Took this 21 year old Tacoma to Suds today. As you can see it had been neglected for a while. Jaime welcomed me and assured me that his staff could make it look great. He quoted me a fair price and I left it with them. The end result exceeded my expectations. Dropped it off about 1pm and they were done by 5:30. I got to watch them for the last 30 minutes or so and the staff looked like they were all enjoying their jobs and each other. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable and friendly, which probably explains why his staff was all so friendly and smiling. I’ll definitely return.

The Manager of this place rocks!! I will show you a before picture of the back seat of my Toyota Tundra Double cab and a few after pictures once they got done shampooing my entire truck. I had some big scratches on my back left quarter panel from someone opening their door in a parking lot and hitting my truck without reporting it to me and the scratches are gone thanks to this business. I want to say thank you to my Hispanic friend who is all inked up at this business. You are the bomb. I recommend everyone to get their cars or trucks to come here!!!

Requested the Taladega Plus for $23.99, was offered bug remover for $5 extra. I figured the wash I selected itself would remove any but just in case I added the service for good measure. I know I had a few. My car was done and under the bay / shade so I missed the still visible bug splatter on the windshield, front bumper and both mirrors and the dirt/dust inside my car. After $28 for the wash and $10 tip. I personally don’t think it was worth it. I could achieve this wash thru a drive thru wash myself for a lot less. The car did shine up well on a positive note. Unfortunately unsatisfactory for me.

A bit expensive but always fast, through, and very patient and friendly. My 2nd time coming. Happy car afterwards living on dirt roads in the country. Car looks great. Will come again. Feels good supporting great people.

First of all my Grey Toyota Tundra SRT Double cab had stains in the front and back seat from my daughter who has grown up in that truck from car seat to now no car seat. It was nasty. It isn’t anymore thanks to my Tattooed Hispanic friend @ Suds Grand Prix. I had scratches in the left quarter panel from someone who hit and ran my vehicle while I was shopping. I don’t have those scratches anymore because they buffed them all out. I have a before and some after photos of my truck. I highly recommend that everyone should use these guys for all their cars or trucks beautifications. Thanks Carnal!

Edit: The person who responded to this review, said they would do what they could to fix it. Just trying to make themselves look good while they do bad work. BUYER BEWARE!!! : I took my husbands truck to be hand waxed detailed and cleaned. I waited there for over 3 hours! For the inconvenience I was given a free car wash. When I went to get my car washed, I was told that I could not use it on my car I could only use it on my husbands truck. The attendant finally agreed to give me the car wash but not the car wash that was promised to me. It would have to be the cheaper wash. I didnt believe agree considering, I was the one who was inconvenienced and promised the car wash. They washed my car and when I got my car back it was not clean. There were marks on the car from bugs and dirt. They did not vacuum the inside the car, there was trash in my backseat and there were streaks on the windows. Because I came in for a wash with a voucher I was treated like a beggar. I will not use this car wash anymore! You would think that they would treat me like a customer rather than a beggar? Not hand me back a dirty car, only half washed. I thought they would try to improve their customer service when I went to redeem the car wash. This did not happen in my case! I would give a zero Stars if I could. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone. Nor will I be taking my car or my husbands truck back.

This car wash is GREAT!! From the first minute when I entered and the lovely Vanessa took care of me, to the exceptional deep cleaning they did to my dually, everything was first rate!! I highly recommend this place. Try them once and you will for sure use them again!! The hand detail is phenomenal!!

My car cant go though the tracked washer so I need it done by hand. $45 (plus a tip for doing it well) is reasonable and they do a great job. Its exactly as fast as it should be. Great place to get your car washed.

My truck was in serious need of an interior cleaning. The manager helped me select the wash that best fit my truck’s needs. I got the Daytona Plus wash and I am SO glad that I did! The interior was so shiny and smelled so good when I got into my truck. Thank you SO much for this Suds! It was such a joy to hop into my truck after leaving your wash!

This place just has a lot of outstanding staff that are dedicated to their jobs. Theyre all nice, and while Ive been to a lot of full-service car washes, this one is exceptional. They are concerned, and they take pleasure in their work. Ill continue to be a customer. As I sit here writing this, I hear a man whining about his automobile, and three personnel are dispatched to the scene. Amazing

I recently moved here from Nevada and had three dogs in my truck and dog hair was every where in everything. Outside was covered in mud dirt you name it the truck looked homeless. After about 2.5 hours they detailed engine bay outside inside shampoo carpet leather treatment waxed and polish. Truck looks brand new. And my wife was even pleased so you know they pay attention to detail and customer service I will be a returning customer.

