I was assigned this company by my home warranty. My cooktop had a bad igniter. When they got done the entire cooktop was unusable, and they submitted a complete report to the warranty company, after telling me they were going to report it as unrepairable. Now I have to argue with the waranty company, who cannot get ahold of these people.
