I have been to this location several times over the past 6 months and the service is excellent. Everyone I have encountered has been very nice, respectful and considerate. Even when my orders were not available they were kind and patient with my Drs office. They are professional and respectful even when they are busy. I highly recommend this location!

I had no issues with my experience - they got me in quickly and had an easy draw, and my phlebotomist was a doll and chatted with me kindly as she was collecting samples. I could have gotten lucky based off the other reviews, but I was in and out in 10 minutes and relieved it was pleasant and easy.

My son came in for a drug test for a job and although their hours are a 4:30 closing time, they turned my son away along with other patients claiming they shut down at 4pm. What kind of business is this?! Wasted my time and set my son back a day on his employment because theyre lazy and want to close early.

After being at a different Dr.’s offices all day yesterday and waiting a while (my insurance’s fault) I was very frustrated. But I did eventually get to go in at this LabCorp and Kristy (I think that’s how she spells her name) was amazing. Super nice, funny and just made me feel a lot better about having to get 10 full tubes of blood drawn. I will go back and try to ask for her specifically and I suggest you do too!

I went here to have blood drawn. Sandra did a great job of finding a vein, I have small rolling veins, however, she was unprofessional, rude and has no people skills. I’m under the impression she doesn’t like people. So sad she works in this field with her bad attitude.

The office is small, the staff (2 persons Sandra & Luz) is not friendly at all, no peoples skills. The day I went the system (computer and credit card machine) went down. I went twice the same week and the experience was the same. Awful customer service. I called twice to ask some question and they never answered the phone.A recommendation for labcorp: hire people that likes the job, I understand that is not a pleasant job, but if you are willing to work in that field be nice and polite with the public.

I was very happy with the office and people I dealt with, was concerned after looking at the reviews but I can say I had a positive visit here.

I called on 11/17 to inquire about some orders transferred by my doctor in NY. I get this bloodwork EVERY MONTH here in NY and it has NEVER been an issue! An employee Krystal at this location answered and acted like I was a bother calling to ask about this! She was not only rude but was rushing me off of the phone when I still had questions. I ended up calling back later in the afternoon to get the rest of my questions answered and a super lovely woman ChristyLee answered. She took the time to make sure I received all of the information I needed to get my script/order transferred over with ease and also walked me through what issues may have occurred with the transfer of my order. She was warm and welcoming and very apologetic for my earlier experience. If going to this location I highly advise requesting her as she seems she truly cares about her patients and brightens this place up from the negativity and coldness of other employees. As if health conditions arent stressful enough! Thank you Christy I will most definitely be seeing you soon for my bloodwork.

Its really not very often I write reviews. Typically I write them if someone is going above and beyond or, conversely, if someone is performing offensively poorly. Unfortunately this is the latter. Short synopsis: Unsanitary, unprofessional, unfriendly. To start we had a question for the clinic so we called the number on the sheet provided by our doctor. We tried several times, it didnt work. I googled the clinic number, which matched the address of the clinic and we had been calling the correct number. It doesnt actually ring the clinic. I tried it while in the office. When I politely asked the front desk attendant about it I could feel her neck stiffen and start to immediately shut me out. She said We just test here.. When my wife went in for very important (read life-threatening) medical testing, she was handed an unlabeled, unsterile paper cup for medical urine testing and no sanitary wipes for a clean-catch urine specimen. This wasnt a drug-screen. It was a medical bacteria screening for a serious condition. There was no place to put her purse or her specimen. It was disgusting. The toilet didnt even flush. When advised, the technician rolled her eyes and said yeah yeah, I know. Ill do it. There was water leaking from underneath the toilet that had to be avoided when stepping in the vicinity of the toilet. This is, I suppose, where you are supposed to set your purse. Ill be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not go there.

I had an appointment at 4 to come here but i got here at 3:50. I had a hard time using the kiosk so I asked the lady at the front to help me. She cut me off saying she needed a 2-7#? I asked her what that was and she said my work should have given it to me. So I check my email and I wasn’t seeing anything so I asked if she could help me find it and she said no. I asked her why not and she slammed the glass window shut in my face! I tapped on it and asked for a manager and she completely ignored me with her head down. I asked for her name and she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for a manager again and she opened the window and told me she wasn’t going to help me. I asked her why and she tried slamming the window again but I stopped it and told her I am here because of work and I have an appointment. She slammed the window again. So I went to call first advantage because they are the ones that scheduled this. They gave me the number and I walked back up to the front desk and she walked away. I stood waiting for 5 min and then another customer came up behind me. She walked out the door and told them to come on back without even asking their names or what they are here for. I still stood there waiting and then another customer came and she said they could come back too. I asked her for her manager and she said no. I asked her again for her manager and she looked at me and slammed the door. I sat waiting because she walked away again and when I finally saw her I asked for her managers card and the corporation number and she said she’s not going to give it to me. At that point I just left because she was not going to serve me. I took off work for this and now I won’t be getting paid for the hours I missed and I’m going to have to schedule this another time even though I only have 48hrs to get this done. This is going to effect my employment. I don’t understand why she acted the way she did. It was absolutely ridiculous. I have never been more disrespected in my whole life. Her behavior was extremely hostile. Can someone please contact me and address this situation.