Since the new Manager Jaime took over the quality and efficiency is the best!

The oil change went perfectly, the wait was not too awful, however the car wash was not up to par. Didnt get all of the grime off the exterior of the windows, and one side glass is totally filthy and doesnt appear to have been wiped. The cars body is beautiful, but the windows arent.

My son and I have been coming here for years with our GMCs. The manager Jaime is always working hard to provide the best service. If something isn’t up to expectations, he is sure to get it fixed right away. Always a Great clean for a better price.

Been using this place for a few years. All the people there are on point from the checking in to Vanessa the cashier to the ladies that finish the drying and cleaning process. There are time they miss something but always step up to fix what ever I may point out. Good service, however, can be busy so pick your time.

We own operate a few residential treatment centers that help more then 250 foster kids with their mental health. Needless to say the vans get spills and stains from food soda and other things. Jaime the GM is amazing and so is the whole Suds team. They are a critical part of our business. I wish I could give them 6 out of 5 stars because they have repeatedly saved us and got us back on the road. The oil services and car wash are a weekly ritual for our fleet motor pool. Due to the oversize of our vans it’s impossible to get service quick and that’s what Suds and Jamie provide for us.

So the first time I went to this place the service was great got an oil change and a free wash. The second time I just drove in for a wash. They were not busy at all but after I paid I waited for quite a while for someone to start the wash. The manager walked past me waiting 2x and just ignored me cause I guess starting the machine is not his job. When the guy who works the machine finally showed up he was apologetic. I felt a little unappreciated and dismissed. I feel that if you are in a service industry every member of the staff should be there to serve the customers and the manager should be showing the staff how to do that.

I regularly take my 2014 Jag F Type V8 S to Suds to get it detailed and they ALWAYS do a fantastic job on it. Jaime always takes care of me, especially when I’m headed to a car show with it.

The people and the equipment were excellent. Unfortunately, my wife and I arrived just as one employee was being sent home due to a little mishap. That delayed down the entire process, and we ended up spending approximately 2 1/2 hours there for an oil change and car wash, both of which were completed well and fully.

Tried these guys for the first time because I’m new to the area. Unfortunately there was an incident where my truck was returned to me with a small dent in the back. I’m glad to say that management stepped right in and worked with me to get my truck fixed that same week. I’ve had damage done before at other places and they go out of their way to deny responsibility. Kuddos to this new manager. Not to mention they do an excellent job on detailing. This is officially my new spot.

I came in for an oil change and inspection, however by accident a windshield wiper blade was replaced with the incorrect size. I returned and Eddie Primes (Lube Manager) was not only kind and polite but replaced my wiper blade with the correct size. Eddie also replaced my passenger blade at no cost just for my hassle. My son took our truck to them to try to remove marks on the hood and clean the inside of the truck. When he arrived, a worker came over and told him they could remove the white marks on the hood. He agreed to pay $50 for them to do it and they asked to come back in two hours. He went back 3 hours later and it still wasnt done and sat there another 1.5 hours. When he got the truck back, the hood had the white marks still but also had swirl scratches all over it. The manager told him he would have to review the tapes to be sure they cause those scratches, really?? They also made him pay the $50 for the hood or they wouldnt give him the keys. Way to take advantage of a high school kid! Stay away!!!

I always go to suds for car washes & yearly inspections on my vehicles. The car washes are always great. As usual, with every business, sometimes there is a wait but it is worth it. The manager is always friendly and cares about your experience. Definitely good people to do business with.

The manager suggested a detail under $50 and i did not have to wait hours to have my car cleaned, the people both front and back did awesome, i took my friends car back to her and she is still commenting on how great it looks. Good job!

Both times Ive gone there, the inspection procedure has been quick. It takes a long time to wash, but they do a fantastic job.

I was very impressed with the greeting I received from the General Manager, Jiame Cardenas. He was polite, friendly and professional. It is nice to be welcomed with a smile. Understood whatI needed and delivered on time. In terms of the detail I received on my car, excellent work for the value. Highly recommend and will bring my other vehicles.

