Im giving two stars as a benefit of the doubt because I visited this location only to use the atm machine. I have banked with Woodforest for years, but the location I normally use is under construction. I needed to make a cash withdrawal and didnt want to pay a fee, so I sought out this location to use the atm. Both atm machines at this location (by the front door and the drive up) were not working. I wanted to make a simple cash withdrawal that there was plenty of money available for. So instead, I had to go to another banks atm and pay the additional fee to get my own money because this location didnt keep their machines operational. I normally love my Woodforest bank, but I found this experience to be very disappointing.

Pretty decent location. Always clean. They help you for the most part. Friendly people and close to my house. Sometimes there is a wait here but it isnt usually too bad.

All the tellers are very friendly at this branch. Ive never had a single problem in 3 years. I cant imagine why someone left them a 1-star review here.
