I have came to the Conroe location many times, and I have always had a wonderful experience. I am not always an easy patient and they are always very understanding of my needs & co-ordinate with my schedule, not just for me but my husband and grown children in college as well. The girl in the front desk Misty, is always a huge help. She informs me of my insurance and my dental work needed, she is the sweetest and really knows what she is doing. I normally call and ask to speak to her when I need something, she gets things done and if she says she will call you back, she does! I 10/10 recommend Lovett Dental to all of our family & friends!

I have been dealing with this office for many years, & I have seen alot of staff come and go and some were good and some were horrible, I like to think its a work in progress but I do have to say the young lady in the front Misty is on top of everything, she has always been really attentive and understanding and she really knows the insurance and she took her time to explain mine to me. I really appreciated that. I will continue to get my dental work done with Lovett, and I pray Misty does not go anywhere, she really makes that office.

I have to say that I came in the office for the first time, was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Misty, with a gorgeous smile and personality. She had perfect southern charm and extremely knowledgeable about every question I had. I spoke also with Donna. Such a sweet lady also. Ill be making my appointment soon with Lovett after visiting 6 other dental centers. The office was extremely clean which was wonderful. Finally I feel comfortable with an office staff to take care of my needs. Thank you again ladies. Im very excited. See you soon!

Stay away, go else where. They are the most unorganized and unethical dental office ever. They schedule appts and fail to notify you that they are closed. So when you take time off of work/school and show up and see a sign in the door that they will be closed the remainder of the day, thats unprofessional. Just go elsewhere, im serious. You will have a headache going there.

I am not sure where to begin. I have a temporary bridge cemented on Thursday afternoon. It came out of my mouth on Sunday leaving two teeth that have not had root canals exposed. I could not eat or drink anything. On their website it states opens at 8 am on Monday. I went directly there at 8 am. They dont open until 9am. I went back at 9 am. And they stated no one could help me or recement the bridge in place. I had to go to another dentist and pay to have it put back in. So disappointing.

I saw Dr. Fields for a consult, he was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The staff was very helpful in filling out the new patient papers. I would recommend this office for anyone that needed a Dentist.

I came into the office for a cleaning and exam and to have an area of concern addressed. The staff was not only competent but very informative and attentive to my concern. Everything I came in for was taken care of and I will definitely be a repeat patient because of their excellent care!

The staff and dentist are warm, friendly and professional. Their level of concern for patients is exceptional and I have been very pleased with the care I receive. They care about my dental issues and are intent on considering the best solution for treatment.

This place is a disaster! I called for an appointment for my wife and got one immediately. I was told they accept our insurance. We showed up and were asked if we had filled out the forms wed been sent. I said we didnt receive them and she said yes you did. I checked the messages and there was one message from them that had been sent seconds before. (bad start!) Next, they said we had to contact the insurance to show her assigned to the dentist. (obviously, something they should tell new patients before they arrive.) After 15 minutes trying to get the Dentist assigned the insurance told us that that dentist has not yet been accepted in the plan. (Although, I found her from their list of Dentists, it turns out this was a different office and the dentist had only been at this location for 2 weeks.)BOTTOM LINE is that we wasted most of our morning standing in a noisy Dentist office trying to patch together all this information at the last minute, when they should have told us everything ahead of time and we could have done all this at home.(Did I mention the receptionist was not wearing a mask!)

