My wife and I are in the process of building a home. We recently visited Wilsons to compare prices and view their appliances. Knowing the challenges that customers and businesses are facing due to COVID, we knew we must order our appliances as early as possible. The customer service was outstanding both in person and on the phone. The sales associates were professional, courteous, and helpful in helping us select the appliances for our home. They have quality merchandise and everything we wanted was available. Again, we knew that we may have to wait for the appliances. Ryan was fantastic in working with us regarding the delivery. We wanted everything to be delivered at once and he had no problem with holding all of our appliances, then had them delivered to Huntsville! Went two days ago in desperate need of a dishwasher. After doing research almost an entire day, Wilsons was the only place with in stock merchandise and discounts. Ryan was extremely helpful, friendly, without the salesman pitch. Felt as if I was talking to an old friend. We walked in on Saturday just hoping to browse mattresses. My husband has had aching shoulders, knees and hips upon waking everyday. The staff at Wilsons was knowledgeable, kind and patient. We ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base.To say that we are happy with our purchase is an understatement. The mattress is perfect, no more aches and pains in the morning! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I shopped at Wilsons because I wanted to support a local business and purchase Speed Queen Washer/Dryer set made in USA. Through no fault of Wilsons, my order was delayed (supply chain like so many things these days). Wilsons told me they could deliver a loaner appliance if they had one available, and they did. The loaner was delivered as promised within a 2 hour window. The technician was very courteous and careful. He promptly installed the loaner, and removed my broken dryer at no charge to me. Im so glad I did not shop at a big box store! Recommend Wilsons to everyone!

I needed to quickly replace an older washer, and found availability and upstairs delivery difficult to find. I did find Wilson’s and called them. I was able to get a very well-priced machine, with out visiting the store. The machine was just delivered (even though upstairs) by two of the most courteous, informed delivery folks ever, Ben and Oscar, who installed, explained operation and removed my old machine.. they also were on time, and I received calls and texts throughout the delivery process, allowing me to carry on with my day.Since I never went to the store, my VERY positive experience means I will continue to be a customer in person next time. Great job Wilson’s!!!!!

We recently ordered a new refrigerator and were very, very pleased with Wilsons service. When the new refrigerator was delayed in transit, they brought out a loaner refrigerator. They always told us a timeframe to expect them and texted when they were on their way. The employees were competent, cheerful, and courteous. And we love our new refrigerator!

We received excellent customer service in the store for picking out our new dishwasher, a reasonable price for the machine, delivery, and installation, and outstanding delivery and installation in our home. We will probably be back when we need any additional appliances in the future!

Atrocious customer service we experienced just minutes ago.We just recently moved to the Woodlands and needed a new refrigerator. After checking out ratings online, we called Wilsons and spoke to an employee and she was very nice. Answered our questions and even put a refrigerator on hold for us to look at today.We made it in to the store today 30 min before closing, and there was one gentleman working the floor. He was speaking to a customer but didnt bother to acknowledge us. We proceeded to look at refrigerators as we listened to him talk down to the other customer (a woman). You could tell he just wanted to be rid of her.Once he achieved that goal, he turned to us and asked what we needed. No introduction,, no how were we, no thank you for coming in, no may I help you...We told him we were looking for a counter depth fridge, as soon as possible. He quickly snapped that they had nothing in stock. There was no offer for us to order or give us options for delivery...My fiancée proceeded to tell him that we had one on hold (she was even standing in front of it). He looked at her like she was crazy, and asked if we got a name of who she spoke to. She couldnt remember the name, but there was no offer to even check. He even said, well I dont have a computer or any way to check that. He asked if we had funded it and we said no, it was on hold. He then said well I dont think we would hold it then.I then told him we would go somewhere else where our business was valued.If youre the owner reading this, understand that you had an employee working today who lost two easy sales just because of his desire to get us out of the store... job well done in that category.This guy needs to find a job where he is not interacting with the public. He will only lose a business money.

