Tandra, the tech that works at this facility, is phenomenal!! She has taken my blood multiple times and I’ve barely felt most of the sticks. She’s fun to talk to, remembers most of her clients and she is just overall amazing at her job! I wish she could take all my blood samples for the rest of my life when I need them! She’s awesome

I recently used this lab with very good results. Nice technician and friendly and helpful. I always used Memorial Hermann before (Years and years) but they were bought out by Quest Labs. Quest wants you pay them what they think might be the difference in what insurance pays and what they charge. Lab Corp is worse. I Never had to pay at MH. The discounts from UH left me with zero to pay out of pocket. The Tech at CPL wasnt sure if I would get a bill or not so I waited to see what my insurance paid and I ended up not owing anything for the labs I had done. I will be using this lab from now on. They arent as fancy as MH but they are clean and friendly and no upfront payment required. Also my lab results were sent to my doctor very quickly. I just walked in with no waiting but by the time I left there was a line.

Great experience - this is a quick, efficient lab. The phlebotomy technician, Tandra, was very nice and professional, she drew all my blood vials so quickly, and I could barely feel the initial needle stick. I’m so glad my Austin Doctor sent me to this place!!! I’m been in Conroe about 18 months, last year I went to Labcorp and they literally charged 1000x more though insurance!!!