I was quite surprised at the unprofessionalism displayed by both the receptionists and the dental assistants. For starters I called ahead to make sure my insurance covered a cleaning for my son and I, and exactly how much copay was going to be. $0 copay and $0 charge was their response as they cover 1 free cleaning a year. I was told to request an itemized receipt should anyone tell me otherwise. I was asked to pay a $35 copay for my son and $35 for me, I was surprised and asked what it was for and they said it was the copayment initially. Shocked it was going to be $70, I then tried to explain to them I literally called ahead and verified before coming, they were very rude and acted hesitantly as if they knew it was a dishonest thing they were trying to do. So they changed stories to its a fee for PPE.. reluctantly I requested an itemized receipt as instructed and offered to pay (annoyed as I was). But instead of offering the receipt they decided not to proceed with those charges. Secondly, the rudeness and carelessness displayed by the two dental assistants I interacted with was immediately apparent. They were very rough physically, and unwilling to help or listen to me. Thirdly and The worst part was when they asked for an X-ray for my son, who is 3 and like most children was scared. Instead of heeding my warning and allowing me to guide them so he was comfortable. They ignored me completely and They grabbed him by the side of his head and tried to hold him down sideways. And I ended that quickly needless to say. He never got his proper cleaning either as they just brushed his teeth and said tada.The actual dentist wasn’t that bad. That was the only decency about my visit to this clinic. Enter at your own risk, but please think twice about bringing a young child here.

My experience has been great. They are affordable and reliable. I look forward to getting my braces im super excited. Amy was very nice and down to earth and got me in for an appointment in a good amount of time.she explained everything to me very good and there was no confusion. You can tell the people here love their job and i look toward to my next ongoing visists here.

This is the absolute worst clinic to take your children to. I took my 3 year old daughter today to for a root canal & when she didn’t want to take the sedation medicine they forced her mouth open with medal clamps & tried to force her to take the medicine that way. Not only could she not breathe but she also risked aspiration. We left right after. Already changed dental providers. Please do NOT bring your children here!

I only give 5 stars because of this visit today. Shawn was so great with my boys. He made it fun and let the kids explore the different tools and taught them what they do. He talked them through all of what he was doing. Dr. Toopchi answered all the boys questions and was very straight forward. This visit by far was better than any other visit. We were in promptly which was not the case the last 3 times.

I had a fine time each time I encountered the doctor, and I recovered well from 2 teeth extractions; however, I’ve been displeased with the lack of foresight and professionalism in this particular office. I was led in such a way that gave me confidence I’d be able to have all my dental needs met expediently and without issue. I did find however that the office came up short in the second half of my care. I also found that in terms of cleanliness, timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy, this office is lacking.

This is by far the worse experience I’ve had with dentist it all started here at this location in Conroe first they did a bridge that was not done correctly (done by Dr Childress not sure how to spell it) according to the new Dr I saw at the same location after they fired or discharged the other dr that did my bridge so they refunded me the cost of that bridge and started doing an implant since there was no other option after that, then that new dr left for some reason so I started seeing a new one again and then he left as well so they told me if I wanted to get transfer to the location where that last Dr had came from which is Splendid Dental in Spring (same company different name) I agreed to it because I didn’t want to deal with no one at this office anymore especially the manager Donna with whom I had a couple of altercations due to all this bad situation, it has been almost 2 years since all this started and till today I still don’t have my implant done I have been stuck with what is called a flipper so that I would be able to eat, it is soo frustrating, today I contacted the office to ask when was I going to be able to get an appointment to start since they have been cancelling due to not having the necessary instruments for the implant and to my surprise I was told they will have to refer me to another company because this company doesn’t do implants anymore that there’s a shortage of implants in the whole world really? Because of COVID?? I have tried to contact someone of a higher ranking to talk to and was told everything has to go thru the office manager which is no help.Is there really no one I can talk to about this other than the office manager ?? The manager at the Conroe location gave me a number and then she said good luck getting someone to answer because even we can’t get them to WOW !!So no I DO NOT recommend Lovett Dental to anyone

I came in with no appt and in distress. I was immediately checked in and 3 hours later...back home and pain free. Dr Childers and his staff strive for excellence and in my opinion...they achieved it.

My husband went to his first appointment no problem, showed concern for him and his pain. They gave him antibiotics & ibuprofen for the pain, said they would call in two weeks once they verified insurance and has yet to call.