The best customer service and technicians! Competitive prices compared to big box stores. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would. We will always go to Wilson’s to buy our appliances from now on. We bought a combo built-in microwave and single wall oven. They are the standard 30 inches width. Sounds easy enough. However, on the day of installation, once the old appliances were removed, the wall spaces were found to be a little bit too big for the new appliances (not enough wood around to screw in the new oven unit and there would be gap showing on top even with the microwave trim kit around). The technicians suggested how to get this fixed, and contacted the office on our behalf for a referral for wood work. The next day, the technicians, Chris and Kenny, came back after we had a family handyman do some modifications to the space. Chris and Kenny were so helpful and patient. It still took a long time to install and there were some unexpected problems. But they kept at it until it was all done well. We are so thankful for such hardworking technicians! They went above and beyond to help us customers. This level of service is rare to find.

Its not a big box store, Thank God. I was in dire need of a new refrigerator. I called Lowes, Home Depot, different locations, near Spring, TX. I needed to purchase a refrigerator and since its a big purchase, I wanted to get the one I had had my eye on for over 2 years. My GE profiles board went out. No freezer, a little refrigeration. Repair for it, minimum 1.5 weeks. Living out of a cooler.Wilsons was recommended to me, and I spoke with Destini. I told her the model number of the new fridge I wanted. Right off, she said she could discount it $300. I then asked if she would match the price of Lowes with their $500 discount. She said yes. I asked when it could be installed. She said about 3 weeks. She offered a loaner refrigerator in 2 days for $100.How fast can I give you my credit card information. Done. Very pleased with Wilsons. My son in law told me about them, saying that his neighbors also had great things to say.Very positive and thank you Wilsons and Daphne!!

Not the best experience here during Pandemic. Would give benefit of the doubt. We ordered Samsung fridge in July on sale. Updates of availability kept being readjusted monthly. We called weekly for any updates. Meanwhile other stores showed available. Would give alternative options only after asking several times and were offered smaller fridges for same price. Got a refund Nov 24 and were treated like we were the problem customers giving my wife the cold shoulder as if we betrayed them! May never do business with them again!

We had an issue with one of the appliances that was on back order. After some misunderstanding, Mr. Wilson personally handled the situation and did everything in his power to make things right! Tech was on time and friendly and after the diagnosis, gave me the news that the repair exceeded the value of the machine. I opted for a new unit and stopped by their showroom (on 1488 in Magnolia-near HEB) and spoke to Ryan who helped me pick out a good replacement without trying to upsell. We connected well and anytime I can steer my business to a local small business owner, I will do so. They earned my business because of personal service and a price match guarantee.

Ordered an upright freezer over the phone --- from order to delivery less than 1.5hrs. Wow!!!!! Super fast. The customer service over phone and the delivery guys were very impressive. We will be shopping here for further appliances.

Recently purchased GE side by side from Wilson’s. Spent a significant amount of time explaining our situation to Ryan who was extremely patient and made recommendations as to which refrigerator would be best for our home. Was looking for the new GE washer and dryers, and most big box retailers had unknown delivery dates. Kind of just stumbled upon Wilsons by accident and boy did I strike gold when I did! Incredible custom service. RELIABLE delivery times. They do their own deliveries/installs so no dealing with 3rd party logistic companies who dont care! Everything showed up when it was supposed to, un damage. Took great care with installation.10/10 will call Wilsons again. OH! The owner is known to answer the phone... not many appliance stores left on this earth where that is the case.

We purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Wilsons Appliance and Mattresses. Our front load Kenmore washing machine gave out without any notice. My wife wanted to go back to a top load and after researching different brands decided on Speed Queen. We were met by their sales person Christine. She was very helpful by listening to what we wanted and guiding us to the model with the features we needed. She took time with us to explain in detail how each feature worked and she did not try to up sell us. They had the model in stock. We decided to let them deliver and remove the old unit. This went very well. They arrived on time and the install was first rate. We will definitely return to Wilsons Appliance when we need to purchase more appliances. Highly recommend!!

