Outstanding service during the entire process. I went into the store and showed them basically what I was looking for and Jeff took it from there. He worked with me via email with pics and suggestions. When I ordered the ring they told me it would be about six weeks and they would call me. I asked them to please do what they could to speed it up since I was leaving town right at the six week mark and wanted to take the ring as a gift. It came in a week earlier than expected and the pictures did not do it justice. Jeff did an amazing job and everyone at the store was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Only concerning/ interesting thing is no one was wearing a mask except me. No signs on doors requesting customers to wear masks. I personally feel its still appropriate to wear a mask in an enclosed shop with people we dont know. But I kept mine on and enjoyed the shopping experience.

Jeff found exactly what we wanted and the custom designed new ring, pendant and earrings are stunning!The entire process was handled professionally, promptly and for a fair price for the new diamonds and credits for the traded items. I cant say enough about my ring design. It was my moms ring that she gave me when she passed away. I had to have it fused together as it was getting very thin w 3 rings rubbing together. The jeweler that put it together did a horrible job. I came to Jeffs and had them cut it off my finger and asked them to redesign my ring. This is what they did for me. I cant say enough for the new design. Done in the time that they said it would... and omg absolutely beautiful with a new appraisal that was jaw dropping. Thank You Jeff for making this very special gift from my mom sit now beautifully on my right hand to remember her by. Blessed beyond belief!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Jeff’s Jewelry! We first went in to figure out pricing back in July of 2020 and the sales associates and Jeff Junior were very helpful and not pushy, which is so nice. Never once did we feel like we were being sold anything, they were truly just helpful. We returned back in February of 2021 to purchase. Jeff had kept our customer notes and was helpful in finding the perfect diamond for me and building my dream ring. I could not recommend this place any more!

One evening I came into Jeffs to get a ring sized, feeling kind of awkward about it as I already had a ring picked out on Blue Nile that I just needed to get a size cofirmation on before ordering. Such an incredible place! We walked in looking for wedding rings and it couldnt have been more of a wonderful and smooth process. Both Jeff and Katie helped us, and Katie stayed an extra hour after hours just to make sure I found the perfect ring for me. My husband bought a tennis bracelet here . The clasp was very loose so I went to have them fix it . I asked to clean my wedding ring and I was extremely disappointed considering the years of business that I have done with them . After using Jeffs for approximately 15 or so years, I had a customer service issue. I was simply going to stop using them until Jeff the owner called and apologized for his employees error. Nice store. Disappointing engagement ring repair service experience... Long story short, I cant face wearing my ring any more because Im so upset with how it now looks.Impressed by the positive reviews, and wary of chain stores, I took my beloved custom solitaire .4ct diamond engagement ring here for repair in November. After 4 years the rings bezel was showing damage from daily wear with its matching wedding band.Their original quote was 2 weeks and $315 to replace the bezel in platinum or white gold - the rings actually made from palladium which I dont think they realized until I asked the same metal be used.The final cost was $340 and took about 5 weeks - after I called to check up, worried that my repair was overlooked during their busy Christmas rush.The repair itself was well done and the owner politely gave two options for trying to improve the result, but, unfortunately the rings unique character design of sitting flush against its matching wedding band is now lost (adding a notch on one side, like we agreed to try looks kind of ugly).In hindsight, I wish Id left the wedding band with them as well (like I initially suggested to the salesperson) and that I had an opportunity to talk to the jeweler direct to understand their repair service uses pre-fabricated bezels rather than custom-made like my original ring.Ultimately, my rings worth is definitely more sentimental than monetary value but its still upsetting not to have received a more personalized and positive experience like I hoped.At some point I hope to have the ring remade by the original jeweler in my native New Zealand, when I next visit there.

I had never used Jeffs jewelry and stopped to see about soldering a chain. (No parts) They were very nice . Quoted me $50 which I thought was very expensive. I took it to another jeweler who charged me $20.
