From my very first interaction with Mary over the phone when I called to get information all the way through the day of my sister’s funeral, she has been incredible. She is very warm and caring and made this process so much easier. She explained all of our options without making us feel pressured to purchase more than we needed. You can really tell she loves what she does, comforting and helping people in their time of grief. If you live in the Concord area, I highly recommend this establishment. If I could give 10 stars I would. You will not be disappointed!

Ms. Horn was so amazing. She took care of all the arrangements for the transporting of my grandmother back to Ohio. She was wonderful to work with and made sure my grandmother looked beautiful and had the perfect casket before leaving Cabarrus funeral, cremation, and cemetery. Her kindness was truly appreciated during this emotional time.

My brother passed away on August 2, 2021 and from the time I called Maggie, she was so loving and caring and knew exactly what to do to take care of my needs. Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation and Cemetery recently handled my mothers cremation and services. Services were held at their facility, with a combination of in-person and zoom attendees. The whole process from initial notification to picking up final paperwork was smooth, courteous, calm and made as easy as possible. This was the first funeral I have planned and they provided leadership without pressure and guidance in a sympathetic manner.

Thanks to them they made it alot easier on me cuz I had no idea what I was going to do for my daughters services and they worked with me by allowing to make payments and just all out had a beautiful service that they done for my daughter Im very grateful to them for doing all that theyve done thank you

When my mother-in-law died, I helped my father-in-law with gathering information about services and costs, choosing a funeral home, and planning all the details. When I first started calling funeral homes, I didnt know what I was doing as this was a totally new experience for me. She was so caring and helpful, and I will definitely call upon her again if the need arises.

When my father passed away in 2015 him and my grandmother lived in Concord, N.C. My grandmother already had most of her funeral arrangements prepaid for her at this location in Concord. I moved my grandmother to Virginia to live with me and to be closer to her sister. When my grandma went into hospice care December 14th 2020 they told me to start getting her affairs in order. I called and spoke to Maggie about our situation and she went over what my grandmother already paid for and what would be my responsibility upon her passing. Then when my grandma passed on December 29th 2020 Maggie helped me through the entire long distance process. We kept in constant contact and she handled everything for me even my special requests. I would highly recommend Maggie and Cabarrus Funeral, Cremation & Cemetery. That made a very hard time in my life less difficult.

I can not say enough great things about the staff! They were so compassionate and caring when both my dad and mom passed away. I knew 3 years ago when they handled my dads service that I wanted them to handle my moms when the time came. They even helped me with the pre-planning process for her so that when the time came, it was a much easier process on me. I cant thank them enough!! My husband and I have already purchased our plots too!! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call!!

We had pre-planned our funerals. The Director met my wife and I along with all of our family at our home with all of the necessary information needed for the preparation. All details were worked out, so when the time came the family had less to be concerned about.When the time came, the Director was at our location within a half hour. Each of the family members were given ample time to spend alone with my Wife before removing the body. Throughout the entire ordeal, all funeral home employees were extremely helpful and went out of there way to make sure every detail requested was carried out smoothly. You will never meet any better people to work with. They worked as if they were part of the family. It was not just dollar and cents.

This is a locally owned and operated cemetery in a quiet and peaceful section of Concord. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They truly live up to their motto of no pressure sales. They offer pre-need counseling and are most considerate. A step above the typical cemetery!

I had the most unfortunate experience of laying my newborn son to rest this month. My husband and I were left with the difficult and confusing task of making final arrangements for our son the day after he passed. We visited a cemetery near our home and both of us were devastated at this cemeterys babyland and their generic, impersonal touch. I should also mention that sadly babyland 1 was full and they opened up babyland 2 which was on the edge of the cemetery located near a tree line that on the other side was a gas station and a car dealership.The funeral director at Whitleys had suggested we also look into Cabarrus Memorial Gardens and gave us the owner, Dan Sullivans, personal number. While at the other cemetery my husband called Dan from the car and immediately set up an appointment to go directly there.I was instantly feeling much better as we traveled down Hwy 73 and headed towards a more rural area of Concord. When we arrived and parked at the office Dan met us outside and greeted us with hugs and sincere condolences of our terrible loss. While scanning the cemetery and the numerous graves I noticed a small pond at the bottom of a slight hill and an upright grave marker, I knew that was the direction I wanted to go.Long story short my husband and I chose to lay our precious son who did not get the chance to live life on this earth near a calm and lovely pond. Dan was able to give me peace of mind knowing I was giving my son the best rather than settling. Unintentionally my husband and I also found our final resting places as well. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dan is and how he guided us through the process rather than treating us like a transaction. His genuine empathy and concern made all the difference.

Very professional And kind
