Garage Floor Effects did a great job on my garage floor. The owner, Mark Harrington, does the entire job solo. His process is first class and he stays focused on the job. This is the second time Ive had an epoxy garage floor done, and his finished product far outshone the previous companys effort. He takes a lot of time on the prep. He uses a diamond grinder to remove any contaminants completely. There is a huge vacuum attachment that keeps the garage dust free. Then he fills and seals any cracks. Then he puts down the epoxy and chips. The next day he applies a high gloss sealer and the finished product is awesome.Here is a testament to his honesty. I gave him the garage square footage per the builder on the floor plan. When I saw the invoice, his measurement was about 50 sft less. He said the builders numbers are typically high and I appreciated his truthfulness.Great experience.
