Took my laptop to be fixed. He was not able to fix it but was able to temporarily get it to work. I know can use it and get all my information off and move it to another computer. He also only charged me the time he took to get it to work. An update from Windows disabled my computer and not allowing it to boot up. Thanks for your help to get. It working so I can retrieve my information. I highly recommend him, even if it can not be fixed, he will do his best to get it to work so you can temporarily use it. Thank again.

Had an issue with a laptop which was driving me crazy. Took it in and saw Allen who diagnosed the problem and fixed it !!. Met Bruce who is the owner and a great guy. This Allen guy is like a magician. Ive lost track of the times he has pulled my fat out of the fire after I (or the evil beings in the cyber world) screwed my computer up. He seems to be able to quickly fix any computer problem! On top of that, hes a really nice guy and charges ridiculously fair prices. Use him and youll be glad you did.

Allen was awesome, upfront, honest, and pretty quick turn around considering how swamped he was. They do incredible work and the price was very reasonable. Dont waste your money on corporate suits that overcharge you, take your rig to these guys for reasonable prices and great work.

Gentleman was so nice, they do not charge anything for diagnostics. He opened it up and saw that the battery was dead but could not get it to boot up. So he suggested a place that we can mail it off that also does not charge an upfront diagnostics fee. He even printed off pages of information about the company to mail it to. Very great service. And communication was good. Will def return if we need other tech repairs.

We have used Freeman Computers to build a desktop to our specs using top end components, up-gun a solid state drive on an older laptop and troubleshoot a monitor issue (my stupid). I had an issue with one of my PC fans going out this past week. I called around to a few different places. I called Freeman Computers because they were close to my house and the owner said the tech would call me at 10 when he got it. The tech did just that and got my PC serviced quickly within an hour or two. Normally you have to drop it off and wait a few days just to get it serviced, even if its something that takes less than an hour. Pricing was very reasonable and service was excellent! I will definitely be back if I need any future PC needs!!

Ive been using Freeman Computers for many years. The senior tech, Allen is very helpful and knowledgeable. Freeman is almost always more affordable than their competitors, the owner and his staff are honest and polite, and the work is always very good and holds up over time.While working out of town for an extended period of time, I needed an emergency computer repair to fix the DC jack on my laptop (where the power cord plugs into to the laptop). The out of town shop charged me way too much, took way too long, and did a very poor job to the extent it failed within a few weeks.I took the laptop to Freeman Computers and Allen showed me how bad of a job the other shop did. The other shop charged me for new parts but just used electrical tape and silicone on the old broken parts. Allen had it fixed in a few days (much faster), showed me the installed parts Inhad purchased, and did the whole thing much cheaper. And the labor is guaranteed.

This place is honest and doesnt treat you like some nameless profit opportunity. My computer had a simple power issue that needed to be replaced, and they quickly identified the problem. They could have told me I needed an entire new motherboard for all I knew. I left with the new parts and a new security/ anti virus system.

My laptop charging port over time developed issues that prevented charging.My Lenovo battery charger was part of the overall issue.The Freeman Computer staff identified and repaired the issues. I ordered a new charger and the laptop is functioning correctly.My positive experience is hopefully going to become yours too.

Been using Allen here for the past couple of years, always gets me taken care of quickly and at a fair price. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my computer.

I had a problem with the backlight on my laptop. I could get the screen to come on if I connected my laptop to an external monitor. I was unable to fix it myself so I went to the big name Geek repair place. The tech could not connect my laptop to an external monitor on another laptop. He took out the RAM cards and thought they were loose. Didnt work. He put different RAM cards in and still not able to connect to another monitor. Then I was told since it was older - I should buy a new laptop. I didnt want an new laptop I like mine just fine. And since the screen would come on with an external monitor I just knew there could be a fix for it. I had driven for over an hour to get there and decided to Google another repair facility in Conroe, Texas. I came across Freeman Computer Services at 1712 N Frazier St #110, Conroe, Texas. The owner Bruce Freeman had the Repair Tech Alan look at my laptop. Alan connected to an external monitor and we had discussed leaving the laptop so he could check it out - FOR FREE. Then hed call and tell me what if anything could be done to repair it and what the price would be for repairs. And we would hear from him next week. About 30 min. later he called and said it WAS FIXED! It needed a Bios hardware update and it was only going to be a hour labor charge! While I am in Texas if I need anything with my laptop - this is the only place I will take it! I would recommend taking your computers to Freeman Computer and have Alan look check it out! Also on a side note... the owner has wonderful stories of being an airplane pilot and my husband really enjoyed his stories of flying! My hubby said he could listen to those stories all day long! It was a great visit and got the laptop fixed as well!!!
