Had an unknown issue with my car that I needed fixed quickly. Earlier, I spoke with Sarah who recommended I bring my car by today for a battery check. Turns out it was just the battery that needed replacing, which they were able to check and replace extremely quickly! Fair prices and did not try to upsell or sell me anything else. I will definitely return if I have future car issues.

Went in 2 days ago to have them look at my high mileage Acura MDX. Front end was making a clanking noise when going over bumps. Called in and Sarah set up a time the next morning to come in and have Thomas look at my vehicle. He diagnosed the problem and asked if I would like to have it done right then or come back. I opted to come back the following morning to have the work done. I came back and they performed the work. They did a fantastic job and were extremely reasonable! Excellent service with fair and honest prices. Appointment strongly recommended, almost required. They are usually fully booked with work, and getting your vehicle in for service as a walk-in customer is rare. But I guess thats how it goes when you have a good business reputation.

I just walked in to ask about a service I need done on my vehicle. Not one, but two men who walked in after me were greeted and helped immediately by the woman sitting at the desk. I ignored the first man that was helped, even after listening to her chit chat with him, but the second man who walked right by me and set his check book on the counter and she helped him was over the top. Thomas, a technician, walked by twice as well, even made eye contact with me. Not once did someone say hello, can I help you, or asked if I had been helped yet. If this is the first impressions youre ok with then Id recommend everyone stay away from this shop, this coming from a local single mom.

I had been going to Gary Christopher for all of my car repairs for over 27 years and never felt cheated. However recently my 19 year old son took his car in for what turned out to be a simple repair where a coolant hose elbow needed to be changed out. $28.00 for the part, and he was charged $216.00 in labor. I feel like they took advantage of a 19 year old college kid who makes close to minimum wage. I spoke to Drew and he defended the charge.I have since spoke to 3 different mechanics who have told me it wouldnt take more than 30 minutes to replace the part, not 2 hours that my son was charged.For the first time in over 27 years, I will be looking for a new mechanic for my familys cars. Gary never would done a long time customer this way.
