We bought our new home in Richmond, TX almost 7 years ago. As everyone knows new homes settle over time, which can cause cracks in the grout and tiles in bathrooms. We needed someone to replace 7 tiles and grout in our front bathroom wall, a lot of cracked grout in the master shower, and some grout cracks around our fire place. Because the home is out of warranty I was going to foot the bill. The builder gave me the name of the company who did all of the tile and carpet in our house. They told me they only do work for the builders, but gave me a few names and numbers of companies that do work for them. I called Ronald and sent him pictures of the work needing done. After getting pricing from a few companies we chose to use Ronald. He was a little higher on price then the other guys, but knew what, how, and was willing to get the special grout color for my home. The other companies wanted me to get the grout because they couldnt get it. We set a date, and Ronald and his guy came out and did a GREAT JOB! Yes I paid more but got what we wanted.
