Absolutely amazing! After calling multiple towing companies without any response or call back, this is the only company that responded and immediately got service for us! John was an absolute professional. I highly recommend Quik Tow in if you ever need a towing company in The Woodlands or Conroe area!!!

Warning‼️ Warning‼️Unprofessional, they quoted $412 for towing my car over the phone . But when I got there and asked for a receipt, the lady changed the price to $313. They had my car for one hour before we called them, trying to get the car back. In that hour they went through my car.

What a scam! These folks towed my daughters jeep and when we drove 45 minutes through horrible traffic- its in a residential area - we arrived at an empty business. When we called the number on the building, we were told someone would be there within the hour. This was at 4 in the afternoon! 55 minutes later, the woman arrived and charged my daughter $300 for keeping her jeep for 16 hours. SCAMMY, SCUMMY FOLKS!

Parked in a spot that is paid for by me and my wife. had my tag in my other car ( have been parking there for months no issues) wake up to my car gone and out 350$ to get it out 😁👍🏼 Thank you for making this month harder on me and my family guys doing a great service to the community.

I locked my keys in my car and he was there in 6 minutes and had it open in 60 seconds!!

This company is nothing more then human vultures. They will drive into apartment complexes at 2 am looking for cars to tow. No residents even make complaints they simply look for cars in the dead of night. Then charge $297.96 to release your car.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! I spoke with a woman on the phone who I could hardly understand. Her English was almost unintelligible, paired with the fact she was mumbling. When I asked her to repeat herself she became irate. Waited nearly two hours for someone to show up at their location. I called around every half hour to ask when someone would arrive. It was dark outside and I was alone, so I became concerned that no one would show up. The woman told me “Don’t worry, the raccoons will keep you safe”, and was not given an eta An old behemoth of a man arrived and started shouting at me. Presumably, because the woman on the phone indicated to the man that I was bothering her. These people are very rude and unprofessional. I implore you to not use their services.

About 2.5 years ago I helped the owner out with one if his trucks through a shop I worked at, I now own my own business, tonight my truck was picked up on a tow because I let somebody drive it, he didn’t know his license was not valid, he got pulled over and truck was towed, I called quick tow before they ever hooked on to my truck to see if they would just let me pay the driver and take it, the owner refused. I asked for a small favor, a reduced cost because I had helped him previously, he hose to tell me a bunch of lies about how he HAS to charge what they do. A complete lie, I know 100% for sure because I run an online account for a local competitor of this company. He didn’t necessarily owe me anything, but he could have been more helpful like I helped him, and going to the point of lying to me, that’s why this post is being made.

I would leave zero or negative stars if I could. This is a terrible company. My apartment complex’s parking lot floods during big rain events. During this latest flash flooding, several of us had to park illegally to avoid getting water in our vehicles. These jerks came out in the middle of the flood warnings to tow our vehicles. I had to pay $300 to get my car back. We wouldn’t have parked that way except for the weather and to avoid having our cars flood. They didn’t even wait for the rain event to be over to give us a chance to move our cars. They towed in the middle of a flash flood warning. COMPLETE SCUMBAGS!!!!!

Please learn how to drive!!! Because the next time you almost hit my truck because you want to race another towing company Ill be sure you pull over instead of just honking your horn at me!!! Take me honking at you as a warning!!! My rig and livestock are way more valuable and so is my life... Thank goodness I know how to drive!!!

The only 24/7 tow truck company around me that actually answered the phone at 3am. My roomie was locked out of his car, the driver (Jeremy I think?) called me within 5 minutes for our location, made it to us in 10, unlocked the car in about 1.5. 😂 affordable, quick, and friendly! Wht more could you ask for! Saving their number for future reference. Thank you Quik Tow!

I would give a zero star rating if I could my friend came to visit me to help me with some bad issues I had going on only for an hour later to walk outside and see that her car had been towed, the office is closed at my apartment complex on the weekends so I knew they didn’t call for them to tow her car, they had someone driving around during a GLOBAL PANDEMIC to figure out which cars didn’t have a permit to be parked there and then called the company to come have my friends car towed at 9 pm, she then proceeded to call them they said they had her car and we told them we were on the way, they knew what complex we were at and it only takes 8 minutes to get there from my complex, when we got there even though online it says 24 hours and even though the lady knew we were on our way, all the lights were off we called and knocked on the window for an hour until we finally got the same lady on the phone and she then proceeded to say they didn’t have my friends car as it wasn’t in their system, so she goes to double check and all of the sudden they have the car again, so now she’ll dispatch someone to come help us, we then had to wait another 15 min for someone to show up and for her to get her car, we got there at 9:30 and didn’t end up leaving until 11:15 and we were the only people there ! These people have no idea how to run a business she paid $250 for a car that never should’ve gotten towed in the first place !!

Worst company ever. Got my car towed by this horrible company and when I called to get information about where and how to pick up my car, the guy who answered was beyond rude. Not a way to run a business at all. You are getting my money. At least be nice. Can not believe how unprofessional they are.

Scam artists. Law enforcement should investigate this company for fraudulent practices. They are unprofessional, petty, and vindictive. They deliberately wasted the time of my pregnant wife, 7yr old, and myself late at night for no reason other than spite/racism. They have a shoddy contract with leasing office which allows them to tow without actually verifying if the car is legitimately parked illegally. The customer service is abysmal and shameful. I do not know how they sleep at night knowing how subpar and greedy their business and practices are. They need to be shut down.EDIT 4/5/2019: for the record, my car was parked LEGALLY. Whispering Pines Management Office verified they had my vehicle on file. Quik Tow towed my car anyway... towed ILLEGALLY.

This place was great - my elderly parents were stuck with car problems in the Woodlands and arent so handy with cellphones - So I called Quick Tow for them and the service couldnt have been faster or more professional - recommend highly!

Office only open 8 - 5 mon - fri. You gotta wait and call them but not by the number on their window. So then you have to wait around for them and pay all of their hidden fees. This is a horrible place

Got charged $200 to move my car 500 yards from the road where it had broken down. Big ripoff!!!

Showed up at 7am to pick up towed car. Called and was told there would be an hour wait. Waited for an hour and a half, still no one showed up to the office by 830. Terrible business choice to post time frames and not follow posted times. Terrible service.

This place was a life saver. My son locked my keys in my car while it was running. It was just starting rush hour traffic so I was very concerned. They said it would be 20 - 45 minutes. The very friendly gentlemen arrived at my location in 20 minutes!!! I will defiantly keep them in my contacts just in case I ever have another emergency.

Yes when I called on the weekend they said they are closed so then I come on Monday and it was $300 I asked why so high and they said they charge for every 12 hours and I said I tried to get it over the weekend but yall arent open then the woman I talked to said in a very rude voice, I dont know what you are talking about! We are open 24/7! So rude

They say theyre 24 hours but theyre not and they complain when you ask them to come open up at night. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff!

My sister was in labor and they took our car. I talked to the lady and she said to call an ambulance and I told her I could not afford that. She clearly did not care at all even if it was an emergency. Worst people Ive ever talked to.