Plan at least 1 1/2 hours for a basic wash. Never spent less time here. Washes are good but the workers move at a snails pace hence the reason for how long it takes. Ironic or by design that they names it “Grand Prix” and all the washes are named after racetracks with race car stuff all over. Makes you think they are fast… should be turtle, sloth and snail themed. They walk slooooow, dry sloooow, wipe slooooow. Cars are dry by the time they try to dry them. They just drip dry, so if you have a dark vehicle caution water spots! Managers walk around like they are inspecting but yet you can tell they don’t know what to do. Kinda like the guy walking around with a clipboard looks like he’s busy but isn’t. Oh, and don’t ask questions…. Nobody knows, then they all stop working to find out.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here for 6+ years. Over time we have noticed that the quality of work has rapidly declined. Several times I had noticed that my backseat and trunk would remain untouched. My mother brought her Nissan to be detailed and shortly after noticed a sticky, wax residue on the dash. She called and spoke with the manager Jamie, who told her to bring the car early in the morning and he would have the issue corrected. My Mother and I arrived this morning 3/21/21 @ 9am to have the issue resolved and was told by the gentleman who was working the register in the middle lane that Jamie was not in today, but he would call and get the information for us. He asked us to park and wait. twenty minutes later my mother walked over to ask for an update. The same gentleman informed us that he had text messaged Jamie, but had not yet heard back from him. She went back to wait where we were asked to. After twenty more minutes, she walked back over to the gentleman and asked if there was an update since we had been waiting for forty minutes at that point and we had prior engagements to tend to. He looked at my Mother and said, Look, Jamie doesnt even remember talking to you and I am not here to fix anyones psychiatric problems. We promptly left. We will no longer be bringing any of our family vehicles here. I work in the automotive industry and I will also no longer be referring Suds Mobile Detail Service or State Inspection Services to any of my customers.

We have gone to this place several times. Service is subpar but there isn’t many places to choose from. Hyman (a supposed manger) answered the phone and I asked about mobile detailing. He said we are booked today, call back tomorrow. I said I’d like to make an appointment. He said no call back tomorrow and hung up on me. I called back and asked his name and he would not provide it - said what do you want and hung up on me again. So I called back several times and decided to go up there to figure out why the hell Im being treated like this. The GM and manager both pointed blame on the other person. Leo, the GM, walked out and said deal with her. Hyman follows Leo outside to be told you can’t handle a customer?! All I wanted was an apology for the unprofessionalism, unnecessary attitude, disrespect, and such poor customer service. Do not use this place - these guys should not be in business!

Best car wash location in Conroe. Makes my truck look like a showroom vehicle every time. Best prices around too. Super detail oriented. Have been using them for about a year now. Only once it wasn’t perfect and the manager immediately noticed it and completely did everything over again. Now that’s customer service. Full detail and sanitizing for 50 bucks on a full size truck. They are awesome.

Jaime and his team worked on detailing my 2008 SeaDoo Islandia boat. The job was very well done and the interior - exterior - engine bay look almost like new, from the showroom. Well done Suds Grand Prix!

Ive used this service several times. I always left very satisfied with the quality of the work for what I paid. But today when I went the man who met me didnt say a word to me. I didnt mind because I already knew what I wanted I went inside and paid and everything went normally. At the end when I got in my car I realised that they had not vacuumed And I knew vacuuming came with the package I bought. The interior person had also left globs of wax inside my passenger door and in the center console. I drove back around got out of my car and went looking for someone to help me as no one was outside. I was met by the same man he still didnt say much to me but I told him that they hadnt vacuumed my car and he came over and looked. I also asked if he could wipe the wax out of the car but he didnt seem to hear me just went on about the vacuuming . He called someone over to vacuum and he walked away and just started talking on his cell phone. I later cleaned up the wax myself. Overall he just didnt seem to be very focused and I believe that he was the manager on duty. It was a very disappointing experience as I really love this place in Ive trusted them with my car multiple times. Now however I feel like I have to find a new place to get my car cleaned.

I waited for 2 hours for my car and needed to get home to prepare dinner. When I was told my car was ready, it still had water and dirt in the weather tech floor space. I got a rag and stopped up the water myself and then had to find someone who knew what the work key was because they were not in my car!

