for when I got off work to get a jumpstart to Wal-Mart to get a new battery. I got off of at work 5 am and for some reason thought the auto center opened at 6 am. At about 6:20 am I decided that I was going to get a lawn chair and camp outside the opening of the auto center to patiently wait for them to open and just as I had got back with that lawn chair about to open it up and start camping comes Carol. As Carol opened the door to the auto center we begin talking about me needing a battery and that i dont mind patiently waiting for the center to open completely to customers till 7 am. She asked me where I was parked and if my car would start and I let her know I parked at the very end of the parking lot by grocery and that my car would would not start and she sees that in the time Ive waited I was fully prepared mentally to change out the battery myself in the parking lot, she invited me to sit down in the waiting area and put on a movie for me, her kindness this morning was very uplifting. When the technician David arrived, Carol let him know what I was there for and they both surprised me when they told me that David was going to walk with me to my car to jump start it to get the battery changed out! Once David got my my car started he asked me to drive around to the service lane and let them know I needed a battery and not to turn the car off until it got changed out. When I arrived to the service lane I met sandi who was straight up about which battery I was told to buy by my boyfriend, to which I found humorously refreshing and honest. Once my car was done Carol then helped me out again by making a spare set of keys for my car! While I was their first customer of the morning, it was the ending and highlight of my day from the level of compassion, candor and empathy I received from this crew this morning. Absolutely outstanding crew this walmart has in automotive department

I like it because I can usually get in and out fairly quickly Sanders usually not a long line but you want and oil change for a tire a tire then Monday morning is your best up dont throw on the weekend youll be there forever have you happy hang around Walmart too long youll end up spending a bunch more money than you plan because its the Walmart

They did well except putting an off duty police officer before us when we were there first. I love our officers but come on, he was off duty!

Its Wal-Mart. They take for ever....

2011 4 runner. 99% freeway. Bought 4 brand new tires Bridgestone dulers and brought it here to get it mount and balance on Friday 4/17/2015 (REGRETTED). Waited 2 hours. When they finished, I drove off. When I hit like 80 mph. The whole truck shakes, didnt shake even with old tires. If I go any faster the wheels WILL FALLS OFF!I writing this as I am waiting on Sunday 4/19/15 waiting outside for some one ask or take order.5 minutes after I wrote this and some one came told that I will have rebalance for free but I have to wait 2 hours. Back in my head I know discount tire closed on Sunday so I will wait since I dont want to ruin my new tires. They are not cheap. =(

Went for an oil change and waited for 2 hours til I decided it was too long of a wait, get to the counter to find my van ready. Then was told they couldnt service it cause something was stripped, when they was the last person to change my oil. And I asked why was I not called up to get my car then? They just wasted my time