I called to make my family appointments. They told me that they do not see children on the same day as adults so I had to make appointments on different days. My husband needed a dental appointment and called to make an appointment. Unbeknownst to me he was scheduled for the same date and time so clearly they do see adults on the same day. We got there today and were not seen for 45 minutes. When we were taken back, instead of treating one child at a time they kept swapping them in and out of one chair to brush, check and apply fluoride. If you have children that are picky about flavor, they do not ask what flavor fluoride and both of mine were given melon. The doctor said, The good news about your childs syndrome is that it does not cause her teeth to fall out. I can 1000% guarantee that she has never treated someone with my daughters syndrome as it is so rare that there have on been 300 people diagnosed worldwide. I explained that her formula causes stains and her previous dentist was able to scrape then off. This dentist was able to lighten the stains but she was unable to remove them. The hygienist was awesome. She was super kid friendly and did a great job. The office is probably the filthiest dentist office I have ever been in. The chairs are not cleaned between patients and you can tell because of how caked on the dirt is. They also leave supplies out on counters and then put used utensils in the same place. You would expect more care during COVID. They put a sealant on my daughters teeth without asking first. Luckily they said it was covered by insurance. When we were leaving the waiting area was jam packed. People were standing because all of the seats were taken. I cancelled our other appointments and will not be going back. The staff was not dressed like it was a dentist office. The office has potential but needs new management.

I just want to say I had the best experience at Lovett Dental today. My son has a very shallow gag reflex and hates the xray part of the visit due to almost always throwing up. Our dentist assistant Shawn was absolutely amazing and Dr.Toopchi (I probably spelled that wrong) was a joy to have. I cant thank them enough for going above and beyond to make my son as comfortable as they could. I would recommend Lovett Dental to all parents.

Have been there 3 times in less than two weeks to replace a temporary crown. Got a permanent one Friday, and it fell out Saturday. Its Monday and the phone has been ringing since 8 am with no answer. Its 8:45 now.

My daughter loves this place. They are super friendly and treated her like she was the only patient, they took the time to explain to her what they were going to do which made her feel a lot more comfortable with having a tooth pulled. I will be using them for my dental needs as well.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I had been getting routine cleanings every 6 months, they never bothered to do X-rays or actually do a check-up. After switching to a new dentist, I learned I have SEVEN CAVITIES including a root canal that had never been diagnosed and left untreated. Go to an actual dentist that will do their job and treat issues instead of letting your teeth rot. Never returning

I waited over A MONTH for my husbands appointment, I get a call less than 24 hours before his appointment they canceled I got hung up on, called back to speak with a manager, SHE EVEN HUNG UP ON ME.

Was paying out the nose for insurance had a free teeth cleaning went in they told me I had about 1,500 worth of dental work that needed to be done before I would ever even receive my free tooth cleaning but had to go through the x-rays and everything which was no problem if I would have received my teeth cleaning

The people there are caring, sweet, and funny. They explain things thoroughly so that I understood all the treatment needed. They really do make you feel at home!

First time to the dentist in years and it was a very educational appointment. The Doctor and his hygienist were very helpful in explaining things to me. Office manager was very kind going over my treatment needed. Very glad I chose this office.