Wanted to write a review since so many negative had me concerned about going this morning. Sign in kiosk did have issues, but thats not employees fault and lady at desk helped. There were several others waiting, but we were taken back quickly and treated nicely. Blood was drawn on first stick without feeling a thing and I was out in no time. So, not everyone has a bad experience here, I just think sometimes those are the ones more likely to leave a review.

Been here since 1255pm it is now 145pm. Lobby is full. Cant really Social distance when there is nobody taking patients in to get their blood work done... That must have been one long lunch break!

I had to visit this location for my 3 hour glucose test. Which is an awful thing to have to go through by itself. The ladies at this location were so amazing at making sure I was okay, and comfortable. They stuck a good vein each time and didn’t make me have to suffer more than being pregnant and not eating for 14+ hrs for this test. They’re beyond awesome 💙

Could not have expected something so simple to be so complicated. I was dropping off a sample for testing. The girls(I say girls simply because there did not appear to be any signs of adults behind the counter), were rude and unhelpful. It became very apparent that being personable and dealing with other human beings in a polite and courteous manner is beyond this facilitys employees.

The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. I tried to ask a question and was ignored and she could not even acknowledge me. I was told my results would be back within 24-48 hours, that was just something they are told to say.Waiting on this test so I can start my new job. Called office after the 48 hours were passed and same unprofessional conversation I had with same girl. I was informed they are told to tell the customer that you will have results no later than 48 hours but it can take weeks maybe and was brushed off to call the lab where specimen was sent . Now Im looking at another week of waiting.. Agree with other review, if I could I would give them 0 on the review.

On Google and website says closes at 5. I get there at 4:29 PM not knowing anything about closing at 4:30 or thats what they said when I arrived. I fasted all day long knowing I wouldnt be able to go until later. They insisted they were closed and cant see me. The door was unlocked and why does everything say at 5:00 closed. The lady was rude to. Get your times right where people know the real time yall close !

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a drug test for a program I am entering in the fall. I have never been treated as poorly as I was here from the second I stepped in. Not one smile, not one friendly hello like I gave to them. When I spend money to go somewhere I expect to be treated nicely and respectfully, but that was just the beginning.I went to set down my sample and the lady collecting it SCREAMED at me to take it off of the counter. not once but 2 times. Literally YELLING. LOUD. I told her I was just trying to make sure it was closed, then, while talking over me, she yelled at me again to remove it from the counter and place it in the white basket. I told her okay and did it. Then she decided to get disinfectant spray and spray where I had set it and wipe it right in front of my face. Mind you in my physicians office we are told to leave the samples on the counter. So I knew no better. Is this the way they treat their patients? Like they are incompetent criminals? I will never go back here again and I hope everyone there gets replaced with kind, helpful people. No one should have to go anywhere and be treated like this. When I walked out into the waiting room everyone was staring. They obviously heard her screaming at me. They are unprofessional, cruel, and obviously hate their jobs. all the way from the front desk to the back room.

8:24 on Saturday and they are still not open, Labcorp is a joke.

I came to get blood work done for my employers Wellness program. Without an appointment, I checked in and was called from the waiting in no more than 1 minute the draw took about 2 minutes and I was out the door in maybe 5 minutes tops. 🤯 Amazing!!! The staff was super nice to boot.

I went to get my glucose test done and the lady was so sweet and very gentle. 2 weeks later I go back again for a thrombophelia test and its a different person this time and I feel like she was trying to act nice but got tired of it after 10 seconds... she started asking questions about the test and as Im answering, she shoves the needle into my arm so hard I actually said ouch. I almost feel like she was trying to shut me up before I was really able to say a word. She made me feel like I was a burden to her.Ive had my blood taken countless times and never have I had it be so painful. I told my husband that it felt like it went in too far because 4 hours later, its still sore.Unless you get lucky and get a nice person, its very poor service.

I have been getting my labs drawn here every week for almost a year. Sandra and Monica are 2 of the best people that I have had take my blood. It doesnt hurt, they are quick and its always the first stick they get it.

They do not answer the phone and they are not open as advertised. I would not recommend this place! Very unprofessional

This is the place to go if you want to waste your time waiting in line. They only had two staff there. I don’t blame the staff completely for taking so long, the person who staffs the place is doing a bad service for their clients. There needs to be more than two people there!

Quick and easy. THE KEY....use the online appointment scheduler, use the checkin kiosk when you arrive, get there 15 minutes EARLY. Liked this location and the phlebotomist was excellent!

I showed them all my blood test orders. They did not want to look at them and responded condescendingly that everything was already in their system. Except they forgot to do half of the orders! Very unprofessional!

