Ordered a refurbished laptop for my son to use for school. Excellent quality! The owner was extremely helpful in giving recommendations based on my son’s needs, I ended up buying a second laptop later on for myself to work from home. Highly recommend this business.

We ordered computer parts from Ben Paul. He is our previous Ebay seller. He told us his Paypal Account was under review, then we had to find another way to pay him. After we wired the funds in Jan 25th, 2021, we have not got the items, an order confirmation, or a shipping tracking number. We tried contacting him multiple times by phone, text messages, and email, but he blocked our phone number. Just disappear, NO communication at all after receiving our wire transfer. Do NOT trust this seller.

I ordered a computer from them through Walmart in November. The computer was labeled as shipped, tracking was never updated. Knowing there were a lot of issues with the mail I waited patiently and then reached out for an update. Was told that they were out buying new equipment and would reprint the label when they got back... fast forward another 2 weeks and its been a month + since order with no movement. I cancelled the order through Walmart and was refunded. Suddenly got an email yesterday from Benjamin Paul asking for help through his Go Fund Me because Walmart cancelled 90K of their sales and now they arent going to be able to make their Q4 sales.First of all the computer was not labeled as refurbished on the site, so that was false advertising. Then they obviously were selling items they didnt have in hand to ship. And finally they are now asking customers who didnt receive a product to help them out. Super unprofessional and just all around shady. I would highly recommend not purchasing.

Great computer. No bloatware on the system. I had a couple of adjustments to make to my order and they responded quickly and corrected an issue. Great customer service. They will be my go to for computer needs.

Ordered 2 new PCs, received one (didnt work). It wasnt packaged like it was new. Took it to a local technician and was advised the motherboard was replaced with a used one and the RAM was too, but with a downgrade. Contacted the owner and he hung up one. Will not return my calls and never sent the second computer. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.

They will not ship the computer I need for the new school year. No explanations. Do not use this business! I wish I had read the reviews first, sounds like a pattern.

I placed an order with this company through Amazon. After two weeks the package never arrived. I contacted BAP. I got several excuses and was told the package would be shipped overnight. After a few more days, still no merchandise. I requested, and received a refund through Amazon. This process occurred over the period of about three weeks, plenty of time to ship anything.

Great place for a reliable computer. My computer was delivered on time and in pristine condition for being a refurbished unit. My package included a computer tower, power cord, mouse, keyboard along with a USB, and Wi-Fi adapter. I had no reason to call and ask questions because my package even included a set-up guide, making it an easy set up. Couldnt be more pleased with this service and highly recommend it to anyone looking for anything tech related.

We ordered 22 laptops from this guy in October 2019. To date we have received 12. Now he wont even answer emails. Getting ready to file charges.