Damaged My Car! We came through Conroe on Saturday the 20th of 2020 and decided to have our car washed on the way to an event in Houston. Car wash left a line of dents on my hood and took off a side view mirror. So far, 6 days later, manager Oscar Ramirez has told me he has to review the video and he cant because our internet is not working yet he received my estimate by email? Staff on duty at the time was aware, apologetic and tried to be helpful. Assured me that Oscar would call and make it right. Today I am enlisting a lawyer. Unbelievable. Mike

The interior was supposed to be cleaned and vacuumed, unfortunately my wife and I ended up finishing the job that we paid for, several spots without being wipe or vacuumed, dirt and dust on the dashboard, a lot armor all in some spots and nothing in some, Im not coming back to this carwash, not a happy customer

Cant beat the $5 wash and go price but it always takes a lot more time than the other places even when only one other car in line. If you are in a hurry skip this place. If you have lots of time then go for it.

As a customer I witnessed Jaime the general manager curse at his employees repeatedly, treat them very poorly and seemed extremely agitated while walking around. I feel terribly sorry for these employees who have to suffer his wrath, and the embarrassment from being treated this way by someone who is supposed to treat them with respect. His demeanor while engaging with people in general was truly disgusting. I don’t understand how he is a general manager or above people at all. I hope the owner replaces him with someone who is more welcoming, professional and just respectful in general. Never recommending this place to anyone.

Excellent service and reasonable price

Went to this place to get the car cleaned and paid 30.00. Then I find out that they charge extra for suvs and then they charge extra to get the bugs off the front of the car. Its like your paying them to clean your car but if you really want your car cleaned, you have to pay extra for that. Why dont they just increase the initial price and do the job right?

Entirely too long to spend waiting on a wash. The lady told me 1 hour max, it was 1:45. One window took 12 minutes, that’s insanity. They do a good job but plan on pissing away a large chunk of your daylight.

I have been waiting for over an hour for a simple wash. My vehicle has still not been through the washing area. Some people in the waiting area have been here for over an hour and a half. Within the first 10 minutes I heard multiple customers complain about the wait. Unless you half a day to spare avoid this place! I will never be back.

The lady that cleaned my truck, the detailing part, she was exceptional. The entire car wash was great, the manager was great, but I literally had to tell the detail lady, ok, youve done great. She really cleaned my truck better than its ever been cleaned. I didnt get her name but from the looks of it, the detailing crew was a well oiled machine. I have always passed this place up and went to the automatics where they provide the vacuum and compressed air. The 60 bucks I paid for a detail was well worth it. Highly impressed and will only go to Suds.

I went there today and got the top of the line package that was to include sanitizing, leather conditioning, and all the fixings. I was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes. It took an hour and when I went to check my car the entire hatch back area and tops of windows had not been cleaned. The lady kindly took it back to the vacuum station and returned ten minutes later and pretty much waved at me that it was ready and quickly left. The back still hadnt been properly cleaned and I could not see where the seats had been cleaned at all. Also, the lady never wore a mask while inside my car sanitizing. Whats the point? I honestly didnt have any more time to spend there to let them correct it.

Had my Toyota 4Runner detailed & ceramic coated and the service was excellent!! I’m a State Trooper and we receive great treatment/ service from Suds!! The Manager Jaime and the whole staff are attentive, friendly & give great service with top notch work!! I strongly recommend this business establishment!!💪🏽👌🏽

I was here for over 3 hours. They ran my truck through once and none of the cleaning machines came on. I had to tell them what happened. They said they would run it through again. After almost 2 hours, they ran it through again. Once washed, it took them another hour just to dry it off. Now I have a truck with water spots all over it.In a nutshell, they suck!

Ive gone to Suds for years and was happy with their service, but my bad experience today was the last time I will go there. I paid over $100 for a full detail/interior sanitize and wax. I waited over three hours for my car to be finished. There was a new scratch on my rear passenger door that I know wasnt there before, and the car wasnt as clean as it normally is. The windshield had streaks all over, there was overspray on my info screen, the backs of the seats look like they werent touched at all, and there were still spots where the wax wasnt wiped off of the exterior. I tried talking to someone about the scratch, but he walked away and never came back so I left. After three hours of waiting I didnt want to wait any longer. The main difference today was I went early afternoon rather than first thing in the morning, but that shouldnt make a difference in the quality of service.

