My husband bought me my engagement ring from Douglas jewelers. I went to get it sized it was still too big but what really is crazy is my big diamond fell out and I was very upset and we went in to resolve the issue and the owner was very rude to me about my ring. He really needs to learn how to talk to customers and have some customer service. He was a complete smart a$$ saying well how was I supposed to know it wasnt sized correctly?! Extremely rude zero sympathy about my ring that the diamond ao easily fell out of.

I had a necklace repaired, at this establishment. Its the best quality service, anybody could ask for. I recommend anybody that needs jewelry repaired, to come here. You cant go wrong.

My mothers engagement ring split and I gave it to them to repair. They cut it and replaced the gold - and it lasted just two years and split again.This is an heirloom and is very precious to me. Now it is broken in a worse place than before and harder to repair.They did not even bother to respond when I told them.DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIRS.
