They did an awesome job cleaning our rugs, not only that we are rearranging stuff and needed to store the rugs, so when they were done cleaning they wrapped them up for storage. They dropped them off, which made it super convenient for me. Highly recommended, thanks so much for making it easy!

Usually if I do not have anything nice to say, I just will not write a review as it is not worth the negative emotions to do so. However, after four or five years since this happened the frustration and disappointment from such unprofessionalism still weighs on my mind, and I feel like it should be said. I loved the reviews that I had read and set an appointment to come out for an estimate where if all were in agreeance, the owner said that they would clean the carpet also at that time. I took off early from a fairly new job, they came promptly and gave a reasonable quote, and I was excited to have my carpet cleaned the same day. As the owner and helper stood in my living room talking, the helper said something that was not a selling point and the owner quickly told him in front of me “let me do the selling”. Then after going outside the owner came back to the door to say that since it was over cast or had just rained, it would take longer for the carpet to dry and they would need to reschedule for another day. I was disappointed but it made sense to me, but with my questioning it once the owner quickly replied that he actually had another appointment scheduled to clean an estate home that would be a big job and not close by so they would need to come back the following Monday. I thought, ok, and planned to take off early again on Monday to get the job done, and still excited to have the help as we have a carpet cleaner but wanted a professional job even though it is a medium dark brown. Just to have it professionally cleaned was appealing to me. On Monday afternoon while still at work the “helper” called me directly not the owner, to relay a message that they were cancelling the job with no explanation. The quote was for my medium sized living room, a long hall and a good size area rug in my kitchen and I had told him the approximate square footage that my husband said it was before even coming out. I asked why they would not reschedule it and why the owner did not call me personally to let me know, or why he did not call before the afternoon of so that I could arrange for another company to come out. I mentioned that I had requested off early again that day with having been told the appointment was set to happen. The helper said he did not know and did not have an answer to give and you could tell that he felt bad for me. I absolutely felt bad for the position the owner had put me in, but I also felt bad for the helper that the owner told to let him do the selling, but did not even have the common courtesy to call himself to let me know he was cancelling the job and why, or to do so in a timely and reasonable manner. I have worked in the customer service industry my whole life (56), and this is so not professional or acceptable. I have handled many clients through more than one company who only have one or two employees for example, but their business all adds up and word of mouth is the best advertisement you can have, and it is free. I am happy to see that there are still really good reviews posted for this company and that maybe the owner has gathered some professionalism along the way. I am shopping to have my carpets professionally cleaned again, but I certainly will not be calling this company or referring them of course. My home is a clean, four bedroom home so to this day I do not understand why the job was cancelled, except maybe that it was not profitable enough. It does not mean however that I would not have had my whole house cleaned in the future, or that I would not refer everyone I know to use them. It just does not make sense, but I did notice that there are no owner replies on the few people who have a bad taste in their mouth and have taken the time out to review, to try to explain, apologize, attempt to make it right. My best wishes are that this does not happen to anyone else.

My area rugs are like new! Extremely reasonable prices. Had my rugs done in-home, but will use their pickup/clean/delivery service for my large wool rug next time. The owner, Charles was super helpful and friendly! As were his technicians....sorry, I did not get their names:)

I have used them several times in our home and they do amazing work. They were able to remove stains and pet urine odor that others could not. Extremely professional and polite. They did an amazing job!!! My 4 year old daughter snuck off with my makeup (base) one day and emptied it into the carpet and then tried to clean it up by rubbing it so needless to say I thought it would never come out and wasnt even really expecting them to be able to remove it and when they were done it was like nothing ever happened!! No stain, no marks, no dark walk way tracks, nothing! Im very happy with them. Charels was very professional and did an awesome job, I would definitely recommend them

I orginally scheduled my appt with Aladin Carpet Cleaning only 2 days out. Last minute, I changed it to the very next day for 11 a.m. and they rescheduled for me with no problem. The called before they came out to my home and were right on time. Though I was not able to meet them right when they got there, I asked them to go on in. The went right to work and even let my dog out for me. They removed every single spot that had come back after a different company had cleaned my carpets. They took their time, paying attention to detail and made friendly conversation the entire time they worked. Once they were done, the price that that had been quoted to me over the phone, was not what was asked of me... it was less! The house smelled fresh, and the carpet with years of unknown wear (from previous renters) was pretty much erased! They did an outstanding job and I wouldnt use anyone but them again!!! Great job guys!!!

We called Aladin Carpet Cleaning after we closed in our house today and realized how dirty the carpets in the bedroom were. There was no way we were moving our stuff in on the dingy carpet and called Aladin very last minute and asked if they could come clean that day and they were there at our location within 30 mins. The guys that came were very friendly and spend the time explaining what they were doing and were patient as we stared at them in curiousity as they cleaned away. Super service. I would highly recommend. Oh, and the carpets looked great when they were done!!

Double displeasure. We were selling our house and needed to clean the carpets for the new owner. I was able to get an appointment easily and with a quote that was satisfying. NEVER was it mentioned that the quotes were based on average sized rooms or by square footage. It was discussed that the house was an older house. After Charles and Jeff ( I think were there names) started to work on the upstairs I was given the total for the job and it was well OVER the original quote. When I say over I am not referring to only $30-$40 dollars... not even only $50 over. It was $135 dollars over the quote. I felt trapped being that they had already started the job and I had to have the carpets cleaned by the move out day which was the next day. I am not sure how well the carpets cleaned up because I was moved out. However, the home I moved into ALSO had them clean the carpets. I am not sure what the amount the old owners paid but I can say moving in we had a bad musty smell from the carpets in two of the back rooms and still had soiled stains in a middle bedroom. Aladin said to please call if you need us to come back out... but really? I cant afford to pay them anymore money for a bad job done. I was very unhappy and hate to have to write this but the more I see customer service FAIL the more I feel obligated to write reviews. Maybe the next person wont fall into the same trap I did.
