They sure do make it as hard as possible to get someone out of jail... I mean geez its not like theyre in there under the best of circumstances. The least they can do is give you a break.

I would say that the bonding agent Monica is very knowledgeable of her job and love to help. She made sure I understood the whole entire process from the beginning to the end and also reassured me if had any additional questions I could always call her for help.

Avoid this bond company at all costs. The woman who thinks she is in charge is a bully, rude as hell and has zero customer service skills. After speaking with other bond companies they even warned me about this bond company. I now know why they have no reviews, because theyre terrible. Choose anyone but them!!

They work with me. The young lady is so sweet and understanding. The other review that they got is not true from Mrs. Hooper. I was there when her husband was being rude to the young lady and she stay calm with him wcalmever rude to him.
