I posted bail for a family member before he was even fully booked (montgomery county jail wont accept the bond until the inmate booking process is fully complete) one of the bond workers waited at the jail until the process was done to posted the bond for my family memberIf I could rate them higher than a 5 star I definitely would! The paperwork and process was also quick and easy!

Very nice people, but impossible to get ahold of for weekly check-ins. The calls either don’t go through, or don’t get answered. I’ve left text messages, voicemails, and even contacted them through Facebook messaging several times to have my check-ins recorded. Half the time I dont get a response, and even when someone does answer, I’ve called in the next week only to find out they have me listed as not checking in because no one recorded or reported that I checked in already. Very nerve wracking and frustrating.

I was pleased with them until they overcharged me $100.00 and refused to give it back. They charged me an after 9pm bond fee and I bonded out at 4:30pm in the afternoon. They backdoored the charge and required a cosigner after the fact.....the bond agreement was fully paid. No reason at all to charge me that. After I brought it to their attention, they quit responding all together. I expected more from them. Very disappointed.
