The doors where open. Communication is the key to your success. They had my computer for 2 weeks. Thats not reasonable. Still doesnt work. 1 year old computer 😠

Ive called, emailed, and left messages with absolutely no response after like a week. And not once did they pick up the phone either. Screenshot of the last time I called and left a voicemail about an hp Spectre. Also I sent the email through the website with my name and number. All I wanted to know is how much you would charge to replace the glass overlay on the laptop screen. Your deceitful response, as I called the correct number several times, emailed you from your very website, and the fact that I have heard the same complaint from another about the constant lack of response from your company, and your inclination to speak to possible customers like theyre idiots is not acceptable. You need to learn how to respond to people contacting your business, and not just when you dont like what they have to say. Its being a good business owner.

I highly recommend The Hub Computer Repair for anyone having any computer trouble. Jacob is very professional and knowledgeable on just about everything. He was able to replace my MacBook Pro hard drive in a very timely manner while keeping all of my files the same. Unbelievable service and pricing. My 2012 MacBook is running like a brand new 2020 laptop (if not better!)

They offer free diagnostic and was able to find the issue and was told how much it would cost to repair. Another issue was found and was corrected and my quote stayed the same. Jacob communicated with me through the whole process keeping me up to date. Great company great prices. Will recommend to others.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I went in with my sons laptop that he dropped. These guys took it apart, found that the pieces needed to repair were not available. But they gave me the part numbers so I could go research and try to find them myself. AND, they didnt charge me one dime!

I wasnt able to get what I needed done here. I did however get some very good information. The guy in the front wasnt scared to send me somewhere else. He was honest. I will definitely give them my business when I need computer repair. I highly recommend this business.

My hard drive crashed. Thy replaced it with a solid state drive. They recovered my information and now it runs super fast. It like a new computer that is 7 years old.

Beware, most of the reviews are plants. Very dishonest place. I was charged over $200.00 for a new hard drive. Computer came back to me without all the software re-installed. I had a new computer repair technician come to my home. He determined a used hard drive with over 800 days it was installed on my computer and that the original hard drive was in good condition.
