Truck was dropped off for wash and detail, when I picked it up they rushed the process and wanted me out. I will never use them again!! The Clear coat is absolutely ruined with swirled scratches across the entire body. It’s brand new, still has the paper tags and now I was quoted over 8 hours of buffing to fix it from one god awful wash.

Used to love the place but it just cant keep up. Waits for washes now are two hours many days of the week. Used to be about 30 minutes.

Best car wash in town! $25 for most vehicles. Very clean; inside and out. Only downside is theyre so popular that it usually takes an hour and there are very few inside seats. (Be ready to sweat. Lol) Still worth it, only place for me. Highly recommend them!

I’ve used Lopez for years & they used to be descent, but the last few times they’ve gotten horrible. Today, took my Cadillac in & they didn’t even vacuum the seats, clean out the door pockets, or in between the seats & console. $30 bucks down the drain!You ought to be ashamed of yourselves, but I suspect you could care less.Never again!

I usually take my car here every other week and today when I got my car back, It wasn’t even cleaned good. The back seats still have dirt. I called and wanted to speak to manager, but they hung up and said no. Not going back there ever again.

Went today 11-15 they had one truck being dried and one Jeep in wash bay and told me that it would take one and one half hours to wash my car. When I ask why so long I was told “I don’t know maybe the cold” I have been here several times before and will go back I just think the service was very bad today!

Price was good and was done on time but my rims still had brake dust when i picked up.i asked older man with grey hair but he stated it wouldnt come off.i went home and sprayed rim cleaner and rinsed right off.Not happy

Clean vehicles well. They seem to charge whatever amount they want based on whos working or what day it is. Im using my company card and its not my money Im spending here but based on principal alone Ive stopped using this car wash.

Usually always go here and they usually do great.. until these last couple times, they took 3 mats out of my car and I never got them back even after pointing it out. They claimed I came there with only one mat in my backseat floor board and I know for a fact I had all four. Thieves. Also they left spots all over my car and rims. I brought it back to them and they still didnt get it all. They tried to say this is as good as it will come and had a horrible attitude. I came home after they said it wont come off and cleaned my rims and my actual car body with a sponge and barely scrubbed and it ALL came right off. Just took a tad bit of effort and for them to not be so lazy. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge when I went back from my mats being stolen and my car looking horrible and they didnt know who was in charge they said. Also I asked them to vacuum out my trunk and it was never done and I paid for armor all and it wasnt done either until I went back the 2nd time. They all had attitudes the whole time too because they didnt do their jobs right. So sad. Place turned into a nightmare. I also witnessed 2 of the hispanic girls in each others faces trying to fight upon my 1st time going before I had to go back to get my stuff redone. I eventually had to just come home and do my car myself though sadly because they couldnt get it right. Horrible customer service skills.. stay away from here now.

Great prices the only thing is at times I pull up and no one speaks to me on what I need sometimes you are there a while bc they r busy and it cld use more employees or bigger location.

They clean a mean car but OVER PRICED. Dont know how theyll stay in business with QUICK QUACK coming in across the street.

I have been to this car wash 3 times for a hand wax and every time the price has gone up. Today my wife took my mother to get a hand wax on her suv. They said it would take 3 hours so they left the suv and went shopping. When they returned, they said it was 1/2 of the price quoted because they didn’t have time to wax the vehicle. My mother paid the $25 and told my wife. 3 hours and you can wash and wax a small suv? My wife took charge and told them that my mother lived out of town and they needed to have the vehicle waxed. They said it would take another hour because 3 cars were in front of them. My wife said that was ridiculous. The suv had already been there for 3 hours and the cars that were now in front of my mother’s needed to wait. They begrudgingly started to work on the suv and 20 minutes later they finished. So my wife paid another $25 for the service that originally was ordered. For the price and the bad customer service, I will not be back. You just lost a customer Lopez. Nice work.

They tried to charge me $60 the other day .I noticed the bosses wasnt around. Putting money in there pockets I wasnt going to pay that much.
