Linda and her teams were absolutely amazing!! Not only were they all informative, professional, and polite, but they were so clean. I would not have even known they had cut a hole in my ceiling but for, well, the hole in the ceiling. There was no mess left behind. They also cut out a wall in our garage and hauled everything off.The floor team came the next day and had to pull up carpet and wood floors. They stayed behind and pulled up every nail and staple they could after removing the flooring.Both teams and Linda were absolutely great. They made an extremely stressful time for us (multiple busted pipes from the freeze) so much easier by handling everything on the restoration side. Linda has also stayed in consistent contact with me and helped me while Im dealing with a terrible insurance adjuster.I hope that we dont ever need services like this again, but if we do, I will absolutely use PuroClean again!

My home was flooded, and I thought they were going to help. Instead they applied blowers to my ruined floor for several days (they could charge insurance company for equipment rental) and ended up with an invoice of about 30% of what it ended up costing to replace the entire floor. The blowers did nothing to dry out the flood. Any request I had to remove more material to uncover wet areas was met with refusal. Any request I had to remove the floor was met with huge delays. No dehumidifers were used to reduce the 80+% humidity in my home. I finally asked them to leave because they were not cooperating in helping to dry out my house. Any question I had on their invoice was met with threats over nonpayment, which was particularly insulting. They operate like an illegitimate business.

Jack was on top of my flooded home from day one. He is absolutely professional and is very experienced dealing with mold, water damage, and what it takes to get your home clean, safe, and back to its original condition. His energy was high and he genuinely cared about my difficult situation-and did everything in his power to be non-invasive but thorough which I greatly appreciated. He explained the entire process including the time frame it would take to get the job done in terms I could understand- then stood by his word. I couldnt have gotten through this without his perseverance, dedication, and most of all his undeniable compassion. His son Michael was just as caring and kind-and has a work ethic just like his dad-second to none! Lastly, for those concerned about costs, Jack has very competitive pricing for the work involved and will do his best to negotiate a fair price that everyone agrees to. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for water damage mitigation services. Do not call the huge corporations that advertise all the time and are on top of the Google search! They are over-priced and usually over-booked. Call Jack- he is hands down the best in the business!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Im a disabled vet who served in Iraq. They just ran me off the road and when I called to report the accident the manager hung up on me not to mention the employees treated me rudely as well. Use another company they dont value Human lives
