This is Steven and Crystal with Smithscaping Duo, the whole staff at this Conroe location just went above and beyond for us. We have always and will continue to go to this location for any rentals we ever need. The story starts with us needing a plate compactor. The only one they had at the time was a small wackier yellow model (not the normal great orange monster) and after we started working with it, it died in us. We brought it back and the whole staff was ready to help. The garage machanics (all of them) worked on it for over thirty minutes to get us back up and running. We ended up having to have one brought from another store but the costumer service was amazing and they even worked out the loss of time for us. All and all, they made sure they took care of our problem and then some!!

Customer service was great, and employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were a little high, but when you need it, you need it. Ill use them again.

Great service and excellent customer service! I always enjoy using this rental company, prices are great, tools always work, and if something happens while you are using it they will replace it.

The staff is always very helpful and after renting several different pieces of equipment, I only had problems with one which the manager promptly responded to the equipment problem. I was able to get back up and running again shortly after. Always call ahead especially if you need something specific and they will help you out.

Always a pleasure to work with. Every rental has worked well. All the employees are quick and provide great service and even go out of their way to take care of each customer.