Ive been to this location for quarterly blood work 5 or 6 times, always on a Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and efficient. I have had no trouble getting in and have not been kept waiting. I usually have the lab results in 2-3 days, well before my doctor visit. I recommend the Conroe location.

Ive been to this Labcorp a few times now and they are consistently the rudest people with the worst customer skills of any place Ive ever been. They hate their jobs and make it apparent to everyone that comes through the doors. I will be finding a different place and will make sure everyone I know chooses somewhere else.

I have never had such a good experience with any blood drawing situation before today. I came in and it was quick and Sandra was amazing! She was sympatheric to me that I was terrified of needles, and she was very sweet and did such an amazing job that i didnt feel anything. I didnt even realized it was over until she put the bandaid on me. I would come back to her again anytime i need to get blood work, Highly recommend the girls, they are sweet.

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and people were waiting in line. We waited over 10 minutes and still no employee came to the reception area. Customers were calling out to see if anyone was available; finally, someone opened the door and got an employees attention in the back. Once the person came to the front desk, everything ran smoothly. I understand that things may come up that require you to go to the back area, but Id suggest either a bell/signal to let you know there are customers waiting, or a sign to let customers know youve stepped away to assist a patient. Honestly, some of us wondered if they had gone out for lunch.

Pre registered online, checked with the kiosk had a seat.... 2 mins later called me up, took my doctors orders, signed paper went in she took blood in first stick (impressed) and out I went.... took less than 10 mins. A+++

I called this place to check if they received my blood test order from my doctor’s office, and the person answered the phone wasn’t pleasant ! She sounds like sleeping in the job and just awoke up with a very bad mood! I decided to find another lab to get my blood work done!😬

Took my daughter here to have her blood drawn. It was the worst possible place to take her. They stuck her about 25 times and could not get a vein. Even when you could clearly see the vein, they could still not get it. They are obviously terribly trained and terribly skilled.

Wow what a great experience. I only waited for 5 minutes and the staff was incredible hit it the 1st time! I did go very early so that may have made a difference.

Staff are prompt with appointments and every one of them very friendly. I have gone here three times in last month and it has been a great experience every time!!!

Zero stars, do not recommend, NON ADA COMPLIANT. Office is unprofessional and rude. Both office staff members were on theirs phones and when I asked a question I got a cold rude response. I had to leave their office and go to a different side of the building to use the bathroom because the bathroom door is not wide enough to fit a wheelchair through. Then the bathroom I was sent to didn’t even have grab bars. Rude amplpyees and lack of ADA standards; never again.

The staff here are few of the coldest and most indifferent people you can come across in healthcare realm.Would highly NOT recommend anybody to go here, so this place could go through some deep internal evaluations and realize treating people professionally and courteously should come foremost for a healthcare business.Unlike me, I hope you’ll have a chance to read reviews on this place before you decide to walkin.

They let me go back with my family to help calm their nerves for a blood sample. She did a great job with the needle stick, and we were done in less than 5 min.

Terrible customer service

HORRIBLE..!! If you are in the Conroe, Hunstville, etc area DO NOT GO THERE..! The people are ghetto, lets not talk about skills because they LACK ALL. There are two women in the front desk think they are in a hood movie. Disrespectful and idiots that is what they are. All they talk about is their PERSONAL LIFE. My test results were so important to me Now I have to wait another month but I can assure you I WILL NEVER COME HERE..!if it was zero stars I will give them zero.

Wonderful Experience!! Came here because the location in TW could not accommodate a 3 hour Glucose for a week. I scheduled this appt here yesterday. Pregnant with twins and it was easy, friendly environment, overall great!!

Always a hassle, there seems to be a lack in staff. I have visited this location a handful of times and I have always had the same experience. Poor customer service, rude, and hasty.

Staff unprofessional and opened the doors late. Don’t bother trying to keep your schedule with these people.

This is the only Lap Corp that I have had to set and wait for more than 10 minutes... They had computer issues and today of all days Im in a hurry! Been busy all week and tried to do this earlier in the week but wasnt able to.

I made an appointment online to get tested for an ailment which I have all the symptoms and reasons to believe I have. The lady at the desk looked at me like a moron and told me I had to have a doctor send me to be tested. Also I have to order a kit from someone else. Apparently they require I pay a doctor to repeat my instructions and a special team of tupperwarehousers before they will sell the service.

They need to answer the damn phone I called for 2 hrs in a row not one time they answered it

One of the worst labcorp labs I have been to. The 2 girls at the front desk are extremely rude, make you wait unnecessarily, never smiled, made faces like they were bored, they were very rude. Never coming back here again!

Went there for a drug test...worst experience ever.The receptionist was the rudest person I have ever encountered in MY LIFE (not exaggerating).She acted like she didnt want to be there,every person that went up to the window and started talking,she I terrupted them rudely and told them to sit down.The other staff had a resting face and just made me feel uncomfortable.They need to hire staff that actually like what they do.

The secretary was very rude. Didnt explain the process and then looked to me as if I was supposed to read his mind. I hated my experience and he should be reported