Splendid Dental saw my adult ASD daughter last week and decided they could not do a root canal and recommended to have it pulled. The office manager put together a treatment order and showed me what my cost would be and set me up with one of their affiliated offices to do her procedure the following week. They said they had 2 that were on her insurance and of course we took the first available appointment since my daughter is in pain and infection. The other dental office, Lovett Dental in Conroe, calls and confirms appointment along with at least 3 follow up reminder text messages. My daughter finally thinking she will be out of pain fast for 19 hrs and we drive 45 minutes to the appointment. We go through screening sign in and sign in. The desk calls us up and says the dentist does not take her insurance....WHAT??. .. We leave the office and I call the Splendid office to tell them what is going on...the receptionist asks if I spoke with Lovetts office manager. So I go back in and ask for office manager and she states she is and the doctor doesnt take it...and said I can pay cash or call the number on the back of my insurance card to find someone who does take it...omg no empathy what so ever and attitude. I asked why she could not call the other office and them figure it out because they are the ones that confirmed and sent me their. She said she would not and that she just sent them a text messages and said that the doctor doesnt take it.....Omg....so We go back out to the car my daughter is in tears. I call Splendid dental back and they will not answer my call....what? OK giving them the benefit of the doubt I call back at least 4 or 5 times again on the 3rd call somehow they Transferred me back to Lovett Without even answering the phone. So I try a few more times and they still do not answer the phone. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and uncaring offices in my entire life. I still have not received one single call from either office trying to rectify the situation and I still cannot get an answer from splendid dental. So if anybody would like to tell me what my recourses I would appreciate it. At this point my daughter is still in pain very upset and I have to start all over again...smh.. Why would somebody not Just apologize, rectify the situation and get the business done but no...lets just ignore and forget about it....guess this patient didnt matter not even if she is handicapped or on medicaid or is that why, how do I explain this to her even smh... Unbelievable treatment from both office.

This was my first time at this dentist. I havent been in 2 years due to life getting in the way. Everyone was so sweet there! I ended up needing to schedule to get quite a bit of work done and Michelle (the office manager) sat down with me in her office and really worked with me on what to do next and how to financially be able to take care of everything I need to be taken care of. She was extremely sweet and compassionate with my circumstances. As for the dentist itself, I saw Dr. Chirla and he was amazing. Very very gentle and spoke with me through the entire visit, telling me everything he was doing. He explained to me the issues I had and how to go about taking care of them. He focused on the major most urgent issues first and then went on to the not so urgent. He answered every question with explanations I could actually understand. Everyone there was so sweet and really helped me out! They are all so welcoming and understanding. The environment there is very calm and I look forward to them being my permanent dentist as well as my sons!

The new Dr. Karona is amazing! Exceptional care and very professional. I trust her with my wife and I’s dental care. The front ladies need some work on their customer service skills though. Overall great prices and attention.

I am totally pleased with this clinic. The new dentist, Dr. Tum, continues to impress me with her caring and her ability to draw on her schooling and experience to apply those to my plan of treatment.

Went into this office to get a filling done and it was the best experience. I did not have to wait very long and was able to get an appointment last minute. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff in the front. The assistants were also nice and making conversation with me as they took me to the room where the procedure was done. The doctor came in right away and started the procedure while he was explaining to me every step. Everyone was prepared and had all their instruments that were required. I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to come to this office for all their dental needs.

I love this place. They are clean, treat their patients with respect, and always trying to think of ways to help! They definitely deserve the credit.

All three of my visits here have been disappointing. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place gives corporate dental a bad name. 1) their office is dirty. 2) my toddlers first appointment was delayed by over 2 hours!! You cannot do this to a toddler. 3) their patient interaction is horrific. My toddler was terrified of the doctor and hygienist and instead of them understanding that she was scared they called her belligerent and some other off color names. She’s not even 2 yet. I try to give businesses a chance, which is why I returned 2 more times after our first horrible experience. I will never come back again.

Lovett has been awesome so far. The dentist was so helpful, fast and polite. He not only addressed my concerns, he also took time to ask about my cosmetic thoughts on my smile. They were very respectful of my time and I’m scheduled for a crown etc next weekend. They even had an opening the day of (on a Saturday even) but I didn’t take that as I had plans but that’s really fast response. They were also pleasant to be around, I’m always very nervous for dental work but this team had me feeling pretty reassured.

I had an emergency and needed a dentist that would see me very quickly. Not only did Lovett Dental come thru on seeing me on short notice, they addressed my needs quickly, they were helpful with my insurance process and I received excellent care from the staff and the doctor. I have used Lovett Dental since 2016 & was just in again last week. As with all previous visits everything is always readily coordinated, quickly accomplished & all questions answered to my satisfaction.I will continue to recommend them.