Our KitchenAid Superba Wall Oven with Convection died and we were able to get a replacement installed in less than 48 hours. Wilsons do their own installs, no 3rd party. Wilsons professional team came out to do a pre-measure with the replacement oven since I was pretty sure of the dimensions. After prechecking the fit, the install was completed quickly and to perfection. The installation team was very professional and helpful going over the features of our new oven. I would give Wilsons a 10 star if I could from the first person I talked to, to the fabulous new oven installed. The price was also the best in town, including quotes from chain stores.

Where do I begin... when I married 7 yrs ago my husband brought his washer & dryer to our new home; I was not happy with either of them but they did an ok job for awhile. The washer died in December & I had already been looking at replacing them about 6 months earlier and had pretty much made up my mind that I’d replace them with Speed Queen. I wanted old fashioned washer/dryer & I researched stores & all of the reviews led me to Wilson’s. Christine & Ryan were so helpful with everything from explaining the 3 different models, the excellent warranty, delivery etc. Our delivery was on time & the service was excellent - I had forgot to order new hoses for the washing machine but it was not a problem - they were provided and I was emailed an invoice. So polite, cleaned up after themselves plus they hauled off the old set. I always recommend Wilson’s & Speed Queen brand - you can’t go wrong with either.

My washer died. Repairman recommended that I get a Speed Queen to replace it. I called a local company. They couldnt deliver for at least 5 days. I called Wilsons. I bought the washer over the phone at 5:30 p.m. It was installed in my utility room by 6:30 p.m. Very nice young lady at Wilsons helped me. She was very knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone looking for appliances.

Went into Wilsons and spoke with Christine and she match the prices of the other stores and arranged a next day delivery. The delivery window was a two hour window instead of the normal four. How refreshing to do business with a family owned store rather than a big box store. Everyone that I spoke with was very knowledgeable about all the different washers ( I called twice, I spoke with Destiny & the owner). They were comparably priced if not better. I never even went to the store, paid over the phone late Friday afternoon, it was delivered Saturday morning! I had a special circumstance with the delivery, they went above and beyond in every way. I can’t recommend them more highly! Very kind!

So happy I found this place! Was looking to buy new washer and dryer but all the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, Conns) either had washer and no dryer or vice versa. Got really frustrated and googled appliance stores and Wilsons came up. Called and purchased them over the phone with delivery in one week! Unfortunately the washer arrived damaged (box was not damaged) but they installed it so I could use it until they could get replacement. One week later my new washer was delivered! I purchased a top load washer (TR7000WN) and a dryer (DR7000WG). I purchased the washer to replace my front load washer that never seemed to get my clothes clean. I just love the new washer, it is easy to use and has favorite settings that makes it a breeze to start a load. The dryer is just as easy and dries my clothes quickly and without damaging them. I purchased my new washer and dryer on Thursday and they were delivered on Friday as promised. The gentlemen that delivered them were on time and worked efficiently and professionally. After installation they showed me exactly how to use the washer and dryer. I am totally satisfied with my over all experience with Wilsons and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We purchased a Speed Queen commercial dryer from Wilson’s back in November 2019 and had been having problems with it since delivery. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to correct the warrantee problem with Speed Queen, Mr. Wilson stepped up and replaced the dryer himself.

Amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in store. They helped us choose a new dishwasher and were able to get a price much better than the big box stores. Install was quick and installers fixed an issue with my plumbing in the kitchen before leaving. We will definitely be back when we upgrade our other appliances.

I used Wilsons appliances to repair my refrigerator. Once I contacted them they were friendly, prompt, executed great communication and customer service skills, and their technician was great. They got the problem fixed and did exactly what they said they would do.

He continued to help me with all my decision making, giving me and my husband all our options including pros and cons of each different unit. He gave me a better price than any other store could on a new dishwasher. They came out and did the install and showed my husband all the features. Recently we purchased our 2nd appliance in 2 months from Wilsons Appliances and Matresses. This time we purchased a Thor Kitchen commerical oven. We found the oven through another vendor but Wilsons was able to get the item rapidly and delivered it just days later, which was way quicker than I would have gotten it anywhere else! They truly do it all! Wilsons also has flexible financing options and has proven they can deliver on their promises. There is truly no appliance need they cant help you with!!