I dont pay to get my car washed a lot so its a treat for me to actually take it and I shouldve just done it myself. I used this place today and when I got home I noticed that the back of my car had dirt marks from where the automated car wash part didnt reach or clean and also by my tires was still dirty. I liked my finger and easily wiped a small spot off so I know it was just over looked. I spent over an hour there and really thought they had to have done a good job spending so much time on it but I was wrong.

This place is awesome they hand dry your car and the soap is thick and was so worth the little money we paid

I have always had great service with Suds car wash. I was not happy with the inside of my car, and hate to complain. I took it back and told them I just want the inside redone. The General Manager had my whole car redone and was SUPER nice! Thank you Jamie Cardenas!

The hidden secret about this car wash is cost and level of professionalism. They clean your car beautifully, inside and out for a $5 difference of a drive thru (that basically does nothing). They really do an awesome job!!! I have used this car wash for years, referring often. The feedback from those I refer to is same as mine.

Sat in express lane early morning very few cars two attendants see me never once acknowledged or said anything. Left went to car wash down road!

Wash and wax, was beautiful! Until I looked close at driver door. There was still A LOT of dried grass stuck to the door which I wiped off with a wet cloth.Otherwise, beautifully done.

They did a great cleaning job, so thats a pro. The con was it took 2 hours of waiting for them to finish. I had a package they talked me into when I drove up thst I thought was reasonably priced ($45) but they did not tell me how long it would take. I had other plans and I would have arranged for other transpo while I waited had I known. If you dont mind waiting, as I said, they did do a good job.

The car was very clean and the people that work there are very friendly!

Had some scratches on my tesla, went to multi places and the cheapest quote I got was $1900. To my Tesla here got it detailed, waxed, the works. Showed them the scratches before I left, and when I went back to pick my car up the scratches were gone and the car looked amazing inside and out. Paid $500 and it looks brand new.

Extremely disappointing! I even should them how to my back hatch and they still didnt vacuum. This is the second time this has happened. I was also there for over an hour waiting for my car to get waxed and watch 4 cars go in in front of me when I had been there longer. Didnt even get the wax done and asked for my money back. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told youll have to go find him, hes outside somewhere. Very disappointed in this place

Ive been going here for about 5 years now. Only place I go to get my car washed! I love their rewards program ! My car is always clean & smells amazing! The staff is super friendly . I love all the new things theyve added ( i.e the additional seating & snacks ) . I wish they still had coffee & popcorn ( but thats pretty much nonexistent in covid era lol ) . My car always looks brand new after :) 10/10 reccomend lol

Honestly I’m disappointed. I came here the first time to clean my engine. They did a wonderful job. I was so upset I didn’t give them a tip that I said would come back to make them my regular car wash place. I paid $26 for the sonomo special to have them not even wipe the dirt of my rims. It was a smash and grab job... I could tell because they were trying to go home on time. If I had known they were in a rush I would’ve gone somewhere else. Anyways I’ve been here 2 times since the first time I went and both times rushed.

Takes awhile but other than not getting all the bugs off the grill they do stellar work.

I had been there under old mgmt and was hesitant to try again but I tried again and pleasantly surprised to find new owners a d the manager Jaime to be such a nice person ..explained pricing and assured me of their thorough cleaning and his friendly prompt and professional nature set my mind at ease .I entered and found s the cashier Johenna to be just as pleasant and friendly ... my experience as far as the quality was outstanding and the vehicle was really cared for and cleaned expertly by friendly hardworking amazing people . Usually very meticulous, but this time, I guess because I arrived two hours before close, they rushed through the service. Had to point out several misses that needed attention and they were less than pleased. Getting 4 stars because they are still expenentially better than anyone else in the area and very good price.

Nice car wash, but poorly managed. Dont have enough staff. Poor lady was working alone in the dry station with about 8 cars. After waiting about 30 minutes, I finally had to go inside & ask them to send more staff out. Pass them on by if you dont have at least 45 minutes to spare.

Not really impressed with this car wash, i told the gentleman i wanted everything done because my truck was pretty dirty inside and out. He wanted to charge $275, i declined and he said he could do $225. It was clean but quite a bit wasn’t.

I went to this carwash yesterday had an awesome experience the new manager Jaime went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was done right. I ever purchased an odor bomb and car was fully detailed on the inside and turned out amazing took all the stains out even from my pet. The service and staff was great and very professional. This was by far the best carwash Ive been to in Conroe hands down. If you havent been I highly recommended you give it a try. You wont leave disappointed. I know I didnt 😊