Waited for 40 minutes to be seen for an appointment first thing in the morning. Its dirty and has dated equipment. The staff was busy socializing and on their phones. Definitely will not be back.my child is traumatized.

Ive been here for a total of 3 times. Every time they seem to be behind schedule. My last time here, I was called back 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then after my bridge was in place and x Rays taken, Ive been sitting here waiting for someone to see me to finish the job. Mind you I came last week for this process to be completed, but they had no cement. I had to be rescheduled, and still recieved no consideration. The front desk staff was short on explanations, and while waiting no one bothered to check on me.

How come you the dentist give you you quotes for 4 wisdom tooth removed and them when you get there you paid for it. When you are in the back the doctor tells you you only needs 3 to be pulled. So i told them to tell my wife that before they put me to sleep they said yes they will, doctor said don’t worry you will get a refund. They never told her so when everything happened it took them less than half hour to removed 3 tooth. So when i start getting conscience i asked my wife if they refund her and she said about what i told her they only took out 3 tooth not 4 so she went and they told her that there were 2tooth that was difficult to removed so for that she won’t get refund. Why in the hell you take x-ray to see what you dealing with. So be careful when you pay first on this dentist this was my first time and my last. I will make sure and disputed this.

Im writing this review because I received an email requesting me to. I will start off by saying in the past I wouldve had to give him five stars But I am no longer able to give a good rating. I havent been to the dentist in a very long time because I have been unable to get an appointment which is even more disappointing because I have spent a lot of money getting things fixed which is probably now just a waste. I used to go every six months and at time more frequently to get where I needed to be. I had a scheduling conflict and when I tried to reschedule there was nothing available on any of my days off for the next month. You can request an appointment online which I thought was convenient since Im usually working during their business hours and cant call. I tried this on at least two occasions giving multiple options for an appointment and was never contacted. Another concern is that they will no longer allow you to make future appointments. I had always gone to my appointment and then scheduled my next appointment for six months later when its due. This kept me on track with going to the dentist. My wife went to an appointment a while back and when she went to the front desk to schedule her next appointment she was told we no longer do that. So now rather than having your appointment scheduled and going about your life you have to keep track of when you should go back and call to make an appointment closer to the time its due and hope you are able to get in. The staff was always nice and I loved my hygienist but as mentioned earlier I cant even remember the last time I went.

The office and examining rooms are filthy and the equipment is broken and tattered. Utensils are left on floor and there is dirt and debris on the examining chairs. I go in often for ortho visits and it never looks like it has been cleaned. I have brought it to their attention and they think it’s clean...and this month, they took out money from my bank account two weeks ago that was unauthorized and said it would be refunded in 3-5 business days...this issue still isn’t resolved.I would give a -zero star rating if available. I will no longer be a client of this office.

They initially got me in right away I was very happy then a day before my appointment they called and canceled and said no dentist will be working for the next week… so I guess the shop will be closed for the next week, doesnt really make sense to me how you can forget your dentist wont be there for over a week but OK . I think what really happened is they forgot and double booked the appointments and instead of taking a new client they probably took a existing client over me and instead of being honest they lied to me and told me theres no dentist . If they are willing to lie about that what else are they willing to lie about this is just my opinion here but something does not seem right. I called another dentist who got me in an hour earlier than their appointment and did not cancel so I guess Ill be going to that one instead .

This is the WORST place to take a child to. I was told my granddaughter (5yrs old) had to have a baby root Canal, and 11 crowns! All I seen was 2 cavities. Me and my daughter ask several questions and they insisted that was what needed to b done. So us not being a dentist we THOUGHT they knew what was best for her. The day came so we arrived at 8:45am with a starving and thirsty 5 yr old ( no food or drink after 12 midnight), was called back at 10:30! They did the work on her mouth and when they brought her to the waiting my poor grand daughter had a red mark across her head ( where they restrained her) hyperventilating, and traumatize. My granddaughter said they put a towel over her head & eyes and held her down, and also had her arms and legs tied down. This was very traumatic experience to my baby, and I WILL never go to this place again. I feel like they took advantage of my daughters insurance by doing unnecessary work, always waiting 2 hr for apt. and traumatize a sedated 5 yr old.

