We went in pretty much knowing the type of television we wanted. I had done some research and was anxious to see how it looked plugged up and on the floor. I had been wanting an oled for a long time but the 2021 leds looked so very close. Our salesman actually was a tv guru. Never had I been sold so well on information and knowledge. I couldnt even throw him on a tidbit or two. Sharp man. Got the TV at a very competitive price, great options, even helped me load it up. Very satisfied.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and he took the time to walk me thru so I can understand the process better. Then also gave me tips on my upgrade on my next computer.

Just had a 65-in LG OLED wall mounted also they wall mounted my old TVs in my bedroom James and Cade were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and fast too! 30 minutes for the whole job.

Not geek squad, kindergarten squad. Had windows 10 put on computer and did not put all my apps back on. Not a happy customer. They should have made a list of everything I had on it first before they began. Not so bright!

Price of the care plan plus deductible is the price of the phone.

Be sure to review the notes the geek squad takes of what exactly you need done when you drop it off. I gave explicit instructions and they did the opposite. I needed the computer for a business trip and if they had follow the instructions they would have succeedded beautifully. But now they are a huge failureinmy eyes atmeetingclearobjectivesincluding the expected completion date that they gave me. Still waiting on the computer. We are on day 5 of a 2 to 3 day repair.

The agents were friendly and responsive to my needs. Service was performed timely and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend them to my friends.
