Exceptional staff. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Catherine did my initial assessment and then a deep clean after the Dr examined me and determined my course of treatment. I havent been to a dentist or had my teeth cleaned in years. The last few times were awful experiences and afterwards felt like Id been punched in the mouth. Catherine did a very thorough job and I am happy to say Ill go back. No pain and my teeth feel great. They also explained my billing and insurance co-pays clearly.

I have never seen such a great team as Dental Health & Cosmetic is. Everybody is so professional and detailed. Also to have a molar crown replaced in one hour and a half was very impressive. Thank you Dr Michael Gerlach and all your team.

Great 1st experience! I had a crown reset from another dentist and it has given me trouble for the last 8 months. Dr. G. was able to fix it in minutes! The staff was fantastic as well! Our family dentist retired several years ago and it’s been a difficult time finding the right fit, but I’m excited to say, I’ve found it!

After fear/procrastination (like many) I finally made an appt and walked into Dr. Gs quaint little dental office. The friendly staff (from phone to in-person) eased the mental pain, and affirmed how RIGHT my referral was. I received an honest & clear explanation of the treatment plan, while given a choice of several options - considering a mix of out of pocket cost and long term fix of my teeth issues. Genuine smiles and demeanor of the office girls, Dr. G, and his assistant was felt and appreciated (thru their masks). I will start off by saying I HATE GOING TO THE DENTIST!! I read all the reviews and I totally agree. The staff are all wonderful and empathetic to my anxiety. I appreciate the kindness of everyone. I have already scheduled a cleaning which says a lot. I plan on getting my daughter started there as well.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I went inside the building was clean, smelled fresh, and was nicely decorated. Check in was a breeze. I was taken back by the hygienist who also did my cleaning. They were very courteous and made sure I was aware of any charges before doing work. During my cleaning (I had a few other teeth that needed deeper cleaning) they ensured I was not in any discomfort and if so added a bit more numbing gel. Inside the room was a large tv screen they showed you what they were going to do and where tartar build up was on your xrays. My hygienist was even able to get off a piece of cement on my tooth from over 15yrs ago when I had braces!!At the end. I met the dentist. He was professional double checked everything and nice! I was able to pay, schedule, and leave quick and Easy.I’ll definitely recommend to others and keep coming.

Great staff. Excellent chair side treatment by the Dr and staff. The staff experience; overwhelming makes up for the rustic looking facilities compare to other dental office i have been in. I just wished gave some free samples or goodies bags like other clinics that contain dental floss and toothbrush. Simply because after the procedure and medication wears off, one would like to brush my teeth again and not have to drive home to acquire those hygiene products.

All the staff is always professional, friendly & very caring. Dr Gerlach is always striving to improve your experience at his practice, he now has the technology to make crowns in his lab so you only have to wait a hour or 2 instead of days. It’s very nice that you get your crown the same day.

Some other knuckle head dentist wanted me to do a crown for $3800. I was sent to see Dr. G. He determined I did not need a crown and and he went to work on my tooth and Im happy to say that so far so good. Great customer service, friendly staff and they answered all my questions. Switching to this office. They are really military friendly also.