Great service especially at front desk. Mikayla was very helpful and has a great personality and beautiful smile. The rest of the staff was friendly as well. Will visit again and recommend.

Friendly staff. Information about my insurance given to me in detail. Doctor went straight to attend what I was there for and not like other places where they want to fix all other kinds of things that are wrong with your mouth too. But most of all that this place was very clean and this is very important to me.

Y’all if I could give this place a negative rating I would! I would not go here. They were showing my teeth off to several dental assistants that weren’t on my case laughing about the situation I was in. I’ve had them schedule my daughter for appointments without my knowledge. I’ve also showed up to an appointment to wait for 20 minutes to be told that she was rescheduled and they called everyone and told them. Litterally the worst place ever!! I’d go to mint dentistry if you’re looking to get your teeth done!

My sister waited 2 1/2 hours past her appt time yesterday and today even after calling to make sure they were in schedule for her 11:30 appt is still in the waiting room. @12:40. Unless you love being disrespected for your Personal Time - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Worst dental experience ever! Dr. Tum was so rude because I was in pain and needed a tooth pulled and apparently she doesn’t like for you to cry or show any emotion even when you are in pain. I went to a professional oral surgeon the following day to have my tooth extracted and he explained to me she put my tooth in a worse position than it already was. Stay away from here!

This is by far one of the best dental offices Ive been to in the conroe/ Houston area. The girls in the front that checked me in were nothing but polite and professional and made me feel very welcomed. The male doctor that I saw was very courteous and informative. I would recommend this office and its staff to everyone I know. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Edith was a good assistant! She did a great job in her work and she had patience for me and she was really nice. I felt really comfortable and felt like I made new friends. It a really clean facility and I was in and out very fast . I will go back just for her and the docter took all my worries always and was really patient with me and answer all my questions about my root canal. Everybody there in very nice. And they take you right away and dont need to wait that long.

I had the best experience at Lovett dental. The people are so friendly, nice and explained everything they are doing. They have a great sense of humor which made my experience very enjoyable and that has never happened for me at the dentist.

Love going to Lovett Dental in Conroe. All the staff is super friendly and the hygienist is wonderful. I forgot her name but shes supper professional and my teeth are great because of her.

If you enjoy calling numerous times for an entire week, just to try and talk to someone- then definitely go here. There seems to be no one in charge? I was charged fraudulently and it took entirely too long just to even get someone to talk to me on the phone. When I finally did get someone, they were very rude and had an attitude. My entire family goes (went) here, but after this experience, we all canceled our future appointments and will seek other dental care. Bummer.

I have been going here with my family for years! It has improved greatly over the last year. If you had a bad experience before, I suggest you revisit and give them another shot. Donna and her staff are amazing and truly have their patients well being at heart!

Everyone has always been courteous and professional here. Ive been coming here for a few years now, and Ive always been happy with the service. I just recently had a crown that popped off, and they worked with me to get me in as quickly as possible.

This place is a freaking rip. I went here and was told I needed a $170 deep cleaning. I asked them to send a prior authorization to my insurance because no way was I going to pay that. They never sent it, my insurance never received it and I know I called at least twice and asked them to resend. Long story short, I ended up taking my business else where and finding out my gums and teeth were JUST fine. Had a cleaning done by the other place on the spot when I wasted at least two hours at Lovett and left with nothing as simple as a cleaning at the end of the night. Not only that, but they are (meaning the dentist and the financial lady) INCREDIBLY pushy for cosmetic procedures. I will never go here again!!

Staff is friendly and professional, front desk was great. By the time I finished filling out my paperwork they were ready for me. On the whole, I was satisfied.
